Hotel/Alloggi familiari a Venezia

Posto molto pulito e ho apprezzato la colazione giornaliera che servivano ogni mattina. L'host si è prodigato quando l'ho chiamato dopo l'orario di ufficio per aiutarmi a trovare un apribottiglie, lo apprezzo. Alcuni piccoli inconvenienti: la nostra camera era vicina all'area comune e l'isolamento acustico non era eccezionale. Potevamo sentire le conversazioni che si svolgevano all'esterno, quindi dovevamo stare attenti alla privacy. Inoltre, non lo sapevo quando ho prenotato i biglietti, ma a quanto pare la città di Mestre è una zona piuttosto ombreggiata in generale. Fortunatamente questo posto è a soli 100 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus dove gli autobus possono portarti direttamente a Venezia, quindi non devi girovagare per le strade di Mestre di notte più di quanto vorresti. Nel complesso mi sono divertito molto :)

We all absolutely lived it! The first impression is the super friendly staff. You have to climb quite some steps to reach the room (ard one floor of stairs? Not recommend if you have a lot of luggages) however the staff ran out and helped us to move most of the luggage's to our room. The check in time is actually quite flexible since we arrived at 1230 and the staff still allowed us to check in. The room is very spacious with clean toilets and bathroom, there are Shampoo and body washing separated and some to spare (since we ordered an extra bed in a double room) We are also very surprised about the extra bed because it is not an ordinary expandable sofa bed, but a normal bed. Apart from the nicest service we have ever received, the breakfast is also a highlight. There are tons of choices (sweets like milk pudding, croissant, fruits, normal breakfast like ham and bread) and you can order some specials from the menu. We did try their scrambled eggs and smoked salmon salad, absolutely spot on! It has to be the best breakfast I've ever had from hotel! The location of the hotel is very close to the train station, but quite some walk to piazza San Marco (ard 20 min if you didn't get lost) The hotel provide us a map so that we can find places easier, and turns out we did use this map way more than google map (Google map gets really inaccurate on the island), one service we like a lot again. Overall it's a very pleasant experience and we like the hotel very much! Definitely recommend!

Impianti: le strutture sono buone, tutte le bevande sono gratuite. Salute: la stanza è pulita e pulita. Ambiente: c'è un piccolo balcone, c'è una finestra intorno al letto, la luce del giorno è buona.L'hotel è molto vicino al punto di partenza del bus, ma il piccolo hall di cammino dopo la partenza è molto timido. È possibile che ci sia più bagagli da prestare attenzione Servizio: il servizio della ricetta è buono. Arriviamo solo a mezzanotte. Nessuno è stato messo in ricetta dell'hotel. Dopo aver chiamato il numero della ricetta, il personale è venuto a aiutarci a gestire il nostro soggiorno.

Tutto è molto bene, la porta può entrare in isola con l'autobus.E'diverso dalla tassazione urbana di Trip.com che effettivamente viene riscossa.

Piccolo hotel in un palazzo storico del ‘300, in posizione strategica a metà strada tra la stazione e S.Marco. Le scale e la reception sono anguste, ma la sala comune per la colazione e la stanza sono spaziose a sufficienza. La terrazza con vista sui tetti di Venezia è meravigliosa: Ideale per prendersi un momento di relax, anche se bisogna fare attenziona a non picchiare la testa per arrivarci! La colazione è buona e molto varia, la stanza e il bagno pulitissimi e il letto comodo ma le pareti sono molto sottili: la sera si sentono i vicini di stanza parlare o… fare altro. La reception non è disponibile h24, meglio chiamare in anticipo se si effettua il check in a tarda ora. Il personale è molto gentile ed educato, ben informati sulla città, le sue attrazioni e i collegamenti. La prima sera la maniglia della porta mi è rimasta in mano e sebbene abbia informato la reception, al mio check out due giorni dopo non era stata ancora sistemata. Un piccolo inconveniente che non ha influito sul mio giudizio positivo.

La posizione è ideale, si arriva rapidamente camminando dall'autobus dell'aeroporto e da ogni lato camminando. Ci sono bar intorno e è una zona tranquilla. Quello che potrebbe migliorare sono le istruzioni di check-in, perché ho contattato con un po' di anticipo l'app per fare il check-in e ho avuto problemi al momento di arrivare. La cosa buona è che rispondano e risolvo rapidamente, devo sottolinearlo. La vista dalla nostra stanza era bella, dava un piccolo patio.

We’ve stayed in many hotels and apartments around the world, from tiny rooms to beautiful villas, and this was honestly our first experience like this. We arrived around 2:30 PM, right after check-in time. There is no elevator, but that’s completely understandable for an old Venetian building. We carried our luggage to the third floor, and while my wife was speaking with the host, we suddenly found out that the bathroom was shared with another room. This was a huge surprise for us because on Trip.com the booking clearly mentioned private facilities in the room and a shower. Only later did we realize that the bathroom was actually outside the room and shared between two rooms, with separate keys for the wooden bathroom door. The bathroom itself was clean and decent, but for us this completely changed the experience. We have never stayed in a place with a shared bathroom before, and finding this out only at check-in was very disappointing. Another frustrating point was the check-out policy. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, which we already knew from the booking, but honestly this was only the second time in my life I’ve seen such an early check-out time — and I’ve probably booked more than 200 hotels. I think the only earlier one I ever had was 9:30 AM. I genuinely do not understand why there needs to be a 4-hour gap between check-out and check-in for cleaning a room that does not even have a private bathroom. On top of that, the host said it was impossible to leave luggage after check-out because she had “negative experiences” before. So after an already disappointing stay, this just added another layer of inconvenience. Other downsides: * terrible pillows — sleeping felt like your head was at a 90-degree angle; * extremely poor sound insulation, you can hear literally every movement from other guests; * in the shower there was nothing except hand soap near the sink — no shampoo, no conditioner, no basic amenities. Positive points: * very good location; * the room itself was clean; * coffee was available in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom situation completely overshadowed all the positives for us. Because of that, I would rate this place 2/5.

Location is easy to get to and right on the Grand Canal. Perfect for exploring the beauty of Venice. Service was generally helpful. Staff could have explained some elements in the room better. The room itself was disappointing. Very old fashioned and in need of major decoration. The first night only a sheet was provided and we were cold and did not sleep well. This was rectified for the second night. Our room faced a courtyard and was quiet, but quite dark. Overall disappointing for the price

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto alle Granda Sweet Suites! Avendo letto alcune recensioni contrastanti non eravamo sicuri di come sarebbero andate le cose, ma le nostre aspettative sono state piacevolmente superate!! Il check-in è stato semplice, la camera era molto pulita con servizi in bagno e una macchinetta del caffè con cialde! La sala comune era stupenda con vista sul canale: ci sedevamo qui ogni giorno per goderci la vista dalla finestra! Il nostro check-out è stato perfetto, abbiamo lasciato i bagagli presso la struttura fino alle 15:30, poi siamo tornati a ritirare! Soggiorno eccellente in questo hotel e lo consiglierei a chiunque! Sono circa 13 minuti a piedi dal Ponte di Rialto: molto facile!
