Mi piace davvero il mio soggiorno in questa unità. Il proprietario molto amichevole, responsabile e chiaramente spiegare le regole della casa, ecc. La posizione è piuttosto iniziale. L’unica cosa buona che devo dire su questo hotel è quanto il concierge Ganesan era utile. Ha raccomandato meravigliosi luoghi per visitarci, ha sempre fermato a parlare con noi e era molto amichevole. Tutto il resto in questo hotel era terribile. L'hotel era pulito e nuovo ma la piscina era piena di foglie e di ghiandole. Anche il mio partner e io avevano infezioni oculari da nuoto. Il personale del front desk era tutto rotto con le competenze di servizio zero clienti. Una signora mi ha detto che la mia richiesta di estensione della stanza era confermata il giorno in cui ho controllato, ma il turno successivo insisteva che non avevano alcuna richiesta di estensione e si rifiutava semplicemente di fare qualcosa per aiutare a dire che erano in piena capacità fino a quando non l'ho scalato. la direzione superiore e poi miracolosamente la stanza divenne disponibile. Chiesto in sala da pranzo per cuttery 5 volte prima di mandarla. Dopo il checkout, cercarono di pagarmi per colazione per 2 giorni che non mangiavo neppure o chiedevo in primo luogo. L'hotel è pulito e nuovo, ma il personale del front desk è il peggior che abbia mai incontrato in tutti i miei anni di viaggio.

選擇的時候有擔心過新開業的酒店味道的問題，糾結了許久，但是住進去了非常喜歡。 酒店設計很喜歡，有南洋風，工作人員的服裝也都搭配整體的設計。 服務人員都很nice，早班機到達，給的歡迎drink很提神。12:00就能入住了。前台小哥哥説我去住的前一天才開業，我是當天第一個客人。 房間設計不愧是新酒店，非常合理，又獨立的衣帽間和化粧台，浴缸和客廳面對的海景，非常怡人，是手持掛燙機，不再是笨重的熨斗了，很喜歡！ 之前很糾結定濱城東家酒店還是傲途格，出去玩完路過東家酒店，覺得自己的選擇非常明智！因為那邊晚上真的很吵，相比傲途格很安靜！ 回來晚上收到酒店的開夜床小禮物，也很驚喜。 缺點就是確實剛開業，還是有點味道，估計再過一段時間就好了。然後床上面的煙感一閃一閃的，睡眠不好的可能會影響，也和前台小姐姐反饋了，估計也會解決吧。

Really very good experience here l, been to Penang so many times and this is one of the best experiences i ever had. All the staff is really friendly and nice they also offered us a cup of coffee when we arrive. Their coffee is always available at the front desk area! The hotel is very clean and there's even a pool and a 24hr gym. Perfect place to stay in Penang. Close to Cecil street market as well. Absolutely wonderful 👍🏻

Great hotel for close proximity to Malls, FoodStreet, Beach Coast walks etc. It has very couteous n professiinal customer service with a kindest smile that warms your hearts each time you past them by. Aboveall, rooms and amenities are well design, fresh and clean too. Such a comfortable outstanding place to welcome every guest. This is my second time here. There is so much creativity in their food offerings in and buffets specials every weekend too. Its really a go to hotel with reasonable pricing of a 4 star hotel. I will be back the next visit to penang.

Amore lo spazio della stanza come ci sono 3 di noi. Buona posizione vicino ai punti di cibo piccoli. Il tuo centro commerciale è stato molto più vicino a un hotel di Gurney Bay, ma non è più vicino ai suoi tipici luoghi turistici come le strade armene, ecc. UUtente anonimoE&O is our favourite hotel in Penang. Being a local Penangite, we frequently ate at Sarkies and even had our wedding in this hotel 10 years ago. We're back in this hotel for our anniversary, however we were a little disappointed with our stay. The bathtub in our corner suite is extremely dirty and stained. We asked the housekeepers to clean it as we wanted to use it. Worse of all, when we filled the tub with water, to our horror, the water was brown in colour!! Not sure if there is proper maintenance done to ensure the water supply is not tainted. The housekeepers also did not refill the complimentary mini bar items despite stating that our suite includes replenishment of the mini bar items on a daily basis. The surface area and tables were not wiped properly as well when they came to clean the room. We hope the management would seriously look into this matter, especially on the water source and overall cleanliness of the suite / bathroom.

