Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Zermatt

Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Questo è un buon posto per godere di Zhalmat. All'interno è molto carino e caldo in generale, posso sperimentare un'esperienza straordinaria che il Giappone non può sperimentare. La stanza è abbastanza grande per passare un tempo facile. Quando sono andato sul balcone, sono felice di sentire l'aria pulita di Tsermat.Non è una stanza che può fare il paesaggio, ma è buona per uscire. Penso che sia solo un bagno piccolo, ma entro i limiti consentiti, perche'ho solo lavato un bagno. Sono felice di avere acqua, birra, bevande acido solforico e così via nel frigo della stanza.Penso che sia un servizio di alta qualità in Svizzera e costoso. Il cioccolato di Linz come dolce benvenuto è anche un buon servizio per me per sentire l'unica natura svizzera. La colazione è anche una tipica colazione occidentale, ma i componenti di frutta e formaggio sono buoni, semplice ma deliziosi. Per quanto riguarda la persona, il pane di angolo è molto delizioso.♡ Inoltre, cioccolato caldo e caffè Cabucino fatto quando si ordinano sono anche deliziosi. Quando si lascia, è molto utile essere in grado di salire e uscire dalla stazione. Il personale ha anche un'atmosfera amichevole, che è una vacanza felice.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

In generale, l'hotel stesso soddisfa le aspettative in termini di comfort, pulizia e strutture. Tutto circa il soggiorno fisico è stato piacevole. Tuttavia, l'esperienza è stata significativamente ridotta dal livello di servizio al cliente. La Svizzera ha una forte reputazione di ospite, che ha reso questo ancora più deludente, e in particolare il personale di accoglienza si è trovato in modo sconcertante e disimpegnato. Non c'era caldo, non c'era saluto all'arrivo, e le interazioni si sentivano più come un inconveniente che un ospite prezioso. La mancanza di sincerità e cortesia di base ha creato un'atmosfera incomoda per tutto il nostro soggiorno. È una vergogna perché questo potrebbe essere stato un'esperienza quasi perfetta. Con un modesto miglioramento di atteggiamento, gentilezza e comprensione di ciò che significa vera ospitalità, questo hotel potrebbe facilmente lasciare un'impressione molto migliore. Come è stato detto, il povero servizio clienti ha sovrasfondato ciò che era un piacevole soggiorno.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero inoltrabile in questo hotel perfetto, situato a Zermatt, un'ideale per le coppie che cercavano romanticismo e relax.Dal momento che siamo arrivati, il personale ci ha resi benvenuti con calda ospitalità e servizio personalizzato. La stanza era accogliente ma datata, con una vista incantevole del Matterhorn a destra dal nostro balcone, assolutamente magica al sorgere del sole e al tramonto. La sua posizione era perfetta, solo una passeggiata per il centro del villaggio e gli ascensori, ma abbastanza tranquillo per una serata tranquilla.Abbiamo lasciato sentire raffreddato, ricongiungibile, e già pianificato il nostro ritorno. Molto consiglia questo hotel per coppie che cercano charme, comfort e splendida bellezza alpina. Psst: meno l'area opposta con costante rumore mattinale dovuto alla costruzione, sarà meglio.

Kristiane checked us in, and out of the hotel. She's the most attentive person so far that I've met, among the hotels that I have stayed in. Not only that, she got our issues fixed within the day, with a good sense of humour. The hotel breakfast was above average, some selection of cheeses, ham, salami, yoghurt, and drinks dispensed from the machine. I chose this hotel as it was close to Zermatt Bahnhof, and I did not regret it. A relatively new hotel, with a faint smell of wood in the room. The heating in the room can be a wee bit stronger, it means the insulation is good while we tuned down the central heating throughout our stay when the external temp is subzero. It's a gorgeous hotel, I have a narrow window view of the Matterhorn. Not to mention that the hotel is right next to McDonald's and two coffee shops. Overall, it was a splendid experience for us staying at Derby. If you were guessing, this isn't a sponsored review. We were just very happy travellers.

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Room heater not working, 1 of the staff provide a portable heater and friendly... The hotel shoe need charges but we not taken, after that say free to us but once open is like a dirty and old 😤No quality checking...

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

We were rather put off going into our room as it had a bad smell to it and the bathroom in particular and surmised because of this, that something wasn't clean perhaps the carpet or drains to the toilet. On the other hand the staff that served us for the evening meal and breakfast were polite and humorous and looked after us well so we cannot complain on this. We are happy to help you with the survey but don't want our names published please!.
