Cute apartments loads of places to eat and drink in the area, and about 30min taxi into old town.
The pool is open at set times in the afternoon to early evening and is used by all the residents but everyone’s friendly.
They all met up of an evening with exotic pets, pretty cool vibe

I had a fantastic experience living in this apartment! The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and filled with natural light. The modern appliances and updated fixtures made daily living comfortable and enjoyable.
The building is quiet, and I always felt safe and secure here. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly, promptly addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. The amenities, including the gym and rooftop terrace, were a great bonus and added to the overall experience.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato in una buona zona, a pochi passi da negozi, centri massaggi e un centro commerciale.
È possibile effettuare il check-in prima delle 14:00 pagando un supplemento.
La camera era eccellente, era al secondo piano con vista sulla strada, tutti i comfort sono presenti e in abbondanza, particolarmente utile la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice.
P.S. la guardia di sicurezza principale di questo hotel mi è rimasta nel cuore: un cagnolino di nome Eun (spero sia corretto) vi accoglierà e non vi farà annoiare: una creatura carina)

RramokokoThis hotel is incredible. Location within a local street, can be very busy during morning peak and evening too. It is surrounded by many local F&B stalls/shops (PhoBo-Beef Rice Soup Noodles, Ga-Chicken) and middle level F&B (Tien Sushi, BBQ & beer, and one nearby big Beer and grill restaurant).
Its facilities include indoor swimming pool/jacuzzi, gym, alfresco cafe, International cum Japanese Breakfast buffet, a rather Chinese roast delight restaurant, local mini mart, a chill out bar).
What makes me book a few times : International cum Japanese Breakfast buffet, Clean and quiet room designed according to Japanese decor.

UUtente ospiteLa ricezione era molto amichevole e aiutava a prenotare i miei taxi (meno economico di avere un taxi Grab), la stanza stessa era molto pulita e la custodia era attenta e pulita le bianche, ecc ogni giorno.
La posizione è anche molto buona - vicino alla vecchia zona della città e grande da visitare per andare intorno al lago.

UUtente ospiteThe slippers that were provided for walking around the room was too loud, where it is difficult to be quiet when walking around in them. The husband is also uptight in not letting people eat in the dining area but outside which I can understand and could go along with, because they don't want the guest to leave garbage or get their table dirty, but they need to at least leave a garbage can outside so the guest don't have to leave it on the ground. I didn't like how I couldn't find a place to throw my ice cream wrapper away when I ate it outside and had to end up throwing it in the garbage of another person's place.
I also didn't like the location of how it was out of the city center where it wasn't near any grocery stores or open fruit and vegetable, and meat markets. Just by a bunch of restaurants some being a bunch of aggressive jerks sitting outside waiting for bystanders to walk by where they try to aggressively approach you to get you to eat at their restaurant. I need a place where I can use a kitchen to cook food for myself. I don't need to eat out every day.
These owners are a bit shady at times in that when I did came in early where it was not time for me to check in where I was willing to wait until my room is ready, their son had the nerve to try to make a few bucks off me in that if I pay them a few bucks, I can have my room before the check in time which was a bit tacky. The husband didn't give me very good advice when he told me that staying at this place is good for going into the city center and coming back, which it isn't for me, because I have to take the bus 1 hour and 45 minutes to the city center which is a longways. What lousy advice for my situation like he was trying to convince me to stay longer just so that they can make more money off of me. This was a little tacky too. Good for them, but not good for me.
I also didn't like how they send my clothing to a cleaner when I thought they were going to wash it in their washer and hang it up on their clothesline on their top floor. Not only that, but the cleaners lost my dress pants in the process or probably even stoled it and kept it for themselves and not really telling me the truth. I told them about this and they said that the cleaners who they sent it to didn't know what happen to it. The owners were even trying to try to lie a little bit by saying that I never gave them a dress pants for them to wash which is a bunch of ********.
They could have just let me use their washer where I could have used my own detergent to wash my clothing and hang it up to dry on their clothesline on the rooftop of their place where I would have paid them for it. For all I know these cleaners that they sent my clothing to for them to wash could be their friend and they are trying to help give their friends the business for any of their guests that has laundry for them to use. These cleaners are probably a bunch of thieves for all I know that probably looked through guests clothing for things that are valuable which they take and pretend that they don't know anything about it when the guests inquire of it. This is another shady tactical thing that they are probably doing as well.
I even asked them if they could compensate me which would not have amounted to much which they had refused. They didn't even have the nerve to apologize to me but to only lie to me by telling me ******** that the cleaners who they sent guests clothing to never lose any of their clothing which is a bunch of ********. All of this could have been avoided had they either let me use their washer or they wash it for me in their washer where I would have paid them. Do not trust these people with your clothing!!!!

Dopo la mia prenotazione, non sono sicuro se il proprietario della casa famiglia o Trip.com abbiano modificato i dettagli della camera, con conseguente discrepanza tra la camera che ho prenotato e quella fornita. Fortunatamente la camera è ancora disponibile e siamo riusciti a tornare alla tipologia di camera che avevamo prenotato durante il nostro secondo e terzo soggiorno. La casa famiglia è situata in una posizione comoda nel cuore di Hanoi e la camera è esattamente come nelle foto, anche se è leggermente più piccola del previsto. Adoro l'arredamento delle loro camere! C'è anche una bella caffetteria al piano di sotto. Valuterei la pulizia 3-4/5; il pavimento era un po' appiccicoso e la camera leggermente polverosa. Inoltre, tieni presente che non c'è l'ascensore nell'edificio, quindi tienilo in considerazione se hai bagagli ingombranti.

I also liked how it is near a lot of mini stores where I can go pick up things that I need. Owner is very nice and loans me things that I needed. She is very respectful to me calling me sir. Hotel maid was very friendly to be around. I like how there was a portable convection stove for me to cook things with. I like how there were silverware, chopsticks, and dishes that I can use to eat my food with. Very good deal to use the washer where it only costs 20,000 dong for the first time and free for additional uses. I liked how it was near that big Winmart grocery store.
Hotel room was very clean. I liked how it had this small space where I can hang my clothes up to dry which was perfect because it was directly underneath the air conditioning unit of the room upstairs where it gives off the heat which dries it faster. Hotel always has a fresh clean set of towels available whenever I need it. Hotel always has toilet paper available whenever I need it.
The only thing that I didn't like was that now and then, there are spiders, where I had to kill 2 of them. I also had to deal with a big spider on my last day. I am somebody that has a fear of spiders.
I might comeback to this hotel in August, September, or beginning of next year when I comeback towards Hanoi in Vietnam and the situation fits for me.
