Front desk staff was friendly, but they closed at 4 PM and that made it a little difficult. The rooms are cleaned, but the bathrooms could use a little more Cleaning.

首先點讚的是前台，特別熱情的介紹，訂的房間沒了，而且給免了停車費。酒店周邊二個大型超市new world和countdown，房間裏面很乾凈，也很安靜舒服。非常推薦 離奧塔哥大學也很近哦

當天未能趕到check in 時間，冇人接待，冇人通知，原來reception 係有辦工時間，好采見到-一位熱心住客話给我知門鎻咭係信箱到先可以上到房間。第二件事，本人住三日兩夜，第二天冇人清潔房間，如倒垃圾，更挨浴巾，摺好被褥。佢收得三日兩夜租金，但只係做兩日一夜承諾。

達尼丁停車很難 市裡停車位很緊張 要先去checkin 然後店員給你個車位號碼 要停在位子上 車庫大門要刷房卡的 並且停車要付錢的 15紐一天

設施：該有的都有，除去烤箱以及加熱食材的設施，如果有想做飯的需要注意（也可能是我訂的房型沒有相關設施） 衞生：非常乾淨整潔 環境：整體還是比較寬敞，視覺效果看上去還是非常舒適的 服務：前台非常nice，會幫忙解決問題 預訂時在攜程留言需要預約停車位，但是不知為何，酒店並未收到攜程給到的訊息。最後是酒店前台這邊幫忙給到了一個臨時車位，非常感謝酒店前台的協助！

酒店位置和設施都很好，一室一廳，空間很大，屋裡廚具爐子一應俱全，洗衣機乾衣機暖氣都有，有自己的停車場，15 紐幣一晚。但是唯一也是最大的缺點是臨街，而且窗户是單層玻璃，幾乎不隔音，非常非常吵，怕噪音的朋友慎選。

Good location and value for money. Undercover parking. Clean. Only issue was a leak in the ceiling of the shower which we reported and I’m sure will be fixed.

On our trip through New Zealand we stayed in various Quest Hotels and were very impressed with the price/performance ratio. Unfortunately, the Quest Hotel in Dunedin seems to be a bit older and the rooms look accordingly worn. We had a room on the second floor overlooking a multi-lane main road. Despite this, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The rooms are very well equipped. The staff was very friendly. If all of the hotel's parking spaces are full, it is difficult to find public parking nearby for several days.
