It's my first choice of hotel whenever visiting Nusa Dua area! A wide range of good quality food served during breakfast, which shouldn't be missed, even in-room dining was amazing! Room is very well clean, staffs are attentive & friendly! Please keep it up 🤗

Nice hotel we enjoy so much with private beach and so many kids activities

Very impressive to keep the room well maintain and cleaniless is great. Staff are fast response to request and very polite. Special request on my wife birthday make up for the room upon call is awesome and everything ready after our breakfast. Staff would recommend restaurant, massage and place of interest.

The West In Hotel is a real great resort. Best stay for families. Everyone is really friendly and always smiling. The room and the bed is clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the huge choice for breakfast. Also the swimming pool including the guide there is very nice stay.

The hotel is very good location and restaurant have lot of verities of food very good for Asian as well as for European to stay in this hotel

The hotel and amnenities was great . However during check in , I had a really unpleasant experience. I had booked a room with a king sized bed , however the staff offered a deluxe room with a terrace and double beds , stating there was no king size beds available. This was when to my dismay , the manager named Mr Wija stepped in and was extremely rude to us,treating us like fools eventhough I asked politely if we could get a king sized bed as booked. He was furious about our request and raised his voice to tell us NO UPGRADE WILL BE GIVEN eventhough I never asked for one .It left me with a distasteful feeling the entire stay. Please do better Mr Wija, a hotel manager of a 5 star esteemed hotel shouldn’t behave the way you did

Very nice and beautiful hotel . The beach is beautiful . Little far from the Main city markets . Very good if you want to just relax and spend time at the resort . Very good food

Amazing family Hotel in Nusa Dua Area. My children’s so happy during their stay here.. will come back here for sure if we visit bali again..

Hotel was outstanding. Nothing negative to say, everything was perfect! Hotel is conveniently located, with quick access to the beach. Staff was kind and helpful, room was clean and generous in terms of space, there were plenty breakfast options to choose from, pool was clean and well maintained, there are several restaurants inside the complex as well as some good options within walking distance. An overall excellent experience. We will definitely come back!

Nice service, staff is willing to solve your questions

There were lots of ants in the room. Mosquitoes are an issue at night at the restaurants. The room had a horrible view and the disguise it as garden view. They have only two staff at night to serve all the rooms in the event more pillows are needed. The management should relook.

The hotel staff is superb. They always great us with warm smile. The breakfast is awesome, a lot of choices.
