Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Nanchino

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

Alcune camere si affacciano sul retro della strada e non offrono alcuna vista, il che può influire sull'esperienza degli ospiti. Servizio: All'altezza di un hotel a cinque stelle. Ci sono addetti che accolgono gli ospiti all'ingresso e all'uscita, e un portiere. La reception è cordiale e attenta, aiutano con i bagagli e offrono anche un piccolo omaggio. Si percepisce molta cura e attenzione. Tornerò sicuramente per provare l'ambiente e il servizio della nuova ala.

Igiene: l'igiene generale è buona, cioè vedendo un ospite uomo mettere il caminetto nella lavatrice per lavare il caminetto (si sente davvero male dopo averlo visto!) Non posso sorprendere l'hotel, dopo tutto, alcune persone non sono di alta qualità!L'hotel può chiedere un consiglio, come il caminetto, per favore usa il lavastoviglie pubblici. Servizio: scrivere è scrivere un elenco di mezzanotte, ma non ho ricevuto tre notti. La stanza è la camera amministrativa, ma la stanza non è grande.Il prezzo originale è più di 500, più di 470 una notte dopo aver usato il biglietto. Va bene, tutto bene.

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

La camera era molto bella, tutto era pulito e c'erano molte strutture, come scarpe, toletti, tovaglie, ecc. Ci era un sacco di spazio, tra cui un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, con detergente. Nella sala soggiorno/sala extra, c'era un ufficio con un kit di caligrafia e una piccola cucina funzionale. In quella altra stanza c'era anche un piccolo spazio ispirato giapponese con un set di tè e alcune foglie di tè. I proprietari ci hanno fornito alcuni trattamenti dolci, che erano molto carini. La posizione non è molto accurata, ma la signora dell'hotel è venuta a prenderci per la strada e siamo stati molto impressionati e soddisfatti di questo. In generale, consiglio di prenotare questa stanza per un viaggio a Nanjing, sicuramente torneremo qualche giorno ☺️

一個人出來散心選了這家園景陽台大床房，完全超出我的期待。房間衞生做得一絲不苟，陽台直麪整片園區與紫金山遠景，傍晚風景絕美，拍照特別出片。酒店整體環境靜謐雅緻，配套設施完善，前台與保潔服務都温柔細緻，獨自旅行住得安心又放鬆，性價比很高，強烈推薦！

Cinque anni dopo l'apertura del parco, finalmente ho sperimentato.L'ambiente generale dell'hotel è buono, la posizione geografica è grande, e i biglietti per il parco naturale consegnati sono anche divertenti.Il colazione dell'hotel è buono, la piscina e la calda esterna sono buoni. L'unica carenza nella bellezza è che ci sono verdure, che sono molto calde di notte, e il suono del balcone non è molto buono.C'è anche la TV senza rete, suggerendo all'hotel di riparare rapidamente.Inoltre, se un amico vuole venire a casa, suggerisce di portare il sacchetto da bagno singolo, l'hotel non è fornito a causa della protezione ambientale.

Questa volta, noi tre sorelle, insieme alla nostra mamma di 88 anni e al nipotino di 13, abbiamo soggiornato all'InterContinental Nanjing Greenland, e l'esperienza complessiva ha superato le nostre aspettative. L'hotel è situato nella Zifeng Tower, con una posizione insuperabile. A pochi passi dall'uscita della stazione della metropolitana Gulou, è comodissimo per raggiungere il Lago Xuanwu, Lao Mendong e Deji Plaza. Il servizio alla reception è stato attento e cortese, e il check-in efficiente. Avevamo richiesto appositamente tre camere sullo stesso piano, poiché la vista dall'alto è senza dubbio la migliore di Nanchino. Le finestre a tutta altezza delle camere con vista lago si affacciano direttamente sul Lago Xuanwu e sulla Montagna Zijin. Durante il giorno, il lago e le montagne si specchiano l'uno nell'altro, mentre al tramonto la vista notturna dell'intera città si estende ai nostri piedi. Le camere sono spaziose, la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole, e l'isolamento acustico è eccellente, garantendo una tranquillità eccezionale nel cuore della città. Il servizio in camera è stato tempestivo. La colazione è abbondante, non solo con piatti cinesi e occidentali, ma anche con specialità locali di Nanchino come il 'duck blood vermicelli' e i 'soup dumplings'. La piscina e la palestra panoramiche offrono una vista spettacolare, permettendoci di ammirare Jinling mentre ci allenavamo. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla governante Luanne, assegnataci dalla reception, il cui servizio è stato premuroso e attento. Ogni volta che le abbiamo inviato un messaggio con una richiesta, ha risposto prontamente e ci ha aiutato a risolvere il problema in modo tempestivo, come se fosse parte della famiglia, migliorando notevolmente la mia impressione dell'hotel. Ancora una volta, grazie Luanne per il tuo duro lavoro! La prossima volta che verremo a Nanchino, sceglieremo di nuovo l'InterContinental.

Staff: Staff were all friendly and really accommodating. There are also English-speaking staff in case there are tourists who (like myself) cannot speak the local language. Location: The hotel is located quite close to the Qixia Scenic Area (Ancient town -- then West Gate of the Qixia Mountain Scenic Area). It's far from the city center but the environment is still quite good. There is also a grocery store and several small restaurants nearby. There are more restaurants in the Ancient Town too. So it is still convenient while serving as a good retreat to relax and slow down. Accommodation: The hotel is nice, lobby looks amazing. Rooms are clean, also quite nice in design. Requested for a room with good internet connection (and silent area if possible) for work-related reasons and they certainly delivered. The environment is great and the room was located such that it was relatively quiet during the day. Cannot hear noises from the other rooms. Unfortunately, there were some really loud guests in the hallway at night (maybe communicating with friends or family but were shouting as they talk about something before entering their rooms) and the noise would reach the room. Otherwise, cannot hear anything as long as the guests are in their rooms. Breakfast: The room package came with breakfast - there is an option that comes with ticket to the scenic area but I didn't take this one. Breakfast is buffet with several dishes to choose from. Asian and Western options available. Also has several beverage choices - I was quite happy they have coffee on top of tea, juices, etc. Overall, I had a great stay here even if I had to spend most of the time working. Would consider coming back for vacation.

La mia esperienza in hotel a Nanchino è stata fantastica! Consiglio vivamente lo Sheraton Nanjing Hotel! Appena entrato in hotel, sono rimasto subito colpito dal suo arredamento classico ed elegante. L'ambiente era pulito e confortevole, con una qualità evidente in ogni dettaglio. Il check-in è stato rapido e il personale cordiale e disponibile, fornendomi un'introduzione completa ai servizi dell'hotel. La camera era accogliente, con lenzuola morbide e un soggiorno confortevole. La palestra era ben attrezzata e c'era anche una piscina. Desidero in particolare elogiare Billie, la membro dello staff. È stata incredibilmente paziente, offrendomi suggerimenti di viaggio dettagliati e una grande quantità di informazioni utili, rendendo il mio viaggio comodo e piacevole. Questo soggiorno è stato assolutamente perfetto e sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Nanchino!
