La stanza è pulita e confortevole. il WC ha il sensore del water e il controllo del lavaggio del bidet. Due simpatici robot per la consegna delle merci e la stanza interna hanno ottenuto un servizio in camera intelligente con intelligenza artificiale con cui si divertirà molto a parlare. sono arrivato all'uso della lavanderia per i clienti gratuitamente. L'unico miglioramento necessario è che la lingua accanto al mandarino e all'addetto alla reception sia più utile per i clienti stranieri.

Era la prima volta che alloggiavo in un appartamento con servizi alberghieri. Viaggiavamo con due bambini e una famiglia. La suite era confortevole e riservata. La cucina, il frigorifero e la lavatrice erano completamente attrezzati, proprio come a casa a Nanchino. Ascott è stata sicuramente una piacevole sorpresa durante questo viaggio a Nanchino. Al piano di sotto c'erano la linea 711 e la metropolitana, e si trovava a due fermate dallo zoo della foresta di Hongshan. L'ambiente generale era molto nuovo, le strutture e le attrezzature erano buone e il servizio era molto attento. Ci hanno rispedito le bambole e la crema per il viso che avevamo lasciato nello spazio tra il divano. Tornerò la prossima volta~

Grande posizione e vicino al quartiere commerciale. È stato aggiornato in una camera più grande. La stanza era pulita e abbastanza forte, anche se si trova lungo una strada occupata. Friendly staff! Great location too. Amazing view of the mountain. That said, the AC didn’t work. We requested for it to be fixed and they told us to merely open the window. Also the pool was closed which isn’t that big of a deal but I wish that could be expressed in advance.

Overall, it was very good. The view from the room is amazing. The staff in front of the lift asking as to register even when we already told him that we already check in and showed him the card. Just feel like that was not respectful but we do understand that he needs to do his job.

Got a free upgrade to a premier king with a view of the river . The location, the views from the hotel, the lobby, the staff, everything was just amazing. Was celebrating my GF birthday and send a request for a mini deco and the staff delivered. The staff spoke English, check in and check out was easy. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

UUtente anonimoThe best hotel I’ve stayed in China so far! Located right beside Nanjing Railway Station and its metro station. Take Exit 11 from Nanjing Railway metro station and the hotel is right in front of it. Check in counter is located on level 2 of the building. The service by the front counter was good too! They served us with drinks while they were checking us in. We were at first given a room on level 2, but when we entered, there was a strong cigarette smell. We immediately informed the front counter, and they immediately changed our room to another room on level 3. They even help to bring our luggage up to the room. Room was big and comfortable for 3 of us. Price of this hotel was decent too. We were amazed by the clean room, and the kids playpen within the room! The playpen would be a plus point for families wtith kids but it was a great photo spot for us! The TV had screenshare functions but I had difficulties connecting my phone to the TV. Wifi connection was stable but as usual we could only use China approved apps through wifi. Opposite the hotel and on the first level of the hotel, there was a stretch of restaurants providing different types of food. There was also 2 mini marts along the stretch of restaurants. Laundry room was on level 3, beside the elevators. 2 washing machine and 2 dryers available, laundry detergent and softners are provided too. Steam iron is available in the laundry room. Laundry service was also provided, you can wash your laundry in the washing machine before heading out in the morning. Take the notepad provided by the side and leave your room number and type of washing service you need. the housekeepers will help to complete the washing and drying if needed. They also helped us to fold the clothes and left them in a laundry bag in the laundry room for us to collect when we go back at night. There was also the delivery robot there to deliver our delivered food. Overall would love return to this hotel again!

L'ambiente è bellissimo e il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta Quando siamo arrivati, il personale dell'hotel Xiao Jiang ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera e ci ha premurosamente inviato un viaggio a Nanchino. guida. Ho cambiato camera una volta durante il mio soggiorno e il personale di servizio al piano si è preso cura di tutto rapidamente. Il cibo in hotel è buono, ci sono molti tipi di colazione, in particolare la zuppa di vermicelli al sangue d'anatra è deliziosa e anche la cena a buffet ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. L'unico difetto è che la camera non è molto insonorizzata, ma i difetti non vengono nascosti. L'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno è molto buona, la prossima volta sceglierò qui.

TTinaMThis is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here.
Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting.
As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station.
The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day.
At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others.
On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :)
I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water.
Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Il personale è molto professionale, entusiasta ed educato. Ogni giorno c'è frutta fresca in camera e c'è anche frutta da raccogliere sulle scale.
Nel periodo del Primo Maggio i prezzi delle case erano piuttosto alti. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato era nel vecchio edificio. La cosiddetta camera familiare è stata in realtà ristrutturata da due stanze adiacenti nell'angolo. I servizi della camera, in particolare il bagno, erano relativamente vecchio, ma i dettagli erano ancora molto buoni
La colazione è abbastanza soddisfacente e le pietanze sono ricche. Tuttavia, per gli ospiti che soggiornano per più giorni, può mancare un po' di freschezza. I camerieri sono cordiali e premurosi, e le stoviglie vengono sparecchiate e rimosse prontamente e velocemente.
In breve, il Jinling Hotel sarà il mio hotel di prima scelta in cui soggiornare a Nanchino. Spero di provare il nuovo Asia Pacific Hotel la prossima volta

