Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Francoforte

My first impression was not bad, but it got worse and worse. I was able to check in early, which was aprreciated, but nothing was explained to me about any facilities of the hotel. I hence had some bad surprises during my stay that could have been avoided. Our room was so noisy, with mediocre music vibrating through the room until very late and very loud. it was impossible to sleep, which is a shame when you stay in a hotel. I kind of expect to get a good night sleep in a hotel. I slept 2 hours. We first thought there was a nightclub nearby but I then discovered that it is actually the bar of the hotel right underneath our room!! Why?? I discovered just now reading recent tripadvisor reviews that the bar is smoker friendly. That explains why a smell of smoke prevailed in the lobby and corridor upstairs aswell!! I thought the hotel was non smoking. Had I known, I would have never booked, since I have a hatred for smoke. It could at least have been mentioned during the checkin. Finally, during the checkout, the cold receptionist didn't even ask me how was my stay (basics!!), so I didn't have the chance to express my disappointment. A positive point would be the 5€ voucher given if you choose to decline housekeeping.

Ricezione veloce. È molto vicino al tram e alla stazione della metropolitana. Una fermata dalla stazione centrale, molto ben collegata. Il soggiorno è molto accogliente, semplice, con il necessario. Asciugamani, shampoo, asciugacapelli. Il mio unico inconveniente potrebbe essere la mancanza di un condizionatore che aumentava la temperatura della stanza e se si teneva la finestra aperta di notte era molto rumoroso. I letti molto comodi.

Il centro di Manhattan è stato situato a 2 notti per un viaggio d'affari a Francoforte. La stanza stessa era pulita, anche se la doccia nel bagno aveva bisogno di un po' di attenzione, perché basicamente ha sparato acqua al muro, quindi doveva tenere a godere per bagnare!! Anche la stanza non aveva alcuna installazione per la preparazione di tè/caffè che fosse una sorpresa. Kind of expect it these days. The review would have been 4* but for the location of the hotel. It’s approx 250M from Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. First night in our room we witnessed at least 20 drug deals taking place in the street below our window. La sera successiva, tornando all'hotel, un uomo che è stato cacciato da una gang quasi è stato ucciso sotto una macchina. E Niddastrasse che scappa dall'hotel può essere descritta solo come una scena dalla Walking Dead. Era orribile e a volte molto intimidente. Apprezzo che non abbia niente a che fare con l'hotel, ma ogni volta che usi la porta anteriore devi correre il gancio. E non è divertente lasciarmi dirtelo.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'hotel e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza è stata colpita dalla scoperta di bug nel mio ultimo giorno. Nonostante questo problema, ho trovato il soggiorno complessivo accettabile. Il colazione è in linea con le mie aspettative, ma credo che la ricezione possa migliorare. Quando torniamo a letto con bug, invito l'hotel a dare priorità a controlli approfonditi e a misure preventive per garantire un ambiente libero di pesci per gli ospiti.

Gli ospiti hanno davvero goduto il loro soggiorno. Il manager era molto amichevole e di servizio, e il bar era di buona qualità. Era un ambiente amichevole, con persone piacevoli in tutto il mondo. Gli ospiti consiglierebbero davvero questo ostello, vicino sia al tram e alla metropolitana.

As usual an excellent stay and always top of my list when visiting Frankfurt. The breakfast was nice and the room was super clean. The location is very good and reach to all the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The reception staff is always very helpful to keep stay as comfortable as possible .

Nel complesso: non è male negli hotel all'estero. Informazioni sul check-in: check-in automatico sulla macchina, check-out e basta inserire la carta e partire. È molto conveniente, quindi va bene A proposito di mangiare: ci sono anche molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, inclusi ristoranti cinesi, ristoranti occidentali e fast food. Informazioni sul viaggio: è vicino alla stazione centrale, a due o tre minuti a piedi, e la posizione è buona. Non è consigliabile uscire troppo tardi, la via principale è piena di gente che beve troppo. Alcune delle principali sale espositive di storia dell'arte sono raggiungibili in circa 20 minuti a piedi.Se non vuoi camminare, puoi prendere il tram🚃

I preferred to stay in this hotel with my daughter due to its location (very close to the train station), but walking from the station to the hotel I realised that it was a bad idea. It does not matter if it is day or night you see addicted people smoking drugs, you see dealers all around and the smell of the streets are awful. My daughter was so frightened about the location. In addition to that the receptionists were impolite, insensitive and ignorant. I was in a hurry to rush to the airport due to the last minute strikes in Germany including Frankfurt transportation. After checking out around 1200 pm I forgot my backpack on the sofa in front of the front desk. I realised that when I reached to the airport. I quickly called the hotel to ask their help as my wallet and our passports were in it. I called 3- 4 times and talked to the receptionists to describe my backpack and get their confirmation. Both receptionists confirmed couple of times that my bag was not there. They claimed that they checked and it was not there. I also asked them to check the room in case I was mistaken, but they did not call me back to inform me about its whereabouts. After having almost a heart attack on the way back, I reached to the hotel and saw my bag there. This is totally unacceptable. Staff should not be that ignorant and insensitive. Just checking the sofa in front of them (probably 1-2 meters away from the desk) should not be that difficult. When I showed them my backpack, they just said in a very insensible way that they thought it belongs to someone else! It is a shame as the hotel itself is nice, clean and well equipped.

L'hotel è super grande! Anche super pulito! Anche il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, ed è molto vicino al centro città, taxi (perché poche persone condividono il taxi è molto economico), l'hotel è particolarmente buono.

Hotel a pochi metri dallo Zeil, vicino al supermercato Tegut. Hall spaziosa e curatissima con fiori freschi ovunque ( gigli e anturium) personale cordialissimo alla reception ( grazie mille a Shanel , italiana, che ci ha aiutato con un disguido nella prenotazione). Colazione eccellente in varietà e qualità. Nella sala colazione tutto era ordino, curato, pulito e rifornito. responsabile di sala e suo staf efficienti e cordiali. Camere calde , ampie, grandi vetrate sullo skyline meraviglioso della città , grande doccia a vista.. peccato per la moquette non proprio pulitissima Acqua di benvenuto, macchinetta del caffè in stanza. Molto buoni i detergenti ( mancano però balsamo e lozione x il corpo) La sauna era chiusa, ma nell armadio c erano gli accappatoi e le ciabattine.
