Hotel in zona Ace & Tate, Francoforte

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

I preferred to stay in this hotel with my daughter due to its location (very close to the train station), but walking from the station to the hotel I realised that it was a bad idea. It does not matter if it is day or night you see addicted people smoking drugs, you see dealers all around and the smell of the streets are awful. My daughter was so frightened about the location. In addition to that the receptionists were impolite, insensitive and ignorant. I was in a hurry to rush to the airport due to the last minute strikes in Germany including Frankfurt transportation. After checking out around 1200 pm I forgot my backpack on the sofa in front of the front desk. I realised that when I reached to the airport. I quickly called the hotel to ask their help as my wallet and our passports were in it. I called 3- 4 times and talked to the receptionists to describe my backpack and get their confirmation. Both receptionists confirmed couple of times that my bag was not there. They claimed that they checked and it was not there. I also asked them to check the room in case I was mistaken, but they did not call me back to inform me about its whereabouts. After having almost a heart attack on the way back, I reached to the hotel and saw my bag there. This is totally unacceptable. Staff should not be that ignorant and insensitive. Just checking the sofa in front of them (probably 1-2 meters away from the desk) should not be that difficult. When I showed them my backpack, they just said in a very insensible way that they thought it belongs to someone else! It is a shame as the hotel itself is nice, clean and well equipped.

L'ingresso laterale della stazione centrale di Francoforte è dall'altra parte della strada e la posizione è molto comoda. La reception effettua il check-in self-service. Ci sono molte camere, il che è un po' labirintico. Le camere sono di dimensioni abbastanza adeguate e dispongono di una scrivania, di un bollitore e di un servizio di consegna dell'acqua. La mia preferita è la colazione. Rispetto alla colazione francese, questa è molto buona. Ci sono riso freddo, salsiccia tedesca, verdure miste all'indiana, zuppa di verdure appena preparata con riso, verdure e funghi saltati in padella e yogurt alla frutta.

Das Hotel wurde gebucht da eine Übernachtung nötig war um nicht mitten in der Nacht noch lange im ÖPNV zu verbringen,da umfangreiche Baumassnahmen auf der Bahnstrecke waren,und somit am nächsten Morgen stressfrei wieder nach Hause zu kommen. Das Hotel liegt fussläufig in wenigen Minuten vom HBF erreichbar. Das Hotel insgesamt ist allerdings sehr verbesserungswürdig,das Bad wurde wohl einmal erneuert allerdings war da auch beim duschen vorsicht geboten denn die Glasverkleidung war undicht. Das Zimmer als solches war funktional aber da hörte es bereits auf,denn es war anzusehen das die Einrichtung sehr stark abgewohnt war,der Blick in den Innenhof war grausig und dazu gab es einen Balkon von dem aus auch das Nachbarzimmer besucht werden konnte,gut wer es mag wir jedenfalls nicht. Da das Hotel sehr Bahnhof und somit auch sehr nah an der Strasse liegt,was wir wussten,ist mit erhöhten Lärmaufkommen zu rechnen. Das Frühstück ist als sehr dürftig zu bezeichnen,es wurde nichts nachgelegt das heisst als Wurstsorten vergriffen waren wurden diese nicht aufgefüllt,des weiteren ist zu bemängeln das die Frühstückzeit bis 10:30 Uhr angegeben wurde aber bereits um 10:10 sehr hektisch versucht wurde abzuräumen,so etwas gehört sich nicht. Wir fühlten uns nicht gut aufgehoben,dazu wurde ein Radio Sender eingestellt welcher nicht jedem Geschmack entsprach,bitte darauf verzichten. Sollten wir wieder einmal eine Übernachtung benötigen wird dieses Hotel nicht unsere erste Wahl werden.

Albergo molto piacevole. Accoglienza molto calorosa, camera pulita, silenziosa e spaziosa. Molto bella la vista sulla città dalla camera e dal balcone. Il bar è piccolo se non costoso. Ho mangiato un'ottima tarte flambée. Ho potuto godermi la sauna, davvero fantastica! La colazione è molto varia e davvero buona!

Sono molto felice di vedere che l'hotel è vicino alla stazione centrale di Francoforte, e la loro distanza è a circa venti metri. Ci fu una accoglienza molto amichevole con sorriso. Non ho provato il loro buffet per colazione. Tuttavia, ho preso due pranzi nel loro ristorante. Il cibo è buono soprattutto mi piace la pizza del tonno con birra di frumento. Sono ragionevolmente prezzi. Bravo!

Situated approximately 6/7 mins walk from Offenbach Kaiserslai S Bahn station. Check in was very friendly and quick and the common areas of the hotel looked newly renovated and was decorated in modern style in fact you could still smell the paint. Room was quite large, clean, very quiet and also newly renovated. Bathroom had a powerful shower and hairdryer and the bed was comfy. The only problem I could see was there were only three coat hangers between two people. The only downside to this hotel is it’s location, it is situated in a business area without any amenities apart from a McDonalds a few minutes walk away, and although the hotel offered a bar at very good prices we didn’t see any evidence of food being offered. All in all a fantastic hotel with friendly staff, modern and clean rooms and brilliant value for the price paid

Il bagno non era pulito, sarei stato esploso al mattino sui resti di sapone dei predecessori. Miserabile qualità del sonno a causa di mattoni macinati. Male illuminazione della camera. Buona dimensione della camera e funzionante WiFi. Molto buon collegamento metro al centro della città. Il buffet per colazione non merita questo nome. L'offerta è deficiente sia nella selezione che nella qualità. Tuttavia, il caffè è molto buono. La descrizione dell'hotel manca, si trova la casa molto male. Informazioni false sui parcheggi. ricevitori inamici ai clienti. Tempi lunghi di attesa prima dell'ascensore funzionante, il 2° ascensore dovrebbe essere difettoso da più di un mese. Il parcheggio pubblico è migliore e più economico. I parcheggi più vicini all'ascensore dell'hotel sono situati nella zona D/D del parcheggio. Conclusione: Un hotel economico e costoso per un prezzo di camera di 110 EUR. Per me questa è una casa che non è mai più una casa, ma in questo caso il mio entusiasmo non è stato certo un piacere!

Albergo all'uscita della ”Messe”: location eccezionale e strategica per chi ci deve andare. Molto minimalista. Business Hotel. L'ho utilizzato solo per dormire e mi sono adeguato. Personale disponibile e socievole. Si può fare colazione a pagamento (non posso giudicare perchè non ho usufruito del servizio). Disponibile un bar nella Hall. WIFI gratuito. Positivo: Posizione strategica per la fiera. Negativo: camere molto piccole con un armadio (a vista) assolutamente sottodimensionato per 2 persone. Non era disponibile un'appendino per appoggiare un cappotto. Per il prezzo applicato (periodo fiera) dovrebbero pulire la camera e fare i letti senza che debba essere richiesto.

Questo è un posto per un soggiorno veloce di una notte. È conveniente per l'autostrada, ha la porta accanto a McDonald's e una stazione di gas / lavatrice auto. Se si deve essere in questa zona di Francoforte offre alloggi adeguati al punto di prezzo giusto. Non offre molto altro che un letto, una piccola camera da letto e alloggi puliti. Raccomandazione: restare qui se hai bisogno di una notte di sonno per andare in giro per qualcos'altro. Non davvero un posto che vorrei essere per più di un paio di giorni
