Hotel con palestra a Batam

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and conveniently located. We especially enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast, with plenty of choices available. The staff at the restaurant were attentive, friendly, and welcoming, making our dining experience even more pleasant. We also loved relaxing at the Infinity Pool, which was a great highlight of our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Oakwood Batam again. Highly recommended!

New and gorgeous hotel close to One Batam Mall that felt luxurious. Best part of our stay was the front office service (thank you Bibiana) who put in much appreciated effort to ensure my birthday stay was perfect especially in selecting excellent rooms for me, arranging birthday decorations and cake and post-birthday, all around care for us during our stay.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Un ottimo hotel, perfetto per una breve vacanza. La camera era pulita e ordinata, e anche i servizi erano buoni. La colazione offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni, anche se un piccolo neo per me era che molti dei piatti migliori erano a base di manzo (a cui sono allergico). Nel complesso, l'esperienza è stata fantastica. L'hotel ha praticamente tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e, per un soggiorno di una notte, il prezzo è molto conveniente. Ho pagato circa 250 RM (circa 85 SGD) a notte. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a coppie e famiglie che viaggiano con un budget limitato.

La casa era molto accogliente, e tutti i dipendenti erano molto utili e ci servivano sempre con un sorriso. La stanza era pulita e la piscina era eccellente per le famiglie. I nostri figli l'avevano assolutamente amato! La vista era anche sorprendente. Gli unici svantaggi sono stati alcuni problemi legati al servizio, come i ritardi nel servizio di bug, le limitate opzioni alimentari dovute alla posizione e il ritardo nell'apertura del bar. Apre solo alle 12.00, che è stato un po' scomodo per le famiglie come noi che passano tempo alla piscina dal mattino, soprattutto quando i bambini hanno fame. Per quanto riguarda il colazione, la selezione e il gusto erano solo buoni, niente di speciale, ma ancora accettabile e commestibile.

Sono un viaggiatore di Biz che soggiorna qui per più di 20 volte e sono super felice di rimanere come prima scelta a causa di buona offerta di prezzo più molte volte con le camere migliorate presso la ricezione dell'hotel. Buona colazione è incluso al prezzo dell'hotel Mi piace fare il mio fitness in questo palestra alberghiere ogni volta che sono rimasto qui.

Grazie a tutto lo staff, il servizio è stato impeccabile... È stata una bella esperienza per la mia prima visita a Batam, Indonesia. L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Derwina (se non sbaglio il nome) e i ragazzi che hanno lavorato di notte il 27 dicembre, ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome. Anche la colazione è buona, con cucina a vista. La posizione è vicina al terminal dei traghetti di Harbour Bay, a meno di 10 minuti di auto. Consiglio vivamente l'hotel a chi vuole visitare Batam.

La posizione è discreta, non troppo lontana dai centri commerciali. Ci sono 2 ascensori, di cui uno fuori servizio, e quello funzionante ha un sensore della porta difettoso. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa ma non molto ben tenuta. La temperatura della doccia varia continuamente, e chi si siede sul water rischia di essere colpito dalla porta dall'esterno perché non ha un fermaporta. Il telecomando della camera è a malapena visibile. La porta della camera non si chiude bene e bisogna spingerla o tirarla con più forza. La camera ha anche un isolamento acustico piuttosto scarso. Il personale è disponibile e cordiale.

I enjoyed the accessibility to Grand ESKA spa. The breakfast buffet was simple yet enjoyable and delicious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Appreciated the front desk team for remembering us by face and asking how our day was daily. The hotel was refurbished. Even though old, the bed was good, firm and new and room was kept clean. The lift was rather dingy but it still got us up and down safely. Lastly, i personally enjoyed the quiet corners of the hotel. Loved the fact that our level was “child free” hence there werent kids shouting in rooms. I love children, but the hotel’s particular policy of no child in the room type we booked was pleasantly surprising. Will returned. Note: spa experience was on point too.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
