having an overnight trip here (2 days), everything went well except for sadly one issue. On my first night in this hotel, everything went well. But the second day was different. I woke up with a bug bite in the morning, but I didn't think too far ahead until at night when I woke up itching and then found bugs everywhere around the bed, it looks like it must've been a bug infestation. I tried to go down to the receptionist to switch rooms, but no one was there. I had no choice, but to head back home in the midnight. Luckily I made it home safe. I've attached a photo as well, other than that everything else was fine. I was sad that I had to end my trip like that. Hope the hotel can take notice and address this promptly.

The service is basic at that hotel. It is certainly not bad. However, it is set at a minimum to run the place and to make sure everyone receives the basic. There is no extra mile done.

We like the location of this hotel. We had an awesome experience.

So far so good, breakfast can be improved. Only 10 minutes drive to Ottawa attractions. But this hotel is more affordable than those in Ottawa with free parking. Ps. The road in front of the hotel was under construction while our stay(unluckily)..

酒店的位置真的沒得説，價格也是非常實惠。開車去國會山不過10分鐘，樓下500米就有Tesla的免費充電樁，停過去充好電再走回酒店3分鐘就夠了。房間非常安靜，簡單落腳住一宿完全夠用了，地面的清潔有點不夠，光腳走腳底會比較臟。床墊還算很硬的那種，不是西人那種躺着陷下去的，睡起來挺舒服的。早餐還可以，麪包香腸➕雞蛋，牛奶咖啡➕果汁，簡單營養，味道不錯。

On a reçu un très bon service de la part de tous le personnel sur place. Le déjeuner inclus était bien et comportait plusieurs choix. Nous sommes très satisfaits!

位置一般般但是有停車場！酒店小小的但是非常乾淨！早餐雖然樣式簡單但是味道不錯而且都不用早餐票什麼的，很大方！早上見到的應該是老闆娘，説話很温柔。很用心經營的小酒店：）

房間乾淨整潔，有洗衣房非常方便，早餐豐富，適合帶娃。地理位置優越，出行非常方便，免費停車這一點非常好。

깨끗하고 좋습니다 조식도 만족스러웠구요~

Tout était très bien et le déjeuner continental avait une assez belle variété.

Très propre, déjeuner très bien, rien à redire. J'y retournerai surement.

Beau petit hotel. Réception chaleureuse. Chambre petite mais bien. Petit déjeuner très bien.
