We loved our stay so much. They have a shuttle bus that takes you to the train station every half an hour.

My best appraise is for the services in both of reception and restaurant, especially the staffs from Nepal and Max from Indonesia. Many thanks for the sincere service and patience to my naughty boy, he missed you a lot and he promised to come again next year to see you then. For me, the soundproofing effectiveness is really not friendly, I woke up by the car noises outside many time in the nite😭

When you first walk in the smell of relaxation hits you. I'm not sure what fragrance it was but absolutely loved it. We enjoyed everything about this hotel from location, food and room accommodations.

Highly recommend this hotel. All staff are polite and well trained. Breakfast and catering are top notch. Can’t wait to go back.

服務相當棒，辦入住是一對一，一邊喝歡迎飲料一邊等待辦理的。開夜床時還把小孩的玩偶擺在被子裏，小孩回來一看就説好萌。去近鐵奈良站和JR奈良站都有酒店班車。酒店旁邊還有個MiNARA商場，挺方便的。

窗户全封閉不能打開通風，這一點很bug.衞生間整體裝修和硬件一般，淋浴和浴缸靠在了一起

奈良萬豪酒店真的超級宇宙無敵好！酒店環境非常優雅大氣，大堂一走進來就讓人感覺舒適放鬆。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，床特別舒服，讓人一覺睡到自然醒。窗外景色也很贊，可以感受到奈良的寧靜和美好。工作人員的服務態度非常好，細心又親切，完全體現了五星級的水準。整體入住體驗遠超我的期待，下次來奈良一定還會再選這裏！

除了酒店吹風機太差之外，其他都覺得很棒～酒店到近鐵和JR shuttle也很方便～但衹到下午5點10/40（近鐵stop）20/50（JR stop）～不過酒店本身門口也有公交車站～帶娃喂鹿很舒適

非常滿意！入住流程快捷，前台核對訊息專業高效，房間安靜整潔，辦公設施齊全（書桌、高速WiFi），床品舒適助眠。早餐豐富，服務周到。地理位置便利，周邊商務配套完善。老闆反饋體驗很好，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店比較新，房間有點小，設施齊全衞生乾淨，附近環境不怎麼方便 服務態度很好，早歺豐富多樣有特色

這個酒店是很新的，除了位置略偏（開車離奈良公園大概15分鐘），其他都很好。特別是游泳池，很棒。是奈良性價比很高的酒店

房間十分整潔舒適，一貫JW Marriott 的優質服務，位置在Convention Centre 旁邊，有停車場方便自駕遊，也有單車可借用，方便探索區內景點。

第二次入住這家酒店，在奈良還是最好的選擇，唯一的缺點就是距離奈良公園有點距離，需要打車或者騎車前往。
