Hotel con palestra a Albuquerque

We’d give this resort a perfect score except for one  area:  adequate hot water in the morning for showering.  There was ZERO hot water!  My husband said he’d never taken a colder shower in his life.  I decided I didn’t want to wash my hair that badly and made a very quick in and out shower.  I told the front desk assistant and she totally disregarded my report.  On the high note, though, this was an excellent place to host the NM State Bar meeting.  The food was excellent, the staff working for the food services department were professional and attentive.

I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

Il parcheggio è ampio, scoperto e gratuito. La stanza è grande, ma l'arredamento è piuttosto vecchio. Il servizio in generale è buono. Si trova alla periferia della città. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze ed è sicuro.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dopo un giorno familiare estremamente lungo al Grand Canyon, siamo arrivati all'hotel molto tardi e completamente esauriti. Mi piacerebbe riconoscere in particolare Mona, che era assolutamente incredibile; immediatamente si sentiva benvenuta e si prendeva cura della mia famiglia, anche se era tardi e noi eravamo chiaramente usciti dalla giornata. Mona era gentile, paziente e veramente utile, assicurandoci di avere tutto quello che ci serviva per essere risolti in fretta e confortevole. L’hotel stesso era pulito, comodo e proprio quello che ci serviva dopo un lungo giorno di viaggio e di esplorazione, ma era il livello di servizio di Mona che era davvero fuori luogo. Persone come lei fanno una grande differenza e sono la ragione per cui rimarremmo qui di nuovo. Grazie ancora, Mona, per aver preso cosi' tanto cura della mia famiglia, significava molto dopo un giorno così lungo!

Abbiamo prenotato una camera del re, pagato per la stessa e ricevuto conferma. Solo dopo aver fatto check-in e andato in camera, abbiamo scoperto che era 2 letti doppi. Quando mio marito andò a cambiare le camere, una persona al tavolo disse che i re erano tutti prenotati e l'altra persona al tavolo diceva che c'era un modello e non c'erano letti di re. Evidentemente non erano interessati a aiutarci, e dato che avevamo già scaricato tutto il nostro bagaglio, ci siamo rimasti li. AVERTENZA che ciò che li prenoti non sia quello che hai ricevuto, e in loco, e ciò non è stato spiegato da nessuna parte.

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot. It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good. Staff was great, food was fine and served fast. On the down side one two items: 1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh 2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

Il posto era pulito e non hanno pagato il deposito 200, ma una 75-taglie molto più conveniente. Il colazione era decente, perché avevano omelete e salsicce insieme ai pancake. Rimarrebbe qui a un prezzo ragionevole.

This quality Inn and suites was by far the nicest two star hotel I have ever stayed in! Everything worked… The staff is amazing… I loved it here and will stay here every time I come to Albuquerque!

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much. 

Hotel is okay,it's an older unit in a rough part of town.Trash outside and inside my room,hallway and rear entrance was not emptied daily.Car in rear parking lot was vandalized while I was there, not my car, there were many warning signs not to leave valuables in cars.I was there 2 1/2 days never received new towels for the ones I used,although bathroom and room was clean when I arrived. Had a bad problem with the room door opening from the outside, I am fairly strong ,but I had to hip-check the door every time to get into my ,it's so obvious that cleaning staff must have reported It was that hard to open,I am easy-going but it needs reported and repaired.
