Das Hotel an sich ist einfach aber in Ordnung, für den Preis kann man keinen Luxus erwarten. Für ein paar Nächte absolut ok, auch wenn das Bad durchaus renovierungsbedürftig ist. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock ging nach hinten raus und es war ruhig, auch mit offenem Fenster konnte ich gut schlafen und auch von anderen Gästen habe ich nichts mitbekommen. Die Lage ist einerseits günstig da direkt am Hauptbahnhof, andererseits ist das Bahnhofsviertel bekannt für die Drogenszene und auch das Rotlichtmilieu ist hier ansässig, sodass man durchaus unschöne Begegnungen haben kann bzw. sicher haben wird. Die Straße, in dem sich das Hotel befindet, ist aber nicht direkt im Brennpunkt. Ein absolutes Highlight war das nette Personal. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und mit Tipps und Warnungen, welche Straßen zu meiden sind, versorgt. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck bis zum Nachmittag unterstellen und wurden sogar noch mit einem Getränk und einem Eis überrascht, als wir das Gepäck abgeholt haben. Auch das Badezimmer durften wir noch einmal aufsuchen. So etwas haben wir noch in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt, wirklich schön.

As usual an excellent stay and always top of my list when visiting Frankfurt. The breakfast was nice and the room was super clean. The location is very good and reach to all the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The reception staff is always very helpful to keep stay as comfortable as possible .

Il centro di Manhattan è stato situato a 2 notti per un viaggio d'affari a Francoforte. La stanza stessa era pulita, anche se la doccia nel bagno aveva bisogno di un po' di attenzione, perché basicamente ha sparato acqua al muro, quindi doveva tenere a godere per bagnare!! Anche la stanza non aveva alcuna installazione per la preparazione di tè/caffè che fosse una sorpresa. Kind of expect it these days. The review would have been 4* but for the location of the hotel. It’s approx 250M from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. First night in our room we witnessed at least 20 drug deals taking place in the street below our window. La sera successiva, tornando all'hotel, un uomo che è stato cacciato da una gang quasi è stato ucciso sotto una macchina. E Niddastrasse che scappa dall'hotel può essere descritta solo come una scena dalla Walking Dead. Era orribile e a volte molto intimidente. Apprezzo che non abbia niente a che fare con l'hotel, ma ogni volta che usi la porta anteriore devi correre il gancio. E non è divertente lasciarmi dirtelo.

The room was really nice. The reception desk could really improve. It took me more than 30 mins to check into my room. There was a long queue of people waiting to check-in and only one staff member at the reception desk. The hotel wasn't understaffed since there were other staff members circling around.
Further, there was a card in my room to avail a free drink, when I reached the reception, the guy refused Saying they don't offer free drinks(even water) when I asked.
I asked at the reception desk if the TV in my room could be fixed, even emailed, no response.
I had asked for an extra blanket since the one in my room was extremely small. No response on that either.
However, the hotel was nice, the room was super clean and comfortable. location is good too.

My first impression was not bad, but it got worse and worse. I was able to check in early, which was aprreciated, but nothing was explained to me about any facilities of the hotel. I hence had some bad surprises during my stay that could have been avoided. Our room was so noisy, with mediocre music vibrating through the room until very late and very loud. it was impossible to sleep, which is a shame when you stay in a hotel. I kind of expect to get a good night sleep in a hotel. I slept 2 hours. We first thought there was a nightclub nearby but I then discovered that it is actually the bar of the hotel right underneath our room!! Why?? I discovered just now reading recent tripadvisor reviews that the bar is smoker friendly. That explains why a smell of smoke prevailed in the lobby and corridor upstairs aswell!! I thought the hotel was non smoking. Had I known, I would have never booked, since I have a hatred for smoke. It could at least have been mentioned during the checkin. Finally, during the checkout, the cold receptionist didn't even ask me how was my stay (basics!!), so I didn't have the chance to express my disappointment. A positive point would be the 5€ voucher given if you choose to decline housekeeping.

