Service - 3 star Facilities - 1 star A bit disappointed that there is no shower cap and laundry bag provided. A very basic room with limited tv channels. Room is spacious. We booked a family room and I like that there is a private corner with a single bed for my son. Will return only if they upgrade the tv channels

Room is nice and cleanines... bathroom also clean..staff is friendly...

Harga berpatutan dan dekat dengan area pelancongan parking kereta pun ada.Very good. Hotel bersih dan cantik. Will come back next time.

Overall quite decent for the price paid. Good location for Grab/Taxi to drop off/pick up. Only 1 item i want to feedback is the bathroom for Family Room. Although the bath room is big, the shower and toilet is together without any blockage, causing the floor to be rather wet after shower and will be rather risky if you have senior/elderly who needs to go to the basin after shower .

I would give this hotel a 10/10 rating if I could do it. We’ve spent 2 weeks touring around the Georgetown area and found this gem of a hotel towards the end of our trip. We actually stayed in a hotel a few blocks from it when we first arrived in Georgetown. The staff are amazing so friendly and helpful, the building is well maintained and well thought out. We asked for a room with a view and it was very roomy and well organized. It’s in a great location that puts you in walking distance of old Georgetown and also a short GRAB ride to anywhere in the city. It exceeded my expectations!!! We came to Penang to see if it would be a good place to retire. CitiVilla will be our first destination as we plan to return next winter for an extended stay. A word of advice to anyone coming to Malaysia and other countries in Asia. Windowless rooms are common and be aware that they don’t always meet western fire safety regulations for exits. Always ask to view the room before you take it.
