Hotel con piscina a Francoforte

La posizione è perfetta. Il prezzo è a prezzi accessibili. Ma con il titolo 4* stelle, dovrebbe essere più attrezzato. Il fan non funziona e non c'è aria condizionata.

it was really good to stay there. the location was great, just 1 stop from the frankfurt main station if you take U-bahn. there is a mall nearby.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di tre mesi e sono stato più che eccitato dopo aver sentito che un JW Marriott si aprirebbe a Francoforte (anche il primo in Germania in quel momento). Dopo aver vissuto in hotel a Francoforte per più di 3 anni, sapevo che stare al JW Marriott sarebbe stato un'altra storia, poiché offre una bella vista Skyline (scegliere il sole verso la linea e risalire dal lato opposto verso il Taunus) E' quanto è centrale. In qualità di ambasciatore elite, sono sempre stato aggiornato in una suite, soprattutto la suite Skyline perché nulla batte questa vista - vedi le immagini allegate. Anche se l'hotel può richiedere alcune riparazioni in alcune parti, fornisce ancora tutte le esigenze che si possono pensare. Le suite Skyline comprendono un sorprendente bagno, specchi grandi, zona di sedile e la vista Skyline unica che si può vedere dal letto quando si sveglia o si sveglia. Il personale è molto attento, estremamente amichevole e sta cercando di fare il meglio del vostro soggiorno. Thomas dal desk front, il signor Nickol, le ragazze al colazione e i due ragazzi sono anche estremamente amichevole e altamente formati professionisti. Rimanendo a Marriott a tempo pieno per gli ultimi 6 anni, posso davvero vedere le differenze. Purtroppo, la vita dell'hotel arriva ora a termine, ma il JW Marriott non avrebbe potuto essere un migliore fine di quella vita dell'hotel. Grazie a SC. This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Il nostro appartamento è dotato di due TV, entrambi costantemente aperto e riavviato, o semplicemente congelato su una schermata nera. La cosa più strana è che non ci sono assolutamente film disponibili per l'acquisto e non ci sono capacità di streaming. Ieri notte abbiamo visto un film sul mio portatile in letto come facevamo al college! La TV non è la nostra priorità principale nel nostro viaggio, ma ci aspettiamo di guardare insieme le cose nella stanza in vacanza. Invece di ottenere una scelta di CNN, BBC, CNBC o Bloomberg. Ho soggiornato in motel con film disponibili per l'acquisto! Mi sembrava davvero strano pagare per 6 notti migliaia di dollari e nessuna opzione e nessuna pendenza per pagare il letto. Olivier e Dominick sono fantastici e grazie per la loro benevolenza! Oh, e quando arrivate con la vostra auto non c'è solitamente nessun valet fuori ... entrambi i tempi non volevamo lasciare la nostra auto inaspettatamente, ma nessuno uscì, quindi dovevamo entrare. La mia ultima cosa ....I aveva un mal di testa e non avevano niente, mio marito doveva andare in farmacia. Non siamo troppo lazy per camminare, ma quando si soggiorna in un cosiddetto hotel 5 stelle e non ha mal di testa, nessuna capacità di streaming o selezioni di media ...Non vale la pena! Speciale grido a Olivier e Dominick che sono AWESOME!!!

Soggiorno di una sola notte, per poter partire l'indomani mattina per gli Stati Uniti. Stanza molto carina, letto comodissimo. Bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Ho cenato al bar della struttura: ho apprezzato la cortesia del personale. Ottimo servizio sotto tutti i punti di vista. L'hotel è raggiungibile mediante navetta-bus direttamente dall'aeroporto. La navetta passa ogni 20 minuti facendo capolinea all'uscita B5. Colazione fantastica: c'era praticamente tutto (e anche di più!). Prezzo assolutamente conveniente per quanto offerto. Tornerò!

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

La stanza è stata molto piacevole. Tutti i membri del personale, tra cui la reception, il bar e il colazione dell'hotel, erano molto amichevoli con il desiderio di fornire un buon servizio. La stanza era speciale, pulita e moderna Ideale per un viaggio d'affari per 3 giorni. Situazione è a circa 20 minuti di taxi da/a aeroporto così conveniente.

Good hotel for a business trip. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all amenities and appliances especially if you’re staying for a longer period. Breakfast was nice. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Nice river view and a short walk to the river.

My check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. My room was spotless and the views from the windows were AMAZING! It was also very quiet and had a comfy bed and awesome shower. The “Brick” restaurant (across from the front desk) was superb and I had dinner all 3 nights of my stay. Sehr lecker! Vicky was so cheerful and I enjoyed our conversations. The breakfast was fantastic too!
