We had booked an apartment for 3 nights but due to bad weather on our camping trip before the booking we arrived a day early. Staff at arrival was very friendly and able to help us with a different room for the first night. This room was a junior suite in the 2nd floor of the main hotel. Room was big and newly refurbished. It was very clean and had all amenities you would expect in a hotel except an air condition. The room had a portable fan which was far from sufficient....the heat during the night was unbearable. The next day we moved to our pre-booked apartment and even though it also didn't have an apartment were we able to sleep better due to the possibility to open the windows. The apartment could do with some refurbishment but was functional. Missing equipment i.e. the water cooker was provided by the reception. Location of the hotel is most likely the biggest plus. The newly build underground garage was very good as well.

L’hotel nel suo complesso è una struttura molto bella e grande, giardini ben curati, zona spa grande e pulita. La camera con vista lago l’ho trovata spaziosa ma non con elevati standard di pulizia. L’offerta di amenities in bagno era appena sufficiente. La disposizione del letto con vista lago è sicuramente bella, ma televisione posta alle spalle non è sicuramente una scelta azzeccata. Turndown serale assente o invisibile. Comunicazioni/indicazioni all’interno dell’hotel erano tutti in lingua Tedesca, rendendo il tutto un’attimo più complicato. Valet parking non all’altezza. Veniamo alle parti positive: - Ottimo Ristorante e ottima scelta di vini; in particolare, il metre che ci ha servito è stato disponibile, attento e premuroso, insolita caratteristica in Germania. - Colazione Varia e ben presentata. Per la cifra richiesta mi sarei aspettato un livello di servizi più elevato, tuttavia è un’hotel di buon livello.

Sono stato 2 volte nel nuovo ospite e sono stato soddisfatto di nuovo. Le camere sono pulite e ben arredate. Il bagno è molto pulito e non mancava niente. Ho sempre avuto personale amichevole e sono riuscito a riprendermi questa volta 2 giorni. La birra porta invita a una buona birra di mezza tegeraee. La gastronomia lascia sperare. Nessuna esplosione in me, entrambe le volte, quando mi è stato dato il mio cibo. Come è stato fatto, è stata la vista. Non mi piaceva servire sul piatto e un po' troppo poco per essere stanco. Questa volta ho ordinato patate di patate invece di pirelli di patate. Non un pezzo di spezie o S*****e. Non si sorprende che non si usano indigeni locali. Altrimenti è stato un certo gusto Il colazione non potevo valutare. Aveva prenotato senza questo . Poiché è molto conveniente, provo ancora una volta a prenotare qui una stanza.
