Hotel/Alloggi familiari a Roma

Il mio hotel è molto compatto, ma ha massimizzato lo spazio reale. La mia stanza era in un altro edificio e il receptionista che era molto dolce, mi ha dato un tutorial con le chiavi e l'ascensore. Se non siete così familiari con l'Europa come io, questo è stato un passo assolutamente necessario. Una volta entrato, la camera era spaziosa, pulita, ben decorata e confortevole. Il bagno era proprio così bello. Seduto sul fiume Tiber, dall'hotel, si ottiene una bella vista sul fiume e sulla strada sottostante. La stanza era anche sorprendentemente tranquilla, perché non potevo sentire nessun traffico dopo la chiusura delle finestre. La colazione è stata servita nella mia stanza proprio all'ora richiesta, il mio primo mattino che era delizioso e sano e per la mia seconda mattina, ho dovuto andare alla stazione di colazione sul principale edificio ... che era ok. La posizione è di 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla maggior parte dei siti e di circa 30-35 minuti a piedi dal colessuem. Mi sentivo molto al sicuro mentre camminava, ma ancora vigile, e la ricezione mi diede anche una mappa, mi mostrava come usare e mi educava sulle migliori rotte per massimizzare il mio tempo. Tutto in tutto, grande stanza, servizio e posizione. Vorrei raccomandare molto. Per miglioramenti, tuttavia, potrebbero dare ai loro ospiti un set di cure orali e lettiere come con molti hotel che ho soggiornato in questo viaggio

La posizione è molto buona, andare a tutti i punti di attrazione di Roma in 20-30 minuti.La posizione è nella zona di sovranità.E'una forma di popolo, potrebbe essere necessario abituarsi a questo tipo di alloggio.Il personale di servizio si basa su ciò che la app contatta.È meglio avere.Dovrebbe essere una squadra giovanile aperta.

Visivamente un ottimo posto. Pulito quotidianamente, era pulito. Al mattino portavano dei panini e una macchina per il caffè era a disposizione gratuitamente. Tra gli aspetti negativi: 1. Sono arrivato e non avevo la carta SIM ed ero senza comunicazione. L'hotel non dispone di reception e se non mi avessero aiutato per strada, avrei chiesto a un passante di chiamare l'amministratore. Non so nemmeno come sarebbero andate le cose. Penso che questo punto debba essere migliorato. L'amministratore chiede di avvisarti del tuo arrivo con 10-15 minuti di anticipo, ma come puoi farlo senza comunicazione? 2. Isolamento acustico molto scarso. Nella stanza accanto sentivo la TV e tutte le conversazioni. Ho anche sentito tutto quello che succedeva per strada. Nel complesso la zona sembrava abbastanza tranquilla.

Objection evaluation: Firstly, the location is great. You can walk to main scenes for around 20 minutes( except Vatican, 40minutes). And the taxi fee from Termini to hotel is 10 euros. Besides, you can take taxi conveniently because there is a taxi station nearby(around 100 meters). Secondly, the “check in” session is not convenient for guests who book this hotel for just several days ago. Because there is not a email with guides and you have to explore everything by yourself. The hotel is in a building, which also contains other hotels. It’s just close to Timberland and Apple store. And you can’t open the gate because it needs a key. Luckily, we met a person who lives there and he let us in. Then you should take the elevator to 5th floor and walk downstairs for a half floor. Now you will find that you don’t have the password to get in. We knocked the door but nobody answered. So we made a phone call and sent our information by sms. And finally, later an employee came out. She is a good person and it seems like that she also does housekeeping. Thus she may not hear our knocking. The room has a beautiful view. But you can hear car horn. There were no free water, slippers or toothbrush. You need to prepare by yourself. And the bath pipe was broken and it leaked a lot of water. Also we couldn’t find the switch for exhausting fan in restroom. That is what I experienced in this hotel. Overall the hotel is fine. Hope my experience can help more people~

È stato difficile trovare l'ingresso dalla strada, ma puoi trovarlo rapidamente. Sarebbe meglio se al momento della prenotazione forniste informazioni sull'ingresso e su come entrare. La camera e il bagno sono piccoli ma puliti. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia è debole. Forniscono il pane al mattino e puoi usare la macchina del caffè gratuitamente! Il personale è molto gentile e simpatico. È lontano dal centro, ma è a 15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e a 1 minuto a piedi dalla Cattedrale di Santa Maria e da un grande supermercato. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che non badano alla distanza.

Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

Per il prezzo di Roma non è male, però le modalità di self check in sono leggermente macchinose per il primo ingresso (poi una volta ottenute le chiavi che si trovano in stanza si apre portone esterno e di ingresso al condominio). Il bagno aveva una doccia con muffa ed usciva pochissima acqua dal soffione, tutto incrostato, comunque pur cercando di pulirlo non usciva molta acqua. Per il prezzo non è malaccio però
