Rifai and septian is so awesome, they acknowledge every single small things i need.. they are friendly they took care of us.. we really appreciate them so much. They even buy me medicine for my tummy ache.. they really have a good leadership,hopefull every staff will follow their example. They are a role model. They deserve a promotion

Good place for a quick overnight stay as it is very near the batam ferry centre. Also near to the batam centre megamall which is good for clothes shopping and dining options. Staff are energetic, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet includes a morning dance performance by staff and a birthday cake slice and song if it is your birthday, which we found interesting. Breakfast buffet is replenished constantly. Rooms are cozy and shower is good, with good temperature control on shower heater. Soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste are provided. Welcome drinks are also given at check in, and signing up for a membership will entitle you to a set of gift juice drinks and some gift chocolates. Customer service is good.

Ho avuto un bel tempo con la mia famiglia a Batam Marriott per celebrare il mio compleanno. Il servizio era sorprendente e il personale era pensativo. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, come è appena accanto al jet di traghetto. Anche molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel. La palestra e la piscina sono pulite e nuove. Sono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.