FFiona Yoke PingLoved my stay! We were soooo happy to be upgraded to a room with a view that was sooooo spacious! Stayed there for four nights over nye and had a great view of the fireworks!! My only complaint would be that there isn’t a Nespresso coffee machine in the room (which is a surprise given that most hotels now offer them) nor do they provide cotton wool (isn’t that also a basic provision?). Do note that the hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water either, and only tap with filtered water… however I did appreciate them giving out mint water/ pandan bluepea water in the afternoon for guests (wished that it’s all day long!) at the lobby.

UUtente ospiteIl personale di ricezione era amichevole. Possiamo controllare in anticipo circa 10.45am perché la suite Deluxe che abbiamo prenotato per 4N era disponibile. Il check-out richiesto è stato approvato anche alle 12 p.m. perché il nostro volo era tardivo dopo-domani. Visualizza dalla parte superiore era bella e il livello della barra del cielo era accessibile dopo 6.30pm. Ci sono stati bus complementari per aree famose di colazione a 8.30am, 9.15am & 10am. Abbiamo riuscito a prenotare 2 slot per 1 giorno solo al mercato Chowrasta. Il giorno dopo 8.30am slot era pieno (solo 12 seggi) quindi abbiamo preso Grab invece. Non costoso a RM8 a Kimberly Street. Pillow selection-1 per ospite è un bel toccamento. Ha avuto la pillow di schiuma di memoria per un buon sonno notturno. Alcune cenate locali gratuite dall'hotel sono state un bel gesto. La posizione di un hotel piuttosto nuovo (anno 2022) è eccellente. 2 supermercati vicino (Gama) - la passeggiata laterale con belle bougainvilleas è piacevole, Pacific Hypermart a Komtar. Vicino a un ristorante giapponese lungo la Magazine Road e anche i posti di massaggio. In generale, un soggiorno molto piacevole all'hotel. Solo negativo è il rumore dal traffico, quindi la stanza di fronte è impt per i dormitori leggeri

TTonyOttima posizione che offre ai viaggiatori comodità. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti e Art Street. Il centro commerciale 1st avenue proprio accanto ha molti servizi come cinema, karaoke, negozi, caffè, farmacie e supermercati. Siamo stati qui per 2 notti e 1 notte in un altro hotel sul mare che costa il doppio ma mi piace di più l'hotel Jen per la sua posizione perfetta. La tv via cavo ha alcuni canali tra cui il calcio, ma sarà fantastico se in futuro avrai Netflix o YouTube. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

JJoLHooiVery Strategic location to have many access to a lot of places by walking distances. Easy to get to anywhere as its located in the central of the Penang island, lots of good food and local hawkers can be easily access from the hotel location. have great view of the Komtar tower and the city of light, beautiful and stunning. although its a refurbished building, but it has been very well kept and maintained. Maybe the facility floor of the swimming pool and the bar, might have rooms for improvement. The swimming pool looks very old, despite the taste of infinity pool, doesnt match the 4stars hotel standard, and the bar looks like a local bar with no proper standard. We shall look into the standard of St Giles is other states or country.

