L'igiene pulita è la mia prima richiesta per la casa.Questa casa è pienamente conforme agli standard.E la famiglia del capo è attenta e il ristorante della sua famiglia è molto delizioso.Questi due giorni sono stati mangiati a casa sua.La sorpresa è che la casa include anche la colazione e il cibo è molto comodo. As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

看到點評選擇行程前提前的預訂，實際入住和同店老闆的交流，結論就是：用一線城市的星級酒店硬件標準+工業管理經驗，落地在漳州南靖土樓片區的一所降維打擊的民宿酒店。如果要參照星級酒店評級，我覺得保底3.75星級不過分， 設施：房間裏面的硬裝和電器（大尺寸電視、燒水壺、吹風機），洗浴間的馬桶、顯示和控制實時温度的淋浴設備，可點亮梳粧鏡，房間燈光透亮，都顯示裝修是動了心思的做了標準的。樓頂4層的星空房（天花板燈光投射，非真的天空），也是很有調調。4層樓，裝配了電梯，行李不用拎上樓，方便。4樓樓頂露枱佈置了喝茶區、圍爐煮茶區、小童玩耍區。風不大的時候，幾個人在樓頂喝個茶聊聊天還是挺不錯的，應該適合多人和團隊團建。 衞生：挺乾淨的，畢竟新裝完也沒有半年。大樓外觀看上去和周圍房子差不太多，進去後還是非常講究和衞生。 環境：地理位置絕佳，路對面就是景區票務中心和接駁車出發站點，且路對面還有特別大的一個停車場，看到有配備充電樁。當然，酒店門口也可以停兩排差不多15、20台車。 服務：過年期間，老闆全家和親戚總動員，早餐也是自己來看各個食品是否熱度合適，份量和種類是否充足，非常用心，貌似老闆娘也上手收碗筷了。很有誠意。 整體感覺，放在民宿中，檔次挺高了。 遊玩了永定土樓（土樓王土樓王子）後開了半小時車過來，離南靖田螺坑土樓羣和雲水謠也挺近，這次選擇還可以。

It's the nicest hotel in the area, but it's not exactly worth overpaying to stay here. We had food in the restaurant one night that was ok, a little bit sweet, but maybe that's the way they like their food in this area. We had an executive suite and besides it being a large room it didn't feel that special. Water in the room had a yellow color to it, which the staff explained was due to the water in the hotel being mountain water, I still think the hotel should be able to filter the water so it isn't yellow, we refused to use the bath tub or brush our teeth with the hotel water.
