Hotel con colazione a Cracovia

We had a very cheerful greeting on arrival and were upgraded from a deluxe to an executive apartment. (Not sure why). The apartment was spacious and immaculate with some lovely touches - the foyers were decorated for Christmas with Christmas trees and wreaths. Complimentary water tea and coffee. Coffee cream in fridge. Nespresso machine with selection of nespresso pods. Dressing gown and slippers. We forgot our plug adapter but the receptionist was able to lend us one. The location was perfect. 30 seconds walk from the main square. Being so close meant we didnt need to rush up in the morning. Some nice restaurants/bars on Bracka Street and nearby. Really easy to be able to pop back and get out of the cold for a bit. We didn't use the kitchen area for cooking but you could easily cook yourself a meal with the facilities available and fridge to store food. Our only negative was the bed was very creaky when rolling over which disturbed both of our sleep a little, but overall we don't have any complaints and we would definitely stay again. We had a late flight home and reception were really kind to store our bags so we didn't have to carry them around all day. Thank you.

Ottima posizione, hotel confortevole, bella camera Purtroppo poco silenziosa la camera 105 in quanto il climatizzatore troppo rumoroso e per completare si sentiva in continuazione il rumore delle rotaie del tram situato a poca distanza, fino a mezzanotte e poi riprendeva intorno alle sei e anche se durante la giornata non stai molto in camera la sera e la mattina presto diventa insopportabile, a volte tremava pure la stanza Ottima colazione con poco dolce per noi italiani Cambiando camera lo consiglierei vivamente

La posizione del Mercure, Cracovia è impeccabile! È dall'altra parte di una piccola strada fino alla stazione ferroviaria, anche la stessa posizione di ampi centri commerciali. Oltre a questa facilità di accessibilità ai servizi, è anche a pochi passi dalle attrazioni della Città Vecchia e dai ristoranti locali! Il meglio di tutti i mondi! Il check-in in hotel è stato efficiente, il personale era gentile alla reception. La camera è spaziosa e pulita. La colazione a buffet era abbondante! Tutto è stato fantastico, torneremo sicuramente di nuovo. Altamente raccomandato!

I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente. Ci sono stazioni di tram leggeri sotto, molto conveniente. Camminare per il famoso Castello di Wawel è solo cinque minuti. L'hotel ha aperto il nuovo mese, l'ambiente interno è molto bello e pulito. Il personale di servizio è molto amichevole. L'aria fredda è rotta solo per una notte. Il personale di servizio ci ha aiutato a cambiare la nuova stanza. Il freddo della nuova stanza è anche cattivo. Infine, ha accettato di aprire la finestra e di respirare. Se l'estate si trova di fronte allo stesso problema, Sarà più difficile. Colazione, ogni persona seleziona un corso principale, poi bar buffet per prendere bevande e una piccola quantità di cibo, come yogurt, frutta, pane, uova, salad e così via, buon gusto. Ci sono sale da ginnastica e sauna, ambiente pulito ed elegante, è un buon posto per rilassarsi. In generale, è una buona esperienza

È come un vero hotel. È stato un peccato non poter utilizzare la piscina. Forse proprio perché era una vacanza, ho potuto usufruirne ad un prezzo abbastanza economico, colazione inclusa. Ho provato a fare colazione, ma il personale del ristorante ha detto che non potevano confermare, quindi sono andato alla reception, ho mostrato il voucher e ho potuto entrare.

Nelle vicinanze dell'hotel si trovano stazioni ferroviarie, supermercati, un KFC, ecc., ma la posizione è distante dal centro città. Le parabole satellitari sono di buona qualità e anche il servizio alla reception è ottimo!

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Il ristorante dell'hotel è buono, il tutto è vecchio e vecchio. Quando la prenotazione è stata effettuata, c'è sauna spa, in realtà no, coinvolge la falsa pubblicità e richiede una compensazione.

L'hotel è abbastanza decente per il prezzo. In termini di aspetti positivi, le camere sono piuttosto buone. La piscina/sauna sono buone. Sono stato in hotel con piscine più simili a piscine per bambini, ma in questo si potevano effettivamente fare vasche. Era affollato verso sera (dalle 17 alle 20), ma al mattino era pieno, il che mi ha permesso di fare una bella nuotata rilassante. La reception è stata gentile e disponibile. La colazione era abbastanza buona, anche se un po' cara a mio parere. Il grande svantaggio per chi visita Cracovia è che l'hotel si trova in mezzo al nulla. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti di taxi per raggiungere il centro. C'è una fermata dell'autobus fuori dall'hotel, ma gli unici autobus che fermano lì non vanno in centro, il che significa che è necessario un collegamento. Il piccolo supermercato più vicino è a circa 7/8 minuti a piedi e c'è un grande centro commerciale a 15 minuti a piedi. Ho soggiornato per lavoro, quindi sono stato abbastanza soddisfatto. Chi visita la città per la prima volta farebbe meglio a scegliere un hotel più vicino/meglio collegato al centro.
