Overall good experience, big room, clean , all staff are nice & location around 600 meter from metro station. We highly appreciated Lu Handsome receptionist who met us when we check in, his level of customer service is very good. He saw my mom & offered free breakfast for us. We said we want extra key, he offered card that can put in the key slot so when my mom still in the room when I go out, the room is still on. When we want press the lift to go to the room, he press for us the floor that we stay. Extra care that matters for customer. Very good. The cleaning lady also very good. My mom a bit difficult to stand too long to take shower & she provide the plastic chair so my mom can take shower in a better way. Very good. Overall good experience, big room, clean & all staff also

The location is perfect—just steps away from the subway, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. I especially enjoyed the hotel’s amenities, including the cozy lounge area and the well-equipped fitness center. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start my day. Overall, my stay at Yishang was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guangzhou. I can’t wait to return!
