Recensioni su Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport

The room, the washroom was surprisingly very clean which is very unlike other Airport hotels I have stayed at. The sound proofing is very good you can not hear the noise from the airport at all. Only down side is it is in Terminal 3 so if you are flying Air Canada you have to take the train to get to the Hotel, but it is maximum 7-8 minutes away which is nothing as compared to the other hotels nearby. Worth every cent. Even the restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

Our stay in sheraton is the only good thing that happened to us yesterday after westjet cancelled our flight. It was comfy and clean. Very very nice bed.

Great location but poor value for money. The room is clean and large however the public area is dirty and many travellers loitering in lobby and sleeping in sofa

Flight delayed. Served as a convenient place to rest for the night. Nice comfortable bed. Need to request for bathroom amenities which are more readily available in other Sheraton hotels.

The hotel is super convenient for early flights out of Terminal 3. In room coffee machine was a nice feature. The bed is quite high and very soft which made it difficult to get into. Staff were very accommodating. The food was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and quiet. The room rate was high for the level of service offered.

I stayed at this hotel because it was too late to arrive in Toronto. All the staff are kind and the room condition is good.

While other options exist at YYZ, when you factor in the location and overall how well run and comfortable is this hotel, I personally can’t see why you would pick any other Toronto airport hotel if you must layover.

Expensive for a very basic room. No amenities and uncomfortable stay. Wouldn’t recommend

The front desk staff Amanpreet (might not be correct) is very unprofessional and impolite. After I told her that I would be appreciate if she can make the check-in process faster as we’re having a very important business meeting in 30mins, she kept asking strange questions (e.g., are you running a travel agency) in broken English before checking us in and the whole process is very slow. Her attitude is really offensive and seemingly trying to slow down the whole process on purpose. 前台員工Amanpreet 的態度十分不專業及不禮貌。我告知她由於我先生有重要的商務會議將在30分鐘後開始而我們需要時間進行準備，如果她能夠儘快完成手續我們將會很感激。然而她卻在我們提供了證件、預定編號及信用卡後一再用口音難以聽懂的英文問一些奇怪的問題（例如，你是否是在經營旅行社）。她的態度十分不友善，並且令人感到是在故意拖延時間。如果是商務旅行的客人建議謹慎選擇這家酒店。
