Appartamenti a Francoforte

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

My wife, Emily Tan, left her room at about 6 am on 25th Sep to check out and catch a 8.30 am flight to New York. The power failed at that time and they decided to use the staircase. However, there was no lights at all and they had to find their way using lights from their phone. At the reception, it was chaotic as there were only 2 staff and they were overwhelmed by calls from guests as well. It’s shocking that the emergency lighting did not come on when the power failed. This is a serious safety hazard.

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

Sono stanca del ritardo nel sistema di trasporto tedesco, quindi ho deciso di tirarlo fuori per un giorno e di rimanere a Francoforte per una notte. ㆍ Posizione: Molto buono a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale. Ci è anche una zona piena di luci rosse ㆍ Medicina-droga vicino, e mi è stato impressionato che questo hotel ha molti uffici e è sicuro. La strada non è un po' straordinaria, quindi si può camminare un po' prima. ㆍ Servizio: Il sabato c'erano due persone che coprivano il lobby, ma sembrava un po' sottoordinato, ma un personale orientale era molto veloce e non molto incomodo. Ho messo un sacco di bevande gratuite nel minibar, ma non potevo permettermi di bere solo una o due canne, ma mi sentivo bene. ㆍ Pulizia: La parte più deludente. Ci sono i capelli sul letto e le mutandine non sono state fornite, ma il pavimento era polvere e inconfortabile. È necessario migliorare. ㆍ Servizi: Questo è un hotel commerciale con un senso di ufficio piuttosto che un senso di hotel. Non è di alto livello, ma è stato conveniente perché ci erano strutture convenienti e ci sono stati molti punti di partenza in particolare. Ho prenotato una stanza con una vista buona, ma quando mi sono guardato fuori dal letto, ho potuto vedere solo pochi edifici più alti a Francoforte e mi sentivo come se fossero in galera. ㆍ Colazione: Anche altri alloggi in Germania sono stati ben serviti, quindi non ho avuto una grande impressione. In generale era tutto a posto, e non c'erano molti utenti del succo per cambiare frutta fresca che molte persone lodavano, e non l'abbiamo usata perché sembrava turbolente. Per essere comodo quando prendo un aereo, ho prima cercato un hotel vicino all'aeroporto e ho scelto il fronte della stazione centrale. Sembra una buona scelta.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di tre mesi e sono stato più che eccitato dopo aver sentito che un JW Marriott si aprirebbe a Francoforte (anche il primo in Germania in quel momento). Dopo aver vissuto in hotel a Francoforte per più di 3 anni, sapevo che stare al JW Marriott sarebbe stato un'altra storia, poiché offre una bella vista Skyline (scegliere il sole verso la linea e risalire dal lato opposto verso il Taunus) E' quanto è centrale. In qualità di ambasciatore elite, sono sempre stato aggiornato in una suite, soprattutto la suite Skyline perché nulla batte questa vista - vedi le immagini allegate. Anche se l'hotel può richiedere alcune riparazioni in alcune parti, fornisce ancora tutte le esigenze che si possono pensare. Le suite Skyline comprendono un sorprendente bagno, specchi grandi, zona di sedile e la vista Skyline unica che si può vedere dal letto quando si sveglia o si sveglia. Il personale è molto attento, estremamente amichevole e sta cercando di fare il meglio del vostro soggiorno. Thomas dal desk front, il signor Nickol, le ragazze al colazione e i due ragazzi sono anche estremamente amichevole e altamente formati professionisti. Poiché l'hotel non offre in questo momento una sala executiva, i membri dell'Elite ottengono un colazione gratuito con una cena la carta (raccomandazione: scelta del cuoco) e molte varietà al buffet del colazione. Per qualcuno come me che vuole stare a posto durante i viaggi, il JW Marriott Frankfurt ha una collaborazione con il Fitness First My Zeil, il che significa che si può accedere a un giardino completamente attrezzato quando si ferma qui e non solo a una palestra o a 5 kg di peso - uno dei grandi più di questo hotel. Rimanendo a Marriott a tempo pieno per gli ultimi 6 anni, posso davvero vedere le differenze. Purtroppo, la vita dell'hotel arriva ora a termine, ma il JW Marriott non avrebbe potuto essere un migliore fine di quella vita dell'hotel. Grazie a SC. Questo hotel è molto consigliato se si desidera un trattamento speciale, la posizione più centrale e l'esperienza completa della linea Skyline di Francoforte.

Hotel carino, molto pulito e grande ambiente in tutte le aree pubbliche. Fantastico buffet per colazione con le scelte fresche e eccellenti fredde. La stanza era una bella dimensione, bellamente gocciata bagno, e un sacco di acqua calda. Anche la vista era grande. Il letto era confortevole con due cucchiai fluffy (solo uno usato). Il bar era molto buono e ragionevolmente prezzi. Il personale era amichevole e utile e offreva un colazione per andare al nostro primo viaggio. Ho notato un prezzo di 2 euro per prendere in prestito un ombrello, che sembrava piccolo. La posizione è perfetta, accanto al fiume, molti ristoranti vicino. La vecchia città è a circa 15 minuti a piedi, e la stazione principale treni a 30 minuti a piedi o 15 minuti a # 11 bus (la stazione Ostend è chiusa ma è solo a 4 minuti a piedi). L'aeroporto è l'altra parte della città, quindi circa 30 minuti a piedi. Si consiglia molto questo hotel per i visitatori a Francoforte.

Francamente, questo Marriott mi ha venduto su tutti i Marriott. Ci hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo e ci hanno dato un aggiornamento complimentare. Pensavo che forse sarebbe stata una stanza più grande o un piano più alto, ma non è solo questo - essendoci a mangiare gratuitamente durante il nostro soggiorno in città. La distribuzione del colazione è di morire per (un gilet pieno di miele e carafede di mela erano i punti di accento per me) e il club era accessibile 24/7, quindi potremmo semplicemente entrare per prendere caffè o bottiglia d'acqua (in imballaggio sostenibile di cartone, in realtà) per andare. L'ora felice della sera è l'ora più felice: basta un buffet pieno di cena che cambia da un giorno all'altro. In realtà, invece di andare in città, mio fratello e io abbiamo appena sedeto davanti al fuoco nel salone, bevendo birre regionali, vini e mimosa (insieme a un delizioso panino adesivo con salsa di vaniglia). In serio, potrei andare in giro su questo posto. Personale amichevole, alloggi confortevoli, tutta la gamma di toletta di qualità - molto meglio di quanto ho usato in grandi città europee. Rimarrò qui ogni volta che torno a Francoforte.

Grande posizione per la zona di affari di Francoforte. Raccomanderò ai viaggiatori che arrivano per mezzo di trasporti pubblici di portare la S Bahn alla fermata ”Taunanlage”, che è in una bella zona di sicurezza e di evitare di uscire dal treno nella pericolosa Hauptbahnhof/Stazione principale. Le camere sono di piccole dimensioni, ma impecabilmente pulite, moderne e ben progettate - con una cassaforte compatibile con laptop. Il buffet offre una scelta meravigliosa e tutte di buona qualità. Ho mangiato anche nel ristorante qualche volta e ho sempre trovato il cibo eccellente.

La migliore posizione! Servizio professionale! Ho fatto un volo tardi e mi hanno fatto bene aver fatto un check-out tardi fino alle 1 pm e mi ha davvero aiutato! Grazie ancora!
