Hotel con palestra a Berlino

La receptionist è stata molto gentile e, nel complesso, l'hotel sembrava discreto per il prezzo. Tuttavia, la mattina della nostra partenza, qualcuno si è introdotto nell'hotel, il che è stato molto spaventoso. La sicurezza dell'hotel è decisamente problematica: le porte dell'ascensore erano sempre spalancate ed era possibile accedere ai piani delle camere senza la tessera magnetica. Non lo consiglierei a chi è particolarmente attento alla sicurezza.

Abbiamo prenotato 4 notti in questo hotel.Il servizio e il personale erano molto carini.Servizio di succo d'arancia fresco ogni giorno ;) La stanza era spaziosa e pulita, una doccia grande e un po'di acqua libera. L'unico meno non era aria condizionata. La stanza era molto calda al 6° piano, anche se non era così calda fuori a maggio. La finestra poteva essere aperta, ma perché la stanza era sul fronte il traffico era molto forte la notte. Aveva un bel soggiorno e mi consiglierei di rimanere qui. Forse non nei mesi caldi di estate.

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Grande hotel, un po' troppo lontano dal centro della città. Se sei un turista, potresti considerare qualcosa di più conveniente (circa 40m dal centro per il trasporto pubblico)

La camera era molto grande e sembrava di essere stati trasferiti in una suite. L'hotel è relativamente vecchio e l'arredamento rispecchia molto lo stile di un vecchio hotel. C'è un bollitore e una macchina per il caffè. Non so se il bagno è dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento. È caldo quando ci cammini sopra a piedi nudi. L'aria condizionata è un po' rumorosa. È un po' scomodo trovarsi lontano dalla stazione degli autobus e della metropolitana, ma il vantaggio è che la zona circostante è relativamente tranquilla. L'atteggiamento nell'ordinare in sala è molto buono e il gusto è nella media. La foto mostra la cena che abbiamo fatto. Non so come fosse il cibo del ristorante.

Ambiente: proprio nel centro della città, vicino ovunque, è molto conveniente. Servizio: i colleghi della reception sono molto amichevoli, e i colleghi del ristorante sono molto buoni. Impianti: dovrebbe essere possibile vedere l'hotel per molti anni, ma la manutenzione è ancora buona.

La reception è stata piuttosto poco accogliente: gli ospiti hanno dovuto registrarsi su un tablet iPad dopo essersi rivolti attivamente al personale. Non c'era un ”Benvenuto” o qualcosa di simile. L'aparthotel è paragonabile a un B&B. È arredato in modo funzionale, ma non adeguatamente attrezzato per un appartamento: non ci sono piatti, bicchieri o posate. L'acqua della doccia trabocca spesso perché lo scarico non è in buone condizioni. I letti sembrano comodi, ma in realtà sono molto duri. Non posso assolutamente consigliare la colazione dal prezzo esorbitante. A quel prezzo, si può fare una colazione doppia in un bar vicino. Per quanto riguarda la posizione: è raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Gesundbrunnen, quindi è ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici. ... No complementary water in the room. The lounge access was expensive, and did not have much in terms of choices of beverages and looked shabby. They are in the midst of renovating/relocating the lounge, based on some posters, so it may improve in the future? Did not allow earlier check in, though they allowed the luggage to be deposited until then. Breakfast spread was good, but no rotation, and same throughout the 4 mornings I stayed. Location is good, near museum island and shopping and historical landmarks.

La camera era pulitissima. L'hotel è in posizione centrale. A pochi passi da un centro commerciale e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Abbiamo provato a ordinare il servizio in camera, ma non siamo riusciti a farlo e quando abbiamo chiamato la reception ci hanno praticamente detto di cercare il menu in camera. Abbiamo preso solo una colazione. A parte questo, tutto il resto era fantastico.

My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion
