Ho prenotato una normale camera da letto king-size con vista sulla città, ma si è verificato un problema con il soffitto del bagno. Successivamente sono stato trasferito in una camera con vista su Central Park, al piano più alto. Ho ricevuto anche degli snack e una lettera di scuse.La camera era anche un po' più grande.Il prezzo di 2000, colazione inclusa è molto conveniente per andare ovunque, confrontando diversi hotel nei dintorni, è davvero una scelta più conveniente. Dopo il check-out, abbiamo depositato i bagagli e abbiamo potuto anche uscire per vedere un museo vicino. Anche i portieri sono stati molto gentili. Dopo aver depositato i bagagli, ci hanno chiesto se avevamo bisogno di un taxi per l'aeroporto Hanno detto che costava meno di UBER e l'auto era in buone condizioni. Hai ingrandito il bagaglio? Prima di fare il check-out, ho controllato il prezzo approssimativo di prendere un UBER per JFK Ho mangiato qualcosa all'izakaya vicino all'hotel prima di ritirare i bagagli e sono salito sull'autobus per 100 dollari Un'ora e mezza dall'hotel all'aeroporto. È vero che il JFK è un po' lontano. Il viaggio a New York sta per concludersi perfettamente.

Simile a un appartamento d'albergo, lo scenario è buono, la posizione è molto comoda nel centro città

The hotel is conveniently located on Broadway. Our rooms got great views. However, the services are very poor and disappointing. We were traveling with family of six to attend a wedding in New York and when we first checked in, the rooms felt dusty and not very clean. The toilet paper on the roll was almost used up and there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to contact the front desk three times to finally get it delivered. In one of the rooms, the water boiler was not working and you wonder if staff actually check the room condition before guests come.  There had been another incident that we think could be totally avoided if the hotel pays attention to the condition of the room and convenience for the guest. One of our family members’ cellphone accidentally fell through a gap between bed and wall and it’s unreachable by hand. Eventually we had to ask the front desk for help and the hotel workers had to use special tools to get the phone out and cover the gap. We paid 500 some dollars for the room per night and the hotel does not provide slippers for the guests. Little toiletries like an extra hand soap bar, tiny toothpaste and hand lotion that many other hotels provide are not available in this hotel. For room service, it’s not automatic and you have to inform the front desk each time you want your room cleaned. As for the breakfast choice, it’s just bare minimum.  The general feeling or impression is that the economy is not doing well, the hotel is cutting costs in every possible way, and customers are getting less. Overall the experience was not that good. One should definitely not have high expectations even for the high price you pay.

We were happy about everything during our stay at the hotel. Room was very clean, the staff including counter staff and cleaners were excellent, the location is perfect for travellers who are visiting the NYC, the view from the room was spectacular, and the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend it!

Good location, very convenient, good breakfast. The gym is good, laundry is easy to use. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Except the bathroom door is broken.

很滿意，在這裏度過了愉快的兩週。 特別表揚工作人員的熱心：打掃房間的Farida，餐飲的E大哥（原諒我過了一段時間沒有拼對名字），還有前台熱心的工作人員，大家都很温暖！ 強烈推薦需要常住的旅客，微波爐、洗碗機、冰箱、廚具、燒水壺都太重要了！景色也很不錯，環境是安全的。

위치/가격/시설 종합했을때 너무좋았어요 3층에 조식당도 너무너무 좋았고요 뉴욕여행에서 제일잘한일이네요 뷰때문에라도 다시올거같아요

這個酒店其實是萬怡，房間不大，但是包括微波爐、冰箱、洗碗機等！酒店給的樓層還是比較高，可以看到哈德遜河和時代廣場。位置也是很棒，離時代廣場、現代藝術博物館、第五大道、中央公園都可以步行。如果願意步行到景點，大都會和summit one都可以的。早餐也是不錯，就是在洗手間裏發現了黑色的小蟲子。

처음에 침구가 교체되어있지 않았지만 요청하니 바로 해주셨고, 타임스퀘어뷰 고층을 배정받았는데 너무 좋았어요 매일 타임스퀘어와 뉴욕의 높은 건물을 바라볼 수 있어서 다시 이 방으로 또 방문하고 싶어요

숙소는그나마 넓은 편이나 첫날부터 룸클리닝 안해주고 금고가 고장나있어서 고쳐달라 여러번 요청했으나 안고쳐줘서.. 캐리어에 넣었다 뺐다 했네요 룸클리닝은 팁 주는게 아까울 정도로 대충하는듯.... 30층대 숙박했는데... 멘하탄이 다 그렇지만 엘리베이터 타기 너무 너무 힘들었습니다 화장실 물은 필터 써보니 눈으로보긴 깨끗했는데 ..필터는 2일이 한계이네요.. 녹이 드글드글... 조식은 그나마 나은편이고 직원들은 친절하나.... 옆에있는 Hilton garden inn new york , central park south midtown west가 좀 좁아서 그렇지 룸클리닝도 훌륭하고 가성비가 좋은듯... (직원이 친절하진 않지만...)

位置優越、早餐好，但估計這間酒店🏨是萬豪裏設施和服務最差的，設施已經很舊了，冰箱不起作用，服務也很差，住了五天，衹有一天來收了一下垃圾。床上用品很糟糕，看着不乾淨，更談不上舒服了。
