Hotel con palestra a Riad

Durante il nostro soggiorno, sia Butler Kim che Butler Hani erano incredibilmente gentili, professionali e attenti, e si sentono tutti facili e confortevoli dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Era felice, calda e molto pensativa, e prese l'iniziativa di aiutare mio marito e me a prendere belle foto, che ci hanno significato tanto. La sua vera attenzione e l'energia positiva hanno fatto sentire la nostra esperienza personale piuttosto che di routine. 

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

L'hotel è conveniente per soggiornare in esso 3-4 giorno. Una spaziosa camera con aria condizionata e TV. Nell'acqua calda, buona pressione, tutte le attrezzature sono corrette.

An outstanding hotel experience. The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Recentemente sono rimasto a Liora Boutique per una notte, e la mia esperienza è stata una miscela di positivi e negativi. & Arrivo: Purtroppo, la mia esperienza di arrivo era deludente.Sono arrivato alle 4:15, quando l'iscrizione avrebbe dovuto essere immediata. L'hotel utilizza un sistema in cui il codice di accesso alla stanza è inviato via SMS, ma non l'ho ricevuto fino alle 5:00 pm, lasciandomi aspettare inutilmente. Anche se ho espresso la mia preoccupazione al ricevitore, la situazione è stata notevolmente migliorata dalla gentilezza e dal professionalismo del supervisore del personale, una donna egiziana, che mi ha aiutato gentilmente ad accedere alla mia stanza mentre aspettavo il codice. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio clienti. Un altro problema è che il ricevitore ha trascorso la maggior parte del tempo a parlare sul suo telefono cellulare, e a mio parere gli ospiti che si trovano al ricevitore dovrebbero sempre ricevere piena attenzione prima di conversazioni telefoniche personali. Si tratta di un principio fondamentale del servizio al cliente. Camera: La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta. Apprezzo anche la macchina del caffè, la grande TV, la comoda dimensione della stanza e il bagno ben progettato. Posizione: La posizione è una delle forze dell'hotel, situata nella parte settentrionale di Riyadh e si trova a soli 11 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di King Khalid, che lo rende molto conveniente per i viaggiatori. Totale: L'hotel ha un buon potenziale grazie alle sue camere pulite, alla sua comoda posizione e a alcune attentive strutture in camera. Tuttavia, il processo di check-in e il servizio di front desk richiedono un notevole miglioramento per fornire agli ospiti la sua esperienza di comodo.

E questo è facile è nel top 10% Il servizio è il miglior hotel che abbia mai avuto. dal reception desk al personale del ristorante, alle persone allegri che gestiscono efficacemente il caffè nel lobby, ecc. Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente vicino all'ospedale specialistico di King Faisal. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli, ma i mobili hanno bisogno di cambiare perché sono vecchi perché i vestiti della porta non si fermano e la scala è rotta.
