這家酒店就在景區的旁邊，是一家新開的民宿，步行幾分鐘就到景區商業街了。要看的土樓羣也不遠，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，佈局合理。舒適度與大城市三四星酒店差不多，甚至體驗更好。環靜安靜。老闆，老闆娘很熱心，看到我們剛下車，就來幫提行李，還升級了房間。還介紹景區的景點及路線，早餐也很好吃，適合中國人的胃。值得推薦

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

We stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags. The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required. Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100. The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old. When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage. The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy. The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening. The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day. There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu. The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse. The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

Una notte abbiamo avuto cibo nel ristorante che era ok, un po' dolce, ma forse è così che piace il loro cibo in questa zona. Abbiamo avuto una suite esecutiva e, oltre a essere una grande stanza, non si sentiva così speciale. L'acqua nella stanza era giallo, che il personale spiegava perché l'acqua nell'hotel era acqua di montagna, ancora penso che l'hotel dovrebbe essere in grado di filtrare l'acqua in modo che non sia giallo, abbiamo rifiutato di usare il bagno o di togliere i denti con l'acqua dell'hotel.

看到點評選擇行程前提前的預訂，實際入住和同店老闆的交流，結論就是：用一線城市的星級酒店硬件標準+工業管理經驗，落地在漳州南靖土樓片區的一所降維打擊的民宿酒店。如果要參照星級酒店評級，我覺得保底3.75星級不過分， 設施：房間裏面的硬裝和電器（大尺寸電視、燒水壺、吹風機），洗浴間的馬桶、顯示和控制實時温度的淋浴設備，可點亮梳粧鏡，房間燈光透亮，都顯示裝修是動了心思的做了標準的。樓頂4層的星空房（天花板燈光投射，非真的天空），也是很有調調。4層樓，裝配了電梯，行李不用拎上樓，方便。4樓樓頂露枱佈置了喝茶區、圍爐煮茶區、小童玩耍區。風不大的時候，幾個人在樓頂喝個茶聊聊天還是挺不錯的，應該適合多人和團隊團建。 衞生：挺乾淨的，畢竟新裝完也沒有半年。大樓外觀看上去和周圍房子差不太多，進去後還是非常講究和衞生。 環境：地理位置絕佳，路對面就是景區票務中心和接駁車出發站點，且路對面還有特別大的一個停車場，看到有配備充電樁。當然，酒店門口也可以停兩排差不多15、20台車。 服務：過年期間，老闆全家和親戚總動員，早餐也是自己來看各個食品是否熱度合適，份量和種類是否充足，非常用心，貌似老闆娘也上手收碗筷了。很有誠意。 整體感覺，放在民宿中，檔次挺高了。 遊玩了永定土樓（土樓王土樓王子）後開了半小時車過來，離南靖田螺坑土樓羣和雲水謠也挺近，這次選擇還可以。

Spesso viaggi qui. Il miglior hotel che abbia mai vissuto è questa casa. I materiali utilizzati sono prodotti di alta qualità, la qualità è molto buona e la reception è molto entusiasta.Un hotel ad alto rapporto costo-benefici molto raccomandato.

酒店在塔下村的一頭，經過古鎮的核心地段就到了，門前有很大的區域可以停車。大堂有張大茶桌，可以隨意喝茶，當地茶挺不錯的，我們還跟民宿買了不少。整個民宿是新裝修的，很貼合酒店的名字，窗口望出去都是景色。服務響應很及時，也很客氣，酒店還提供景區遊覽的攻略。晚上安靜，早上在房間聽着門口的河水聲醒來，看着日出，完美。餐廳炒菜很香，住的幾天都三餐都在民宿解決。值得一去。

E'molto conveniente tornare dal palazzo Nanjiang e dal viaggio di acqua dolce qui.L'hotel è ampio e aperto, prenotato con camere calde, grande camera, balcone con piscina calda, si può guardare il panorama della città mentre si lava il caldo. E'stato ancora una casa di montagna al mattino.
