La posizione e le strutture dell'hotel sono nella media, in un villaggio molto caratteristico e tranquillo. Ci sono molte case fatiscenti in giro e devi salire una rampa di scale per arrivare dove vivi. Si può vedere che l'hotel dovrebbe avere molte buone strutture. C'è un ristorante con giardino nel cortile e sembra che ci sia una piscina nel cortile, tuttavia, sembra che non sia stata mantenuta per molto tempo è rimasto inattivo e trascurato, ed è un peccato. Il servizio dell'hotel è ok. Non molto entusiasta, ma OK, ti aiuteranno con i bagagli. Siamo arrivati alle otto o alle nove di sera. Nessuno ci ha contattato prima. Ho preso l'iniziativa di chiamare l'hotel e ho chiesto al ragazzo che aveva ritirato i bagagli, cosa c'era da fare da queste parti? Non riuscì a rispondere per molto tempo, come se fosse nuovo qui. Vale la pena raccomandare che il ristorante dell'hotel sia buono. Ci sono piatti caldi, piatti saltati in padella, cibo occidentale e caffè. Anche l'ambiente è buono. Anche il tè pomeridiano è molto buono. Spero che l'hotel possa migliorare la qualità del servizio e rafforzare la gestione delle strutture e dell'igiene per essere più dettagliati.

Sono rimasto deluso. Questo è l'hotel che mi è costato di più in Cina eppure: L'hotel dista 45 minuti dall'arrivo degli autobus e 45 minuti dalle risaie da visitare. Mi aspettavo una bellissima camera con una vetrata che si affaccia sulle risaie. La stanza era vecchia e buia. Ci sono diversi edifici, uno per le camere e uno per il ristorante. Devi andare su e giù. La vista dal ristorante è magnifica Il ristorante è buono ma caro La colazione “occidentale” consiste in uova fritte con cipolle e ketchup abbondantemente spruzzato.

Attualmente non esiste un trasporto pubblico diretto dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità alla zona sceneggiata , oppure devi trasferirti su due o tre autobus. Abbiamo fatto appello ai dipartimenti governativi e cercato attivamente soluzioni, tra cui ride-hailing unificato, car pooling, ecc. Beautiful views - the rooms are simple but great for a trip to the rice terraces. We had a problem with the restaurant food on the first night but the problem was promptly resolved by the manager which was much appreciated. The goat hotpot did not come with slice d meat for cooking as expected. Instead all meat was already in the pot (quantity not enough for 2 people as mainly fat and bones which I did not enjoy eating). However the manager offered to remedy this problem by presenting a plate of sliced meat. This show good attitude in resolving problems. Highly recommended.The following evening he made good recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the food very much.

The view is just as beautiful as it looks, and location wise it is ideal. The room was clean and stunning views. The food was good when it was available, but many of the options on the menu were not available. Likewise, there was no water in the outdoor pool as advertised. The staff also said they didn’t know how to make cocktails, despite having a bar with all spirits available. Finally, I would recommend AGAINST booking a car transit through the hotel. We ended up missing our train from Kunming because the driver (and her friend, who was brought along for the ride) stopped multiple times, including for long snack breaks, so we arrived 20 minutes after our train time.

We spent a good time in this hotel. The hotel is stylish. confortable, and well equipped. It offers a great view over the rice terraces. The restaurant's staff was very helpful in all our queries. The restaurant/breakfast were good and can accomodate western tastes. The hotel management was responsive when needed.

來到之後就知道自己的選擇沒有錯，民宿天台景觀很棒，可以直接看到全福莊的梯田美景，建議大家白天不想出去的話就可以在這邊點杯咖啡看看風景，很愜意，服務也很熱情，全程幫我們拿行李，有求必應，體驗感滿分！！！！

Notre séjour à l'hôtel a été incroyable ! L'hôtel et la chambre sont très beaux, jolis design et très bonne qualité de produits et d'accessoires. Le lit et les fauteuils de la chambre sont très confortables. La douche et le bain de pieds étaient parfaits après de longues journées de randonnée. Avec toujours une belle vue sur les rizières, très calme et reposant. Le petit déjeuner chinois ou occidental est délicieux et copieux, il nous a permis d'attendre le soir le dîner. L'hôtel propose également un restaurant pour le dîner : les plats sont très variés, traditionnels et surtout toujours délicieux. Enfin le personnel était au top pendant tout le séjour ! Disponibles, adorables, et très arrangeants (ils nous ont servi un petit déjeuner plus tôt et nous ont aidé avec nos sacs pour réserver un minibus pour le départ). Nous ne sommes restés que trois jours on aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps. Un petit paradis. Merci à tout l'équipe !

可惜這次到元陽遇到了寒潮，上山路上還雨夾雪，天氣比較遺憾，沒有陽光也就看不到光影梯田。但好在酒店有地暖空調，即便是這麼冷的時候，也還是很舒適的，冬季上山最重要的就是設施了，訂的房還能泡個腳，也是個亮點，要是泡池做大點直接泡個葯浴就更好了。管家服務很主動，吃了兩頓飯也很不錯，老闆人也很nice，還給介紹了好吃的牛肉店，下次有機會得多待幾天，還能走走各種徒步路線。