Soggiornato una settimana per lavoro, ma questo hotel di 4 stelle ha davvero poco. Fondamentalmente è una strutta vecchia che avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento completo. Camere vecchie nell' arredo, piccole e con bagni troppo costretti; la porta a vetro della doccia, quando aperta, sbatte contro la porta del bagno se anche questa è leggermente aperta. Cuscini scomodissimi, si sprofonda completamente con la testa. Pulizia così così... il pavimento in moquette non è stato aspirato ogni giorno. C'è una palestra, ma piccola, con pavimento anche esso in moquette. Mancano dei tappetini per potersi stendere sul pavimento per fare esercizi. La Hall è carina, mentre il ristorante è anche esso da rivedere nell' aspetto e soprattutto nel menu. Inaccettabile che ci sia ogni giorno un unico menu con soli 7-8 piatti che non variano mai e una sola possibilità vegana. Un business hotel dovrebbe avere più scelta. Colazione nel complesso soddisfacente. Parcheggio da pagare extra, 15€ al giorno, nonostante di fronte all'hotel ci sia un piazzale con una marea di posti auto. Perché?! Non ci tornerei, è un 4 stelle solo sulla carta.

Hotel Pearl is located at 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The hotel is non-smoking, was built in 2008 and offers 55 rooms over 7 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a practical atmosphere. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Service is adequate and friendly. We had a small room with an OK single-bed, desk & chair, fridge, coffee & tea facility, flat-screen TV, wardrobe & safe, and a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin & shower. The window can be opened. All was clean. The buffet breakfast is served with a good variety: scrambled eggs & sauciness, cold cuts & cheeses, bread to be toasted, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice & preserves, rolls & croissants, tea & coffee. When you like an adequate hotel and a good sleep, Hotel Pearl the place for you.

È necessario dare il massimo dei voti. La posizione è ottima, la Stazione Centrale è proprio fuori, anche la metropolitana e l'autobus sono molto comodi, e ci sono supermercati nelle vicinanze.
La dimensione della stanza è moderata e anche le dotazioni hardware sono buone. La cosa più importante è che il prezzo è abbastanza conveniente e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo alto. Probabilmente è vicino a questo prezzo in questa località della Cina.
Altamente raccomandato, anche l'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è molto buono.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel, siamo arrivati presto dal nostro volo americano e il personale è stato in grado di ottenere una stanza immediatamente, anche se era poche ore prima dell'arrivo. Lo apprezziamo davvero, perché siamo tutti stanchi dopo il lungo volo e abbiamo avuto due bambini stanchi nella nostra festa. Il loro colazione è davvero buono e ben conservato e pulito. Ci è piaciuto entrambi le mattine. Questo hotel è a pochi passi dall'aeroporto e si trova a circa 40 Euros in un camion o Uber. Romer (centro della città) è a circa 10-15 minuti da qui (circa 12 Euros in Uber). A due giorni di distanza, siamo riusciti a sperimentare il meraviglioso mercato di Natale di Francoforte. La parte migliore di questo hotel è stata il personale. Erano davvero benvenuti, aiutanti, professionali e orgogliosi dei loro lavori. Tutte le interazioni con il desk front sono state fantastiche e la signora che gestisce la zona di colazione lavorava molto duramente per mantenere la zona pulita e il cibo ben conservato. Kudos al personale di questo hotel! Noi abbiamo notato due piccole questioni con questo hotel. Un problema è che non ci sono ristoranti o negozi vicino. Sembra un'area industriale. Per attenuare questo, l'hotel dispone di pizza nelle notti. Il secondo problema è che le camere erano troppo calde. Poiché l'AC non si è avviata durante l'inverno, l'unica opzione per rendere la temperatura della camera più accettabile è stata aprire le finestre, che hanno reso la stanza rumorosa a causa delle auto che guidano in strada in prossimità. I bianchi forniti erano più come confortanti, quindi non potevamo usarli affatto.L'hotel dovrebbe trovare un modo per risolvere questo problema. In generale, ci è stato davvero piacere stare in questo hotel e lo considereremo certamente, se intendiamo trascorrere il tempo più vicino al centro della città.

