No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

這次幫朋友定的，去年去都柏林也住了，早餐很豐富，食材超級新鮮,酒店用的是Beyond 品牌的洗護用品，贊👍

酒店的實際服務水平與其價格和品牌完全不符。管理混亂，各種價格偏高。以國人的習慣住這個酒店，會崩潰死。

這麼美麗的城市 還會再來 Conrad沒得説

位置好，步行半小時可以到都柏林重要景點；酒店服務好，客人需要什麼都盡力滿足；酒店餐廳的食物也好吃😋