BBenjamin Sch.La posizione dell'Intercontinental è centrale a Nanchino. È vicino al lago e invita a fare passeggiate nelle vicinanze. L'architettura dell'hotel è davvero bella e siamo stati trasferiti a un piano più alto. La vista sulla città è fantastica.
I mobili delle camere sono un po' logori e non corrispondono pienamente all'alta qualità dei pavimenti e delle sale dell'edificio. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione potrebbero essere necessari in futuro. La piscina interna è ok ma niente di speciale ed era un po' fredda (ma era anche fredda fuori). La colazione era buona e il personale era molto cordiale.
Alcune zone delle camere avrebbero potuto essere un po' più pulite.
Sulla base del prezzo elevato per la camera, l'hotel andava bene ma nessuna grande sorpresa. Consigliamo comunque l'hotel per una notte per godersi la splendida vista. Per soggiorni più lunghi altri hotel offrono di più a prezzi più bassi.

Dal momento che sono arrivato, il personale mi ha salutato con un sorriso caldo e un’ospitalità eccezionale, che mi hanno aiutato con il bagaglio e hanno fornito una panoramica dettagliata delle attrazioni e delle attrazioni vicine. La loro attenzione ai dettagli mi ha reso veramente apprezzata e facile.
La camera che ho soggiornato è stata ben progettata con la decorazione tradizionale cinese, offrendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort moderno e affascinante cultura. Apprezzo in particolare la pulizia; il personale di custodia si è spinto sopra e oltre per assicurare che tutto fosse senza spot.
La sicurezza è sempre una priorità per me quando viaggia da solo, e mi sentivo completamente al sicuro all'interno delle strutture. L'hotel ha 24-hour sicurezza e un'entrata ben lucida, che ha aggiunto alla mia pace mentale. Inoltre, la posizione è fantastica.
Come viaggiatore solitario, ho apprezzato anche le opportunità di incontrare altri nella zona del salone comunale, un luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di visita, e ho avuto l'opportunità di collegarmi con i viaggiatori e di condividere le esperienze.
In conclusione, consiglio molto questo hotel, soprattutto le donne solitarie. La combinazione di servizio eccellente, bellissime alloggi e un ambiente sicuro rendeva davvero il mio soggiorno memorabile. Non posso aspettare di tornare a questo piccolo oasi nel mio prossimo viaggio in Cina!

Per coloro che viaggiano e non conoscono nessun mandarino, questo non sarà un problema. Amichevole personale, belle camere (balcone è una strana difetto di design devo ammettere). Siate coraggiosi e godetevi del cibo cinese.Molto più bello delle opzioni occidentali

UUtente anonimoNon mi sono mai sentito così costretto a scrivere un recensione per un hotel. Il nostro soggiorno al Jinling Mandarin Garden Hotel Nanjing è stato deludente. In primo luogo, la stanza del tema che abbiamo prenotato è stata una piccola stanza vista un altro edificio con assolutamente nessuna privacy. Il corridoio e la stanza si sono ripresi a fumare sigarette, così tanto che abbiamo dovuto spostare il sistema di raffreddamento centralizzato e affidare un fan che ho chiesto dal desktop frontale. Tuttavia, il sistema di raffreddamento era fissato a 23 e si sentiva molto stufato. La luce nel bagno si è spenta dopo un certo periodo e il sensore di movimento non era il più sensibile. Ho pagato per il comfort e non apprezzo essere dittato quando e come usarlo. Mi piace la mia stanza essere 20C e le luci sul durante il tempo che sono nel doccia quanto ci vuole. E assolutamente non apprezzi di essere sottoposto a inalazione di fumo secondario per gli ultimi 2 giorni. Era una festa di compleanno che è stata rovinata, non solo perché non avete preso nota della richiesta, ma prima è stata data una stanza senza bagno, poi abbiamo finalmente risolto una che ha una ma che ha un odore di sigarette e con assolutamente nessuna vista.
La colazione era molto media ma sufficiente, piena di personale sfortunato intorno. Il caffè era comunque eccellente. Oltre alla buona posizione vicino a Fuzimiao che non è niente di buono sull’hotel, purtroppo. Ci sono molti gruppi turistici che prendono molto, quindi la zona del colazione diventa molto occupata. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato ci sono molti hotel migliori da scegliere nella zona. Mi dispiace di più in questo viaggio.

RRabbitLittleHotel is a little old. Receptionists is helpful. However, they are not well versed in English. So for non Mandarin speaking guests, it will be somewhat challenging to communicate with them. Hotel breakfast is so so. Nonetheless, the hotel location is very good with lots of eateries and restaurants around. Overall, the stay is ok.
