Fantastico
DDoreen TeuchertI have stayed several times at this Hilton hotel. The location is great, with plenty of parking all around if you want to avoid the hotel parking charges. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. I always request a courtyard room, as this is more quiet. Breakfast is mainly organic produce, not overly extravagant but enough to not get bored eating the same breakfast every day. The staff is generally very helpful. I do find the receptionists a little abrupt especially when checking in and it seems to be very random who gets a cookie upon check-in.

LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.
The positives:
- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:
- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.
While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

My room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed. I especially loved the large windows and the comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern with both a shower and a deep bathtub, plus high-quality toiletries.
Breakfast was one of the highlights — a wide variety of international and local dishes, fresh juices, and barista-style coffee. I also had dinner at Hugos Restaurant on the 14th floor. The food was outstanding, and the panoramic city view made it unforgettable.
The wellness area was clean and relaxing, though the sauna required a small additional fee. The indoor pool and gym were great after long sightseeing days.

AAngelinchinaViaggiavo spesso in hotel e dormivo molte notti all'anno, non avevo mai avuto la situazione che avevo quando sono arrivato a Hilton Berlin.
Ho prenotato e pagato per una “Camera gemella con Dome View” circa 4 mesi prima del viaggio.
Al check-in, mi è stato automaticamente assegnato una stanza che non era né gemella né Dome View (potete vedere la vista nelle immagini sottostanti); sono tornato alla ricezione due volte, a lamentarmi che non fosse la stanza che avevo prenotato, il personale dell'hotel era più sfavorevole, Non mi hanno permesso di parlare con il manager, non hanno fornito alcuna soluzione o alcun tipo di compensazione, la loro risposta era semplicemente che l’hotel era stato prenotato e che non c’era niente che potessero fare.
Questo era sbagliato per diverse ragioni, prima mi assegnarono una stanza che aveva solo un letto, secondo non mi offrirono alcuna soluzione, eccetto aggiungere un letto di rotoli alla stanza, terzo non mi permettevano di parlare con il manager.
Sono molto deluso, queste esperienze non appartengono a una catena hotel come Hilton. Questo incidente sfortunato ha inciso il mio soggiorno all'hotel.
Spero che questa recensione possa in qualche modo essere rivolta a qualcuno a Hilton e fare qualcosa per evitare che altri ospiti abbiano un'esperienza simile.
Inoltre, le strutture della sauna non erano apparentemente parte del prezzo della camera (non si parlava di questo), e quando ho controllato, ho scoperto che dovevo pagare ogni volta che ho usato la sauna.

Servizio alla reception
Il pagamento completo, comprese le tasse comunali, è stato effettuato tramite la mia carta di credito al momento della prenotazione. I pagamenti effettuati e la ripartizione, comprese le tasse comunali, sono indicati molto chiaramente sul voucher di prenotazione. Tuttavia, nonostante ciò, mi è stato chiesto di pagare un deposito di importo vicino a 600 euro, che era l'importo totale del mio soggiorno pagato tramite la mia carta di credito. Dopo averlo chiesto, ho chiesto alla tirocinante/Lena perché dovessi pagare di nuovo così tanto quando avevo pagato l'importo intero tramite carta di credito.
Lena ha quindi verificato con un'altra receptionist il deposito che avrebbe dovuto essere garantito. È andato subito a controllare e ha confermato che tutti i pagamenti, comprese le tasse comunali, erano stati effettuati in anticipo tramite carta di credito. Grazie Andreas Levi per aver controllato e aver reso migliore il nostro soggiorno.

Non so perché alcuni letti abbiano piumoni/copriletto mentre altri no. I letti con piumoni sono così comodi! Il nostro letto senza piumoni.
Colazione
Per gli standard europei, penso che la colazione in questo hotel sia considerata buona. Con pochi cibi caldi come pancetta troppo cotta, salsiccia troppo cotta, fagioli al forno e uova. La frittata è buona (grazie allo chef!) Alcune selezioni di pane, molte scelte di tè di buona qualità. Poche selezioni di succhi. Macchina per il caffè. Favo di miele fresco.
Acqua omaggio
È strano che l'acqua omaggio venga fornita agli ospiti solo per la prima notte, nonostante io rimanga 3 notti. È la prima volta che mi capita in Europa. Forse gli ospiti dovrebbero effettuare una prenotazione diversa per ogni notte.

Vicinanza alle stazioni ferroviarie e ad alcune attrazioni principali.
Riepilogo
Il servizio generale è stato buono (tranne per una receptionist maleducata). Consiglierò comunque questo hotel. Prendete la colazione.

La sala è assolutamente consigliabile e ci piacerebbe tornare al prossimo soggiorno a Berlino.

Abbiamo avuto una camera doppia di circa 16 m2, molto moderna, per 2 notti. È stata inclusa una microonde e un frigorifero con ghiaccio. Un piccolo tetto con scherzi, ha reso la stanza ancora più affascinante. Il bagno era anche il top. Tutti i dipendenti erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto. La colazione era molto buona.
A seconda delle preferenze, si può utilizzare i mezzi di trasporto pubblico, come autobus e tram, direttamente davanti all'hotel, o si può andare a pochi passi fino alla stazione ferroviaria.
Un paese di shopping è vicino e ci sono anche diverse possibilità di saturare. Ci sono fast food come la metropolitana, i doni o cibo cinese, ma anche diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze come italiani, greci, thailandesi ecc.
Per il nostro soggiorno, l'hotel era la scelta giusta.
