la camera d'albergo è bella, ma non ci sono spazzolino da denti, shampoo e bagnoschiuma, solo sapone. Il servizio di pulizia della camera era così così, gli asciugamani non erano sistemati nel bagno. La vista del ristorante di alto livello è bella.

Il Mama Shelter La Défense è un hotel molto carino, molto pulito, con personale sorridente e cordiale. La camera è stata all'altezza della descrizione e il bar ristorante all'ultimo piano con spazio all'aperto offre un'atmosfera superba per un'ottima serata. Consigliamo vivamente e grazie allo staff.

L'hotel è carino, pulito, le camere sono uguali. Il ristorante molto bene quello che avevamo era molto buono. L'unico inconveniente è che la musica era troppo alta. E le clip che passano lì sono troppo volgari.

At first we were assigned a room that had an issue with the AC but once the problem was reported to the reception we were promptly given another room. The way to reach the hotel from the closest metro station is well signalled by street signs.

訂這家酒店主要是看在它比較新，是近幾年裝修過的。距離地鐵還是要走10分鐘的。主要是路上要上上下下的，拖着行李不方便。位於1號線沿線比較確實比較多的景點都不需要轉線。這酒店最不滿意就是連住3天，衹有第一天提供瓶裝水，其他兩天要的話就得付費，不然就得自己去1樓飲水機接水。還有，他們從來衹鋪床，不換毛巾，要天天找前台要。沒有沐浴露洗髮水，沒有牙膏牙刷。性價比不高。

Top Hotel für Geschäftsreisende. Tolle Lage. Kurze Wege zu den anliegenden Firmen. Leider keine warmen Getränke im Zimmer.