CChengThe airport hotel is located a few km away. Logistic support was aweful. Several inter-hotel shuttle bus lines serve the area, but there is no schedule in display, nor buses can be identified easily. The pickup point is also unclear. Calling up the hotel for help was a challenge. The general number was never answered without trying reservations. It took several minutes for the answering staff to find out the bus service breaks for a few hours in the afternoon! Checking in was neither very pleasant, making one feels undeserving.
To be fair, the hotel looks brand new and well designed. All amenities, including fitness centre, are available. The general fittings are of quality standard. Breakfast is one of the best, if you don't mind some overcooked hot items.

UUtente ospiteUn grande hotel nel centro di Francoforte e in prossimità di molte attività locali (Il fiume è stato circa 15 minuti di auto tra cui traffico, distanza a piedi) Check-in è stato liscio e la camera è stata moderna e sorprendentemente grande con piccola area cucina e grande bagno. Il letto era estremamente comodo; ci sono anche lavanderia in ogni piano. Parcheggio sotterraneo per l'hotel che costa (Io penso/Approssimativamente) $20 per notte, siate attenti se la vostra auto è una SUV ampia, perché questo può essere tranquillamente stretto per voi! Torneremo certamente quando torneremo a Francoforte!

UUtente ospiteCerchiamo un hotel vicino alla stazione principale, ma leggendo tutte le recensioni che non si fermano vicino alla stazione a meno che non si sia felice con la gente che prende droghe, persone inconsciamente sulla strada in un'area non molto bello! La ricezione è al quarto piano e i due ricevitori parlavano bellissimo inglese fluido. La nostra stanza era al sesto piano. La stanza era pulita e proprio quello che speravamo con una vista magnifica vista sulla città. L'hotel è decorato a buon livello e ci sentiamo molto al sicuro nell'area circostante. Ci fermeremo certamente di nuovo qui a Francoforte.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è situato nel centro e si può camminare facilmente verso il paesaggio della città. Il fiume è a pochi passi, ci sono molti ristoranti intorno. Il concetto e il design interno dell'hotel sono unicamente divertenti e vi fa sentire bene. Ad esempio, c’era un ukulele nell’ambito della decorazione nella stanza che mi sono fermato e mi è stato bello trovare questo strumento musicale nella mia stanza, che ho imparato a giocare nella mia infanzia e a gettare via. Ci sono anche cibo e bevande se vuoi comprarlo, prenderlo e scriverlo sulla lista sul tavolo, per pagare quando si controlla l'hotel. E'stata una buona esperienza e mi piaceva l'hotel.

Era un ambiente amichevole, con persone piacevoli in tutto il mondo. Gli ospiti consiglierebbero davvero questo ostello, vicino sia al tram e alla metropolitana.

UUtente ospiteMy check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. My room was spotless and the views from the windows were AMAZING! It was also very quiet and had a comfy bed and awesome shower. The “Brick” restaurant (across from the front desk) was superb and I had dinner all 3 nights of my stay. Sehr lecker! Vicky was so cheerful and I enjoyed our conversations. The breakfast was fantastic too!

Solo in fondo ci siamo prenotati una camera doppia e una camera singola, ma abbiamo fornito una camera doppia con una sola letto e abbiamo avuto una da condividere, perché non ci erano altre camere disponibili.

I found the partitions in the bathroom was collapsed!
The 2nd time I was with my friend, the hotel did not check my schedule and throw away my friends stuff!!! They were super careless and not serious to their work unfortunately, I ask many times to different receptionists they seems didn't heard about my complaint and the most ridiculous was they throw away my friend's stuff !!! (iPhone cable) it's funny!? Finally they agree to reimburse my friend. ( hope they will)
And their facilities on 1st floor was not friendly to people who was using wheelchair, and the 2nd check in has much improved however the shower was not for disabled people.
If it never happened it was ok.
Other than that the location was nice and the view also excellent.
