Good location, room was big, older hotel, carpet was dirty.

I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

We (German family) have visited the hotel during our Hainan vacations. The location is great within a Chinese local quarter and close to a beautiful large park with view on the Haikou bay. The staff is very friendly and helpful but you need to speak some English to get things done. We have three children so we booked the family suite on the 33rd floor which was very spacious and suitable for us. The equipment in the hotel was a bit older and partially worn down but all still functional and could be used well. But for the price I would not complain too much. Cleanliness was okay but not superior. The rooms smelled a bit moldy from time to time and needed good ventilation. The offered breakfast was okay for us (as we did not expect a lot of international food). The children found suitable dishes like cereal, small cakes, noodles or fried rice. The fruit offerings were good. A negative point from my side was the very bad coffee quality. The offered filtered coffee was really not good. These days many local Chinese hotels have small fresh brew coffee machines to offer a coffee or even Cappuccino. I recommend the hotel to invest into one. Fortunately for us there was a Starbucks across the street and a Luckin Coffee will open later down the street. Overall a nice time in Haikou and we would book the family suite again due to the good price.

前台服務態度熱情有理，非常好 第一天辦理入住前，電聯酒店，酒店欣然同意給高樓層滿足我的需求， 入住期間遇到的客房阿姨們，非常有友好的提供服務，非常的高校 退房時遇到的前台2616小劉，非常熱情周到的給辦理退房。

因為考慮到想去晨跑，所以特意在萬綠園附近找了酒店，酒店走去萬綠園10分內就到了；酒店的服務、早餐都非常好；而且不僅房間大，衞生間也很大。但無奈於這個區域遍佈高樓，酒店客房樓層都在高層，我們住在31層但視野還是不開闊被周圍更高的樓層擋住，這是唯一的缺撼。

酒店服務很細緻，入住當天有歡迎水果贈送是第一驚喜；房間寬敞大氣，進到客房以後的桌台上放着客房服務員温馨的手寫小貼士，字雖然沒有很華麗，但是滿滿的真誠才是打動人的重點這是第二個驚喜！前台阿輝副理服務周到，有問必答，忙送行李一路帶到房間，沒有讓我後悔選擇這家寶發勝意，必須五分好評！健身房也很舒適，喜歡擼鐵、跑步的朋友再也不用擔心街邊的燒烤攤。

酒店的整體環境很舒適，前台工作人員禮貌熱情，地理環境優越；首先要誇樓頂泳池，海口天熱，下午去一圈真的很棒，更絕的是泳池旁邊還有一個小花園，算是個小空中花園了！第二天要趕車，提前和大堂副理小翁預約了送機服務，得知我們的目的地之後，很細心的提前幫我們查詢了具體的路線，和攻略提示；滿滿的用心讓我這個常年出差見到各式服務的人還是有些感動的，真的用心了，入住體驗感非常滿意。
