Hotel con palestra a Riad

Durante il nostro soggiorno, sia Butler Kim che Butler Hani erano incredibilmente gentili, professionali e attenti, e si sentono tutti facili e confortevoli dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Era felice, calda e molto pensativa, e prese l'iniziativa di aiutare mio marito e me a prendere belle foto, che ci hanno significato tanto. La sua vera attenzione e l'energia positiva hanno fatto sentire la nostra esperienza personale piuttosto che di routine. 

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été attentif, offrant un service personnalisé et me faisant me sentir chaleureusement accueilli. La chambre était spacieuse, décorée avec élégance et dotée de grandes fenêtres offrant une belle vue sur la ville. Le lit était incroyablement confortable, garantissant une nuit de sommeil reposante. Les options de restauration étaient fantastiques, avec une variété de cuisines internationales et locales. Le petit-déjeuner a été un véritable point fort, avec des options fraîches et délicieuses pour tous les goûts. Les équipements de l’hôtel étaient de haute qualité, y compris une salle de fitness bien équipée et un spa relaxant. L’emplacement était également parfait, avec des attractions à proximité. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai eu une expérience inoubliable et je recommande vivement cet hôtel à ceux qui recherchent un séjour luxueux.

The location is perfect nearby KAFD, this is my first time in Centro Waha, the service is great, the hotel is clean and quiet. The status are friendly.

L'Aloft Riyadh Hotel garantisce un soggiorno di successo a Riyadh - a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di metropolitana, e sono disponibili anche bar a servizio rapido. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e spaziose, comode letti e reti WiFi disponibili. Ho prolungato il mio soggiorno per una notte e non c'era alcun problema di rimanere nella stessa stanza, nonostante le riserve più favorevoli.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Liora Boutique per una notte, e la mia esperienza è stata una miscela di positivi e negativi. & Arrivo: Purtroppo, la mia esperienza di arrivo era deludente.Sono arrivato alle 4:15, quando l'iscrizione avrebbe dovuto essere immediata. L'hotel utilizza un sistema in cui il codice di accesso alla stanza è inviato via SMS, ma non l'ho ricevuto fino alle 5:00 pm, lasciandomi aspettare inutilmente. Anche se ho espresso la mia preoccupazione al ricevitore, la situazione è stata notevolmente migliorata dalla gentilezza e dal professionalismo del supervisore del personale, una donna egiziana, che mi ha aiutato gentilmente ad accedere alla mia stanza mentre aspettavo il codice. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio clienti. Un altro problema è che il ricevitore ha trascorso la maggior parte del tempo a parlare sul suo telefono cellulare, e a mio parere gli ospiti che si trovano al ricevitore dovrebbero sempre ricevere piena attenzione prima di conversazioni telefoniche personali. I have no words to describe how good this hotel is Itreally feels like a five star hotel I am a retired physician and I am from Honolulu Hawaii so know hotels. and traveling through Scandinavia in much of the rest Europe and the UK of the last four years I’ve stayed in more than two dozen four star hotels.  And this one is easily is in the top 10% The service is the best of any hotel I’ve ever been in. from the reception desk to the restaurant staff, to the cheerful people who efficiently run the coffee shop in the lobby etc. The buffet is beyond belief and à la cart menu is extensive and available late into the night  i’ve been to several well-known Middle Eastern restaurants in London in Oxford UK the buffet here is better than any of them The end hotel has the grandest lobby of all two dozen that I’ve seen for the last four years And the location cannot be beat I intended to only stay four days, but extended to three times that one reason was, I wanted to try all the dishes in the buffet at least twice. I was planning to try some of the recommended restaurants in town, but decided that it is unlikely that there will be any better than the this hotels restaurant. I was trying hard to think of anything negative to say just to show some balance, but I cannot think of anything This is the place to stay if you are in Riyadh

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente per chi vuole andare a fare shopping dal denaro sulla High Street e l'ospedale Habib. La stanza è elegantemente progettata e colorata comoda, così come parcheggio sotterraneo. Ci è piaciuto vivere in questo hotel .... Ma il volto perfetto di Dio nuotare, non abbiamo trovato la collaborazione del ricevitore quando siamo arrivati: un ritardo nella registrazione per spiegare le strutture dell'hotel ad un altro caricatore. E quando ci siamo registrati, non ha spiegato quello che ha detto all'altro caricatore, e quando sono arrivato all'età di 1:00, e non mi ha dato un ritardo il giorno successivo, e insisteva a ore 12 o segue la ricezione il giorno successivo, e il giorno successivo si estendeva a ore 1:00. 30 nell'atmosfera calda estiva senza un commento aggiuntivo ...... Per me, non voglio vivere qui di nuovo, perché l'inerzia è stata trattata meglio degli esseri umani.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente vicino all'ospedale specialistico di King Faisal. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli, ma i mobili hanno bisogno di cambiare perché sono vecchi perché i vestiti della porta non si fermano e la scala è rotta.
