We went in a group of 3 and we have booked a triple sharing room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. It was so nice of them to automatically upgrade us to a family suite with 2 double beds and a much bigger size room, when we were doing the check in. Breakfast was quite a reasonable spread. Value for money hotel.

This Hotel is clean and quiet. Good location and very convenient

정말친절하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다 시설이 오래되었지만 청결하고 가성비로 묵기엔좄았어요 프론트 직원들은 더할나위없이 친절했어요 테라스도 좋았습니다

部屋は2階で裏側だったのでロケーションは残念だった 部屋にはティッシュがなくトイレットペーパーを代用した スタッフは皆さん親切で丁寧で良かった 立地は旧市街へはGrabで移動した３２０００ドンぐらい で行くことができます 市街地の騒音もなくて静かです 朝食も美味しかったです とても満足でした

部屋は清潔で、バルコニーもあり、また食事も美味しく、この価格でこの滞在のコストパフォーマンスは私の今までの経験で最高でした!スタッフの明るく優しい笑顔の対応も印象的でした。お天気が悪かったにもかかわらず最高の滞在となりました!

Muy cerca a la parte turística, es bonito, limpio y las personas muy amables. Lo único es que el pan del desayuno estaba como viejo y duro

房間跟櫃檯電話不能用，有問題得跑下樓處理，非常麻煩，房內燈源開關被床封住，無法使用，最後服務員來換了一間親子房，完全沒有景觀，花了錢不開心的住宿經驗。

Una scelta eccellente per il soggiorno! Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo hotel. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, facendomi sentire a casa. Un punto forte è sicuramente il buffet ricco e vario, con opzioni per tutti i gusti e una qualità impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque stia cercando una soluzione confortevole e accogliente per il proprio soggiorno. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per il servizio impeccabile!

Excellent place in the midst of beautiful Hoi An . Very helpful and cheerful staff. We had great time , good amenities in the hotel and noce breakfast too. The restaurant Hoai Linh next door is a family run place. Very nice family , went out of the way to cook vegetarian food for us.

The Hoian Rose Garden is a beautiful hotel. Ms. Yen has been the perfect hostess with recommendations for tailors and activities. Hoian is a gem to visit, very beautiful and welcoming. We highly recommend the Hoian Rose Garden Hotel. Thanks so much Ms. Yen for being so welcoming and helpful.

This has been the nicest hotel we've stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfasts are delicious. Ms. Yen and all the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed speaking with the staff and they were all friendly with lovely big smiles.

Excellent view from room. Good food and drinks. Friendly receptionist and waitress, especially Very near to Hoi An Ancient City, 1 km walking distance, outside hotel has a lot of tasty local food, especially banh mi, chicken rice and rice noodle (cao lao).
