The hotel is at the perfect location. It's not far from the beach nor at it so it's very calm for your stay! The staff are very friendly and they greet everyone you come in or go out. They even helped us contact our airline when our flight got cancelled! Really enjoyed it!

The service is perfect and the location but the cleanliness of the hotel it self need more improvement and specially the toilet doors are squeaky when opening and closing it. But overall it was very nice.

I cannot find anything wrong with this place. The best part of it is the staff...very nice,friendly and welcoming staff.The best I have ever encountered so far.Always greeting you with a nice smile and very helpful too. The breakfast was super nice and freshly cooked for you and the restaurant itself serves really tasty and nice dishes. Housekeeping was really good and the entire place is super clean. I was greeted with a nice drink upon check in and was given 2 vouchers for 2 free drinks too to redeem at the hotel bar. Very good wi-fi Just a 2 mins walk to the beach. Just a 1 min walk to the main street where you can flag down one of the so many trikes. Just a 10 mins walk to the D*MALL Really super location and quiet too As I was checking out a 6:00 am they even offered to prepare me some breakfast to take with me If back in Boracay again in the future,I will definitely book here again.No doubts. Best recommended

Good location in a not so crowded area. Breakfast set meals from Salsa Fusion Restaurant tastes good and satisfying. 1 or 2 min walk to beachfront. Pool is not useable.

There are lots of ants living on the bed. I got bitten on my back a lot. But the staffs are really nice. And the location is great.

Location is nice. Close to the beach and to mainroad. The street going to the beach may be flooded during habagat season so yeah. But you can use the street to the main road to access other pathway. It's just a 3-4 min walk to the beach. Customer service is superb. Very accommodating. They even packed me a sandwich for my early morning flight. The room was okay. Seems old. There were some mosquitoes in the bed too. Room needs improvement and cleaning. There were some dirt in the sheets. Bathroom was okay, needs improvement and cleaning too. There were some stains in the towels. So yeah. I guess, if you're not into details -- you can book it. If you're too OCD or prioritizes cleanliness, I guess this is not for you.

From the moment I arrived, the front-of-house staff exuded warmth and hospitality, making me feel right at home. They offer great amenities that you can take to the beach for your enjoyment. I was staying in room 304, it was nice & was nicely renovated. Bed & pillows were comfy to my liking & having a modern TV mounted to the wall was great to hook up my laptop to watch movies on it. The hotel service includes spa treatments and various day activities, with convenient pick-up and drop-off options available directly at the hotel. The housekeeping and food & beverage teams were equally impressive. I appreciated how the F&B staff reached out to see if I wanted breakfast or room service, adding a personal touch to the experience. The location can't be beaten—just a quick 30-second stroll to the beach, surrounded by bike rentals and laundry services, and only a 5-7 minute walk to D’mall. Cons: - Hot water took a bit of time to turn on for the shower Overall, for the price, location, and outstanding staff, this place is a fantastic choice for anyone!

The service was great, the people were really nice, friendly and helpful. When we arrived at the hotel they were welcoming and welcomed us with welcome drink which was a plus after a long hot day. Check in time says 2pm but we arrived at the hotel at 12pm to drop us stuff before heading out. The room was already ready so they let us check in early which we were happy about. We had a great time here. Would recommend it.
