Very good, clean, new good location close to mrt. Shopping mall, eestaurant, convenience store are nearby. Good ambience.

Apartment hotel. Location is close to metro station. Need to call the host via Trip to check in. Water heater was a bit weird and only supply 'warm' temperature, might not be the best for thoee who enjoy hot shower. Everything else is alright.

Location is very good. A few minutes' walk from pengbu mrt station and 10-15 mins drive from hangzhou east railway station. There are convenience stores just below the block. 3 malls within walking distance. Towels are one time use and replenished daily. There is a washing machine. No TV though. Use the free WiFi to watch online. Room might have cigarette smell if your neighbor is a smoker. Room is not very soundproof, so there might be sounds of luggage being thrown around or dragged at night from people checking in. Overall is good place to stay for the price. Will come back again if I visit hangzhou.

Below expectations, ventilation is poor, can smell the people smoking when turn on the air conditioner. Actual size is not as spacious as picture posted.

相當不錯的房間，空間很寬敞，裝修比較新，乾淨整潔，而且所有的一次性用品質量都非常好，並且掌櫃人還細心熱情，杭州這個價位能訂到這樣的房間很超值啦

進門衹感覺衞生不太好 沙發上腳印臟 杯子上污漬多 開水燙又都清洗一遍 都收拾好 準備睡覺床墊問題才是最大的 （床墊的彈簧變形凸起 沒法睡覺） 第一時間（晚9點）聯繫工作人員 到很用心解決 給帶來一條被子讓墊床單底下 今天先湊活一宿 明天再安排換房（連住） 等去床單又發現新問題…… 這床墊大片的污漬 和帶來的被子上也有 真是無語了 連夜通過攜程又訂了同小區的其他家的房間 把困的不行的孩子叫起來穿衣服 換民宿 退房 很影響旅行質量 尤其第二天還要趕7點的高鐵！

感覺不錯。雖然沒有前台，但是有酒店管家網上服務挺周到。還上門調整投影儀。

房間乾淨整潔，服務態度很好

服務超級好，酒店老闆人也超級好，房間也很舒服，很乾凈，和朋友住的很舒服，底下就有商場設施很齊全，交通也很便利，下面就有地鐵站口去哪裡玩都很方便，酒店裡麪的服務員還有前台態度都非常好，服務也非常到位，酒店的安全也也很有保障，房間的環境也非常好，非常乾淨，我們進去的時候毛巾和浴巾都是一次性的環境也很舒服，空間也非常大，

地理位置很好，距離東站很近，但不臨街，周圍有大小商超，大小飯館。樓下24小時盡責保安，有門禁和電梯卡進入和上樓，很安全。 管家服務很好，房間乾淨整潔。 美中不足這個雙床房是在複式的二樓，長者需要爬幾步樓梯。

房子環境很好，很安靜，一次性用品齊全，值得一提的是房東人超好，溝通，因為帶孩子給提前辦理入住。下次來還會選擇這裏

真的太讚了，本來買的精緻房間，老闆當天豪華沒租出去，直接升級了豪華，連住兩天，房間衞生也超級到位，我願稱之為杭州東最佳性價比酒店！❤️❤️❤️

出差到杭州，辦事的地點離東站較近，出發時也為了方便就選了附近的這家公寓式酒店距離不遠辦理入住時也很方便，環境不錯，周圍還有商場，吃飯什麼的挺方便

簡約乾淨，提供了一次性浴巾等，居住體驗良好，離地鐵口很近，離東站也很近，交通便利。工作人員也很友好，有洗衣機和冰箱，設備齊全。