WWee LoonStayed for four nights. They kindly granted me a complimentary room upgrade upon request from a superior room to a deluxe room at 20th floor which has a good sea view - thank you! My room was new and housekeeping does a great job to keep impeccably clean. They provided free toiletries items like toothbrush, showcap, disposable slippers though I did not use all. There are two bottles of drinking water which are replenished everyday. Parking is free and “advanced” in the sense that it is automated through a car park lift system which you rarely see elsewhere in this country. The lobby is at 20th floor, and there is a restaurant at the 21st floor. The swimming pool is at 22th floor with a gym on the same floor too. Some issues that I encountered or would like to feedback: 1) the holder of the shower head was loose and caused the shower head to push up when water pressure was on and thus not showering the person, and when water was turned off, the shower head dropped to the floor when the water pressure was suddenly gone. Great that they rectified it upon feedback at the reception. 2) the drainage at the washroom basin was not draining well. The facility maintenance could do something about this to improve the experience. 3) I requested for a fruit cutter knife at the reception as I will need to cut some fruits but was rejected, quoting that they do not send cutleries, even though they have a cafe on one floor above, due to “halal” concerns. My question is, then do they allow non Muslims to eat at their cafe since the non Muslims do not have eat all halal food? The reason given is amusing, for such an international hotel brand. 4) they could have done better with their cafe/restaurant with such a great view of the Georgetown - will be happy to see they put in more effort. Nonetheless, I am happy with my stay. Great location, great room and value for money.

RR...AThe hotel is very old located in the center of George Twon closer to seaside. I have booked family room. Space and lay out is ok but 2 issues, 1 the inner parents room has a large empty space by the window (seaview the say but hardly seeing tho) we were puzzled why no pair of sofa chairs with a tea table, what is this space for? Super odd... 2 the connecting door for two rooms doesn't close well, not saying the lock doesn't work, no no, the door can't even able to be fully shut. Services is almost zero. Don't count on it. All in all besides the location and fact has family room options, I don't have anything else to write home about this hotel. Oh and the sound proof is zero too, not saying between our 2 rooms. I basically had bad sleep whole 4 nights stay cos outside in the hall almost never stopped having doors open/shutting and people loudly talking/walking by noises... Won't book again.

IIsabelleLa posizione dell'hotel è proprio nel punto caldo di Georgetown. Ma di notte c'è rumore fino alle 2 del mattino. Quindi, se hai intenzione di festeggiare di notte, è l'ideale e si trova a pochi passi da Love Lane e da tutte le aree turistiche di Georgetown. Ma se desiderate dormire e rilassarvi dopo la mezzanotte sicuramente non è l'hotel adatto a voi. La camera era OK in termini di dimensioni, ma molte zanzare provenivano dallo scarico del bagno. Ne ho uccisi almeno 50 grazie ad una zanzariera 🤣 Il consiglio è chiudere le tende del bagno così non entrano in camera da letto. L'umidità nella stanza aveva la vernice scrostata. Considerato il prezzo, non credo che la qualità della camera fosse sufficiente. Specialmente per la combinazione di umidità e zanzare. Il menù della colazione non era disponibile ma potete tranquillamente andare in fondo alla strada e mangiare comodamente oppure ordinare con l'applicazione grab. Nessun bar disponibile nell'hotel. Le aree comuni sono pulite. Mi è piaciuto che devi toglierti le scarpe all'ingresso. Ci sono delle scale per entrare nell'hotel ma ti aiutano con i bagagli. La prima volta che arrivi devi suonare il campanello affinché ti aprano. Piccola porta all'inizio non facile da individuare. Suggerisco all'hotel di attaccare il nome direttamente sulla porta all'altezza degli occhi e in grande per evitare confusione. Ho caricato una foto della porta per non perderti. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in ti daranno il codice della porta così facile da farti passare. Il personale è stato utile quando richiesto ma non interagendo o dando suggerimenti o chiedendoti come stanno andando le cose. Ho valutato la pulizia nella media perché quando sono arrivato c'erano molti capelli in bagno. Ho dovuto letteralmente toglierlo per 5 minuti. Capelli lunghi e folti... Non sono sicuro di come abbiano fatto a non notarlo. A parte questo stavano pulendo bene il resto del soggiorno. Internet non era facile da ottenere quando si era in camera, ma nelle aree comuni o vicino alla porta della stanza funziona meglio. Non risparmiare sulla sim e comprala in aeroporto per avere sempre internet sul tuo cellulare. Ti aiuterà comunque con le mappe e fuori. Il taxi dall'aeroporto era molto comodo a soli 30 minuti e ho ordinato con il servizio di presa arrivato entro 5 minuti. Spero che queste informazioni siano d'aiuto 🌹
