Bella camera, molto pulita e spaziosa. Personale amichevole. Hotel è vicino a Komtar e al centro commerciale. Ben situato. Piscina è in fase di rinnovamento. L'esperienza generale è stata fantastica. Sicuramente tornerà di nuovo.

Location is great: food is available around within walking distance. Easily located by grab drivers, two malls within short distance. Room is spacious, fixtures clean n new Gym is well equipped; will return again

One of the oldest hotel along Gurney Drive but still among the best and cheapest in that area. Clean and friendly staff. Fair breakfast buffet spread. Free canned drinks and apples daily. Simply amazing hotel. We chose the seaview deluxe room and the view facing the bay was amazing. The new Gurney bay park is just in front of the hotel where you can jog and catch sunrise at the promenade. Evergreen Laurel is surely my favorite hotel in Georgetown and will come back here soon.

The hotel is good and clean, but the service of parking security is terrible, before we check in, one of the security was playing his phone and videocalling with his friend，so he didnt even notice our car，when he finally noticed us after my husband was leaving to check in first， he knocked our car heavily，and said this is not parking area，i said ok，just a second，he is checking in，the security was rolling his eyes and said it emphasisly again，asked me to move it and i dont even have driving license here. One minutes later ，my husband was back with room card，he checked and let us just parking right there！！ can not believe there are rude staff in this fancy hotel！ 这个酒店的保安无比地*****，我们车停在门口去checkin ，有一个印度保安当时在草丛里玩手机压根没看到我们，然后我老公刚离开座位，车引擎今年还开这，就听见有人猛敲我车窗，我吓一跳看见这个印度保安从草丛里跑出来手机不玩了，说这不是停车位，我说好的 等一分钟，他去checkin ，我们马上开走，他在那翻着白眼大声说这不是停车位！ 我说我没驾照，不然你来开。他一副高高在上的嘴脸，站在我车门口，然后等我老公出来拿着房卡，他一看是酒店的客人，就说把车摆正，等我们下车他赶紧跑远了。酒店平时都没有服务态度的培训吗，他都把自己当这酒店主人了

nice hotel with a strategic place. good to stay for rest after exploring Georgetown. a lot of restaurants and its all walking distance. this place is very good also because they provide a hotel car park (its RM6 per day) which is still affordable. but it will be more good if can improve the cleanliness of the rooms. my room is ok but got a stain like blood at the blanket and also few hair at the floor . btw its still a good place to stay.

We brought our 2 kids along during this trip to penang and arrive earlier than the check in time but the management and staff give a nice hospitality to us and even gave us early check in and upgrade our room plus room near to hotel lift. We thanks to the hotel for the good services. Thumbs up and keep up the good work. We will definitely stay here if we go to penang again.

Ottima posizione che offre ai viaggiatori comodità. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti e Art Street. Il centro commerciale 1st avenue proprio accanto ha molti servizi come cinema, karaoke, negozi, caffè, farmacie e supermercati. Siamo stati qui per 2 notti e 1 notte in un altro hotel sul mare che costa il doppio ma mi piace di più l'hotel Jen per la sua posizione perfetta. La tv via cavo ha alcuni canali tra cui il calcio, ma sarà fantastico se in futuro avrai Netflix o YouTube. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

L'addetto alla reception che ci ha accolto durante il nostro check-in è stato memorabile in modo negativo. O era arrabbiata con noi che chiamavamo in anticipo e richiedevamo un check-in anticipato o ci trattava in modo abbastanza poco professionale in base alla nostra posizione sociale. Devo ammettere che la mia amica che era insieme a me è figlia di un VIP che non sente il bisogno di vantare il suo status, ma anche lei è rimasta perplessa per il trattamento poco amichevole. A parte questo, la camera era di prim'ordine, ottima vista e per fortuna tutto il resto del personale è stato gentile con noi.

Hotel molto buono con grande posizione e una pulizia sorprendente. Le foto mostrano la vista dalla mia stanza che mostra come strategicamente si trova questo hotel. Il personale era molto amichevole e il colazione era anche buono. I segni completi per questo posto, sicuramente restare qui la prossima volta!!

Guests need to pay RM50 as deposit. + Self-service laundry and restaurant are next to the hotel. + Prangin Mall, Dark Museum are meters away from the hotel. + It provides towels, toiletries, tissues, kettle, drink making necessities, mini refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and its board, extra pillow, bedroom slippers and safety box in the room. + Water filter can be found outside rooms. - Dust can be seen on the room furniture. Dusty floor, we had to clean it up with our own wet tissues. - Bathroom can't be locked from inside. - Limited parking. - Not 24 hours standby receptionist. - Only 1 card key is given, it is troublesome for 2 guests that stay in the same room to move alone.
