Looked old for a 2 year's old hotel. The lobby is nothing like that of an international hotel. The room was OK, though. But I still didn't like the ambience and moved to another hotel the next day.

The person who made up the room each day was excellent: helpful and cleaned the room meticulously. Unusually good.

We booked the executive room. The room is very huge. The view is perfect we seem the highest building in this area. The sunrise view is perfect too. The toilet is very big with separate bath and shower place. I suggest put some bath salt and shampoo/ shower gel there. Staffs are very friendly. The lounge is very good too, with small portion of steaks, drinks, salad and desserts. However, there’s no plugs in the toilet area, we have to go out to find plug for drying hair. It’s a bit inconvenient.

I would give it 5 stars and full recommendation!

Excellent location, quiet environment

First the part that I like - 1. Location is convenient: Subway station is right at the door, where you can arrive at major points of the city without many connections on the ground. 2. Food: One breakfast is included in my rate. Adding one costs only US$4. The variety of food is blowing me away. Without exaggeration you won’t repeat what you eat in a week if you pick only five items each day. Think about what’s provided in US hotel for $15. Only $4 here - unbelievable! 3. Staff are very courteous and helpful, from front desk to cleaning personnel, and room services. You’ll receive instant response to address your need whenever you raise it. 4. Facility: It was put in operation in 2022 so everything is new and maintained well. It had indoor swimming pool, gym, billiard room (even one for snook), and ping pong room. It is purposed to host large conferences/events. Now the part that I think they can do better - 1. Smoking: It’s not smoking prohibited hotel, which is pretty common in China, especially not the first tier cities. But they don’t assign some rooms to be non-smoking. Instead, all rooms are smoking permitted and it is allowed in most public areas too. Though this might be OK for domestic visitors, it can be an unflavored factor to people from abroad. 2. Laundry: It doesn’t provide self-served laundry. There is laundry service but it costs dearly going by items.

The room i booked was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. They gave me a welcome fruit bowl . The service was amazing. I sure will be visiting again. You won’t be disappointed I recommend you try this hotel out.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff, Owen and James were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guiyang.

Good in all aspects

入住過很多五星級，但這家是目前來説性價比最高，也是服務態度最好的一家酒店。房間乾淨衞生，設施設備也都還很新，智能馬桶智能窗簾很方便，前台還主動升級了房間。經理副經理都很熱情友好，員工何美芳認真負責，每位工作人員都在很熱情地推薦當地的特色美食和景點。這次旅途非常愉快，貴陽美食很多很好吃，下次來貴陽還會選擇貴州飯店！！

這是一封表揚信，這次來貴州住在這裏體驗感特別好，真的十分開心。特別是得到了保安部主管羅濤的幫助。 之前因為招手攔出租回酒店，微信付款失敗了，沒有其他訊息也聯繫不上司機，有點着急。雖然車費只有10元，但還是希望正常把款付了。後來找到酒店前台説明瞭情況，希望看下監控查下車牌號，前台讓我們跟保安部羅主管説明瞭下情況，瞭解具體下車時間後，他先給我和朋友拍了照片方便後台比對，之後讓後台人員查監控，叫我們坐下等，在外面冷。一開始我們時間記不太準，車子又多，就沒找到，後來羅主管急忙又自己跑到後台幫忙搜尋，因為車子特別多，要挨個核對，最後終於找到了，經過確認就是我們要找的車子。羅主管又幫忙聯繫當地派出所的民警同志，請他們協助尋找，整個過程中特別耐心，沒有一點煩躁和推脱，最後民警打電話回覆順利拿到了司機的聯繫方式。酒店的環境大氣，人也熱情，這次貴州之行特別開心，希望這件事能被更多人知道，如果下次去貴陽，還會選擇貴州飯店，謝謝貴州人民😃

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。設施是我住過最好的了。我問前台服務員想升級到一個有浴缸的房間，她自動給我們升級了，也延長退房時間一小時。房間暖和，設備齊全，從前台到清潔阿姨的服務都很親切。也有娛樂設施如桌球，乒乓球，泳池等都很棒。早餐更是豐富，還有新鮮果汁。這是我行程的最後一間酒店，其實有點感冒了，幸好選擇了這家酒店，設施都很好讓我能好好休息，恢復體力。謝謝

這次到貴陽旅遊，第一次入住貴州飯店貴賓樓。位置在市中心四通八達，門口就是地鐵站不要太方便！住在這裏不僅是絕對物超所值，還感受到了最高的服務標準。 接下來我必須要好好説一説我的入住體驗：首先一開始走錯走到了迎賓樓遇到了禮賓部的王一凡同志相當熱情和我們打招呼並在聽到我們入住的是貴賓樓，告知我們這邊是迎賓樓緊接着看到我們的行李很多立馬用行李車送我們到了貴賓樓，雖然兩棟樓的距離很近，但是心裏面已經感受到了貴州飯店的熱情。到了貴州飯店貴賓客大門口遇到了小王的同事小曹和小孫，相當熱情的和我們打完招呼並接下了行李帶我們辦理入住，當時是前台的小屈接待的我們，笑容滿滿一邊為我們辦理入住一邊為我們介紹酒店的設施設備。然後我們心裏還想着如果可以升級房間就好了，恰好這時遇到大堂的靳經理剛和其他客人聊完天看到我們後立馬過來和我們問好，非常稱職，非常專業，不僅幫我協調了酒店住房方面的需求，還給我提供了超級的多出行計劃和當地美食的推薦，我們按照靳經理的推薦，基本都去打了卡，沒有一個讓我們失望的。離開酒店最後一天，退完房後，靳經理級禮賓小龍協助我們將送行李上車。這是我們出來各個地方旅遊最滿意，最記憶猶新的一次，不管酒店的哪個區域遇到的服務人員見到都很有禮貌的問好。笑容隨處可見。在這個寒冷的天氣裏，一進酒店好似進家一樣，暖心啊！ 所以再次對提名的幾位優秀且帥氣的酒店服務人員表示感謝，祝你們越來越好，貴州飯店生意興隆！
