Very nice hotel, but please be back early. A lot of homeless on the street.

The hotel is is very nice,and the location is is easy to travel every where in Frankfurt city the hotel near the central station Frankfurt, the hotel service I s very good

The location is good. Near to the mosque and to the Halal food

就在火車站對面，趕火車非常方便，房間也很大，浴室也很大。但是第一天到的時候進到房間，發現房間居然沒有打掃，又在樓下等了半個多小時。而且樓下有流浪漢，建議晚上不要出門吧。

太冷了，房間沒有暖氣，明明是大床房卻是單人被子，蓋不住。

I really like this hotel. Nice staffs are the best thing for my review. This area is a little bit dangerous, but I would choose again if I have chance to visit Frankfurt again

Nice hotel in a convenient location but the Bahnhof area has really deteriorated. Hard to find a good restaurant nearby.

Rooms were very nicely done and the staff was very helpful. The bedding was great, room was a good size, shower was top notch. The decor was modern and had clean lines. The only issue we had, and it really didn’t bother us, was the street noise was pretty loud. The hotel is on a busy street so rooms on the street side will be noisier. It quieted down about 9:00 - 9:30 so it worked out fine for us. I definitely will stay here again.

I arrive to hotel at 9:00 am from an overnight flight, was way to early for normal check-in time. Wonderful staff manged to get me checked in by 10:30 am! I was so thankful because i was super tired. Because of this, and the hotel itself, i will be staying there again.

Excellent hotel. Breakfast was good and the staff was great. Pillows are flat and only air, but the rooms do allow you to control heat and air, which most hotels won’t allow based on the season. Major issue is the area. It’s a big city and the hotel is next to a huge train station and liquor store, so there’s construction, noise, drunks, etc. Roght across the street from the train station, which is excellent, but the city is busy, dirty, and, and noisy.

It was a wonderful stay. Everyone was very helpful, the room was clean und quiet.
