Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Our stay at Beausite Zermatt was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel looked after throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, combining classic Swiss charm with modern comfort. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn — truly unforgettable. The wellness area was a highlight, especially after a day exploring Zermatt, with excellent spa facilities that were both relaxing and well organised. Breakfast was generous and high quality, with a wide selection to suit all tastes, and the dining experience overall was refined yet comfortable. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet within easy walking distance of the village and transport. Beasite Zermatt delivers luxury without feeling pretentious, paired with genuine hospitality. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zermatt.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

The staff are friendly and the drinks in the mini bars are free..... They are generous with the food, they even have bread, nuts and fruits all day next to the check-in desk.

Che tipo di hotel di Sheng è questo?Non si aspettava che la prenotazione fosse fatta, perché Shelmat aveva un giorno, quindi voleva trovare una casa vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Non ho pensato che l'hotel fosse molto conveniente non solo sulla posizione geografica (sotto è la strada commerciale), ma anche sulla buona struttura hardware e la colazione.Poiché è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al treno montano, è completamente possibile salire sulla montagna alle sette del treno primissimo fino all'ultima stazione Gornergrat e vedere il sole Jinshan. Inoltre, la reception dell'hotel Panna è molto gentile. Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno davvero inoltrabile in questo hotel perfetto, situato a Zermatt, un'ideale per le coppie che cercavano romanticismo e relax.Dal momento che siamo arrivati, il personale ci ha resi benvenuti con calda ospitalità e servizio personalizzato. La stanza era accogliente ma datata, con una vista incantevole del Matterhorn a destra dal nostro balcone, assolutamente magica al sorgere del sole e al tramonto. La sua posizione era perfetta, solo una passeggiata per il centro del villaggio e gli ascensori, ma abbastanza tranquillo per una serata tranquilla.Abbiamo lasciato sentire raffreddato, ricongiungibile, e già pianificato il nostro ritorno. Molto consiglia questo hotel per coppie che cercano charme, comfort e splendida bellezza alpina. Psst: meno l'area opposta con costante rumore mattinale dovuto alla costruzione, sarà meglio.

Location was right in the middle of the city, super convenient! Nearby the Zermatt main station, as well as Gornergrat station! Supermarkets were walking distance away, and even food options were many like macdonalds, western food, etc. the receptionist was warm and friendly and even extended us for an early check in when rooms are available. The hotel was overall very cozy and clean, suitable for a short stay. The necessities are provided like soap, towels, hair dryer, tissue! Just note that there is no fridge in the room if that was your concern. Other than that, perfect stay!

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Highly recommend this hostel for solo travelers! Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, making it super easy to explore Zermatt. The entire place was spotless, and the facilities were top-notch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!
