Avevamo una richiesta speciale che purtroppo non è stata soddisfatta prima del check-in, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po'. Tuttavia, il personale è stato molto disponibile e accomodante. Ci hanno offerto un check-out posticipato come gesto di cortesia, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Abbiamo scelto questo hotel principalmente per il parco acquatico, così nostro figlio poteva divertirsi, e gli è piaciuto tantissimo! Le strutture sono molto adatte ai bambini, il che lo rende un'ottima scelta per le famiglie. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Per prendere un volo di prima mattina il giorno dopo, ho prenotato un hotel a 30 minuti dall'aeroporto. Nel complesso è stato un ottimo soggiorno e la camera era spaziosa. Una notte soddisfacente.

Ottimo hotel. Ho prenotato questo hotel due volte prima e dopo il viaggio a Kota Kinabalu per essere più vicino all'aeroporto. La seconda tipologia di camera non aveva il balcone, il che era relativamente inferiore alla camera con balcone vista lago, ma in realtà non era male e il rapporto qualità-prezzo era molto alto. Il parco dell'hotel è comunque fantastico e dà l'impressione di essere in vacanza e di rilassarsi, quindi vale la pena consigliarlo.

I booked this hotel mainly to fulfil my kids' request for a swimming pool with a water slide — and on that front, it did not disappoint! The pool area was a big hit with them but some not well maintained. I didn’t expect the hotel to be this large, with 5 blocks/wings that are interconnected via bridges. We booked a twin guest room (without breakfast), and to our surprise, the bed was actually queen-sized — bigger than we usually get, which was a pleasant bonus. The hotel also features an arcade and game room, open until 10.00 PM. My kids absolutely enjoyed spending time there after the pool. I had requested a late check-out, and while they could only allow until 1.00 PM (likely due to the school holiday peak), they were kind enough to let us linger around the facilities even after we had checked out and validated our TNG card — really appreciated that gesture. Though our stay was short, the kids had a great time, and we’d definitely consider returning.

Very good short staycation for family with young kids. Service & staffs were very helpful. However, if you seek for calmness & exclusivity .. please choose weekdays/non public holiday . It can be very overcrowded & congested including executive lounge excess

Such a great family-friendly hotel! 👧🧒 My kids had a wonderful time. The food was delicious with plenty of choices 🍴, staff were super friendly 😍 and the room was clean & comfy 🛏️. Highly recommended for a family staycation 👍

When I 5pm check in the reception told me my room is not ready yet. I can understanding is fully booking on this public holiday but that is 5pm already I the room hvnt ready yet. It is too slow for the service? Then I requested delay one hours check out (means 1pm). The reception ask myself to asking they manager ???? I only requested delay 1hours check out also need get approval from manage????? Breakfast also very slow to serve us to the place, after 30 min we enter the place just found til hv still have many table is no occupied by others customer, why can't open for us immediately since already know is fully book for the hotel. The hotel swimming is very very dirty and my room don't have a towel due to the reason is the towel hvnt ready. Very disappointed for this time hotel

Kids pool is the main attraction 😁 Less guests during our time so we can use the pools freely. Good management of welcoming guest with the bellboy & parking process Free cookies! Room as per reserved, neat with complete facilities. Overall - nice relax time after 1 full sports day activities 😁

Beautiful hotel with quiet environment. Can have a jog along the lakeside with spectacular city view. Limited eateries nearby. Can choose to dine on site. Chose this hotel because on map it’s close to PICC. You can walk to PICC (20-30min walk, crossing 3 junctions with one major road).

Love the 24h gym. Didn’t eat the food here but I just enjoyed the place. Compound was spacious, nice to walk around. Quite kid friendly with a bouncy castle and some activities, and there’s a few pools. A bit difficult to navigate cause many different lifts to link you to your place (total of 5 wings). But no issue once you familiarize yourself. Room was very clean and we loved it. Seems to be a popular place for company retreat or corporate bonding.

Very nice buffet spread for breakfast and dinner . Seafood are fresh . And the staffs are friendly .

I had previously known this hotel as Pullman. This is now Doubletree by Hilton, Putrajaya Lakeside. I had booked a Club room with the lake view n was looking forward to relaxing to great Club lounge food n beverages. The room view was gorgeous as expected with both famous bridges alight at night n water sports in the day. However, both my cucu n I were most disappointed with the site n meagre lounge offerings at 5 .00 - 7.00pm. Only basic 'canapes', salad, a mild sliced n fried meehoon (which had run out when we entered at 6.15pm n not topped up despite several more guests arriving. Beverages included only canned beer, soft drinks n mineral water. No light breakfast n other snacks were offered. If I had known, I might as well have chosen a cheaper room type. Room service was excellent n food prices reasonable n portions good.

**A very enjoyable trip!** The kids had a great time and played in the swimming pool, they spent hours there! The room was quite nice, but honestly, the security could be improved. Anyone who enters the parking area can take the lift straight up to the rooms without needing any access card. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good. However, when we went to the restaurant for dinner around 8pm, the staff told us we would have to wait approximately 50 minutes. In the end, we had no choice go out for dinner. Another thing to note is that there aren’t many attractions or restaurants nearby, so families with young children may want to consider if this location is suitable for them.

Our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside was truly wonderful from the moment we arrived. The warm welcome with their signature cookie set the tone for a relaxing escape. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a calming view of the lake. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes served buffet-style—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was consistently warm and attentive, and the serene lakeside setting made dining a pleasure. It was a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty—highly recommended for a peaceful getaway
