La gente molto conveniente. Le scale di fuori dalla porta principale sono la carrozza d'acqua, il grande albero di arbusto e il ponte di salto nel centro del fiume. La vista notturna è molto bella. Durante il Festival di primavera, ci sono ancora molte persone che fanno fiamme sul fiume. Il serpente è molto caldo. We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

It's the nicest hotel in the area, but it's not exactly worth overpaying to stay here. We had food in the restaurant one night that was ok, a little bit sweet, but maybe that's the way they like their food in this area. We had an executive suite and besides it being a large room it didn't feel that special. Water in the room had a yellow color to it, which the staff explained was due to the water in the hotel being mountain water, I still think the hotel should be able to filter the water so it isn't yellow, we refused to use the bath tub or brush our teeth with the hotel water.

位置就在土樓接待中心對面，雖然周邊很冷清，但是離兩條A,B旅遊線都很近，它正好在中間。老闆一家非常熱情，福建人特有的待客方式：進門辦理入住後就喝茶。茶的品質也可以。房間裝修也很新，還很智能，頂樓有小花園。一樓有餐廳，可以點菜吃飯。我們沒有開車，老闆還抽空送我們去了古鎮。白天借我們電動車去玩。很好的一次遊玩體驗！

L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono. L'hotel è anche pulito. L'ambiente è buono. Il traffico è anche conveniente per il parcheggio

Per il prezzo della camera hai + colazione + pranzo + cena gratuita, è stata una sorpresa inaspettata, semplice e confortevole cibo cinese. Le camere sono nuove e tutto funziona bene. Non aspettare un hotel 4 stelle, anche se mettete dietro molti 3 stelle con la facilità che offre l'hotel. molto bene.
