L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente con una splendida vista sul mare. È molto comodo mangiare, bere e comprare cose in giro. La spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'hotel è molto confortevole. Il personale è molto accogliente e la colazione è ricca. La zona divano nella stanza è uno spazio infossato, il che sembra un po' strano. Il letto nella camera doppia è stretto.

Di fronte al mare, il panorama è bellissimo, la colazione è ricca, anche i trasporti circostanti sono molto convenienti, una varietà di snack locali, anche il servizio è molto buono, la camera è pulita, la personalità è buona, le strutture sono un po' vecchio

L'hotel è in una buona posizione, con la spiaggia al piano di sotto e una splendida vista. La colazione ha una varietà di colori ed è in buone condizioni igieniche Il servizio complessivo è di prima classe e vale la pena consigliarlo

La terrazza della camera ha una vista sulla spiaggia di Nha Trang. Dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'hotel c'è la spiaggia. Di notte c'è una festa sulla spiaggia, che è molto suggestiva. Questo soggiorno era il compleanno di mia moglie. L'hotel mi ha regalato una sorpresa a colazione.Grazie mille🌹

La camera è molto bella, con una vista perfetta sul mare, aria fresca, aria condizionata potente, sedie a sdraio dell'hotel disponibili sulla spiaggia e teli mare forniti. Il servizio di portineria alla reception è molto buono. Il cameriere maschio che mi ha ricevuto è serio nel suo lavoro e molto amichevole con gli ospiti. Ci sono molte varietà di colazione e il gusto può essere migliorato.Il sole in piscina è troppo breve, ma non c'è gente, quindi puoi giocare un po'. La palestra è fantastica e ha molte attrezzature. Nel complesso buono.

L'hotel è molto conveniente e le strutture obsolete non ne pregiudicano l'utilizzo. Il personale dell'hotel è fantastico. È solo che il ristorante per la colazione è un po' piccolo, forse c'è una leggera carenza di personale durante il periodo di punta delle vacanze di Capodanno. C'è una spiaggia dall'altra parte della strada rispetto all'hotel, il che è molto comodo. L'insonorizzazione della stanza è eccellente e le famiglie con bambini piccoli sono molto sorprese. È solo che l'isolamento dall'acqua e l'antiscivolo nella doccia non sono molto buoni e devono essere migliorati. Altri aspetti sanitari sono ottimi

We got upgrade to family room with ocean view Location is very convenience and the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast buffet had a wide variety and was delicious. Front desk lady manager always smile and greet us every time we pass by

This is a very good choice of hotel for Nha Trang. The location is right in the middle of everything, and just across from the beach. We had an ocean view room, and the view was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Man in the restaurant. The cleaning staff were great - thanks you Ms Tu for keeping our room clean. The gym was pretty good as well.

Incredible view, reasonable price, will come back next time

I am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first. 1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by. 2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient. 3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready. I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos. There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty…. And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?

The hotel is very clean and well-organized. It’s in a great location, just a short distance from the attractions, which makes sightseeing really easy. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help. If you need anything, you can just ask them anytime. Plus, the sea view from the balcony is fantastic

Perfect location and we were lucky to be able to catch the last day of the carnival, can even see the stage from our balcony.  Breakfast was good, staff were nice.  The hotel was undergoing minor maintenance but they kept the noise down but you may expect some coverups of the decors at the corridors.  Had 3 nights of good sleep.
