Il servizio della reception è buono, la reception è femminile, molto educata e paziente per mostrarci le attrazioni che possiamo giocare intorno. In secondo luogo, l'intera stanza ha un posto abbastanza grande per la consegna di bagagli. Una grande TV con almeno 65 centimetri di schermo può essere vista. La posizione principale è molto vicina al campo di Bernao, e c'è anche una stazione di metropolitana vicino, ovunque è conveniente. E poi c'è un buon colazione, purtroppo è davvero molto relax. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was really spacious and nice. It wasn’t as clean as I expected. There was hair and dirt in the fridge and the toilets. They gave us an inventory of everything in the apartment. Quite a few things were missing, which we pointed out. I had purchased a nice bottle of Rioja and was looking forward to relaxing the night we arrived. But the listed corkscrew was missing! We notified the staff member and he said he’d bring one. Hours later I asked again. He said he’d bring it the next day. We never got a corkscrew and I wasn’t able to enjoy my rioja. We asked for more nespresso coffee pods for the room. The staff member told us to come downstairs and get it ourselves. The next day my husband went down to get some more coffee and another staff member told us we weren’t allowed to get our own coffee and was really rude about it. He said we had to call and ask for it. We also had been getting refills on the dishwasher detergent. We asked for more one day and we’re told we were responsible for buying our own. Overall, I was disappointed in the customer service at this hotel. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The room was spacious but not as clean as I was expecting. Disappointing.

Certamente una buona opzione per rimanere a Madrid, io sono qui in dicembre che vado di nuovo lì. Posso davvero raccomandare questo posto, l'unico svantaggio è che se qualcuno dei vostri vicini lascia presto i servizi della cameriera possono fare così tanto rumore e voi finite svegli a causa del rumore che fanno.

We stayed 4 nights before Christmas. The hotel was quite nice and very festive! Very much enjoyed the large area around and up to the hotel bar on the ground level. Nice place to relax, and also have a drink. We did not eat at the hotel however. The staff was also quite pleasant and we got a quiet room higher up facing the interior courtyard. The room was well kept, perfect size, and well furnished. The concierge helped us find things to do, and we learned how to get to the nearby metro stations to head downtown. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and with a number of very small boutique restaurants. Another added bonus was that the famous Sorolla Museum (His House) is just a few blocks away. We would return here.

The Heritage is a boutique hotel with 40-something rooms and the emphasis is very much on a personal service. It’s part of the Relais and Chateau group, a chain I’d always avoided in the past as I’d assumed it would be beyond my means. How fortunate I was this time to take a chance. All of the staff are unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful and I can honestly say I’ve never been so well looked after in a hotel before. Alicia and Dana checked me in, seamlessly, and I was offered a glass of Cava whilst this happened. I was then shown to my room - a Junior Suite - on the sixth floor, where the decoration could best be described as opulent. A huge bed, an antique desk and chair, two further chairs, flatscreen tv, Nespresso coffee machine, mini-bar, safe etc. Everything you’d expect in a high end hotel. Enough coat hangers as I was travelling solo but possibly not quite enough if two people had shared the room. But that’s a small gripe. The bathroom included a hydrotherapy bath, which I didn’t use, and the largest rain forest shower I’ve come across. Despite being on a busy road junction there was minimal traffic noise thanks to effective double glazing. Internally, I was disturbed only once by a slamming door. There will always be thoughtless travellers who let that happen but that’s not the fault of the hotel. The bed mattress was a little on the firm side for me. It must be a difficult issue for hotels of any level as it's often just down to personal taste. But this is a good example of the extraordinary service given by the Heritage. I happened to mention the mattress to Julian, the General Manger, who explained that because it was a public holiday in Madrid (the day before Good Friday) it meant he was unable to get hold of a replacement mattress for me. But he did despatch his head of housekeeping to a department store to buy a mattress topper which was then added to my bed. This was a big improvement and definitely above and and beyond what I was expecting. The hotel restaurant must also get a mention. It’s presided over by a two-star Michelin chef (the stars awarded for a restaurant elsewhere) and was a revelation. At dinner the flavours were outstanding. And from the same kitchen came a very good cooked breakfast each morning. It was my first visit to Madrid and I was there for a week over Easter. The city is as beautiful as everyone says and I saw some amazing art and enjoyed spectacular weather. But I also struck lucky in my choice of hotel. Special thanks to manager Leticia for trying to get me in to “the best” flamenco show in town. Alas, it was fully booked on the nights I was free. But then Alicia found somewhere else for me so all’s well that ends well!

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua vicinanza all'abitazione di una nostra cara parente e ammetto che ci siamo trovati assai bene, sia in termini di accoglienza, che di comfort e di varietà della prima colazione. Quindi, niente da eccepire, se non fosse per l'impossibilità di accedere alle reti televisive italiane, a differenza di quanto osservato per altre reti straniere, quali la BBC, France 2, reti tedesche e quant'altro. Ciò detto, l'hotel dispone di una hall molto ampia, ben strutturata e servizi affidabili e gode di una bella posizione in un quartiere elegante. Lo consiglio senz'altro, come consiglio alla direzione di risolvere il citato problema televisivo, ampliando i canali satellitari!

La stanza che prenota in viaggio non corrisponde poi a quello che sto cercando di assegnare all'hotel. Ponevo una stanza di 16 metri quadrati e la realtà era che non arrivava a 10... Solo un letto individuale e un desktop che non poteva essere usato perché c'era una TV sopra. Inoltre non era rinnovata Mi ha chiesto di pagare un'altra ricevuta in hotel per avere una stanza NH. L'hotel ha accusato Trip di questo problema.

Stavo 2 notti a Zenit Abeda. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Ricevitore e ristorante in particolare. La qualità dell'hotel è buona. Non posso farlo. Pulizia, sicurezza e posizione è piuttosto centrale con accesso alla metropolitana. Le camere sono scure, nessuna luce naturale. Una piccola prigione si sente alle camere, il cibo nel ristorante è medio in basso. Cercherò personalmente di mangiare in città invece dell'hotel. Non si è divertito troppo a mangiare la nostra carne, perché la qualità della carne era piuttosto scarsa.In generale, rimaniamo piacevoli senza essere troppo lussuosi.

I stayed for a week for business. Every staff member (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant) was friendly and helpful in every interaction. Spacious, lively lobby with nice views of pool and city, outside lounge with comfortable seating and plants. I like to walk and take public transportation. Closest Metro is a ten-minute walk, so no problem for me. The neighborhood is safe and residential, mixed with small and large businesses. I felt comfortable the entire time, whether arriving at 9pm or going out while it was still dark to catch a Metro at 6am. All metro stations nearby felt totally safe and clean. (I used four different stations to depart and come back from the hotel during the week, and they were all clean, and safe. My walks to and from them, 10-20 minutes, were enjoyable.) Lastly, breakfast was VAST. They have more variety than you can possibly eat in one meal.

Un hotel decente, che piacevolmente sorprende con grandi camere e una piccola cucina. Anche il balcone, vista su un piccolo giardino, più una posizione tranquilla per una grande città sono altri plus. Potrei dormire con le finestre aperte. Il condizionamento dell’aria non capii, ma non ne avevo bisogno. Le letti: molto comodi. Il bagno con tutto ciò che era necessario, gli asciugamani molto buoni, purtroppo solo con un bagno e una partizione di doccia. Non ho fatto uso del colazione, il personale era un po' insufficiente e non orientato, i cereali e le opzioni non carni dovrebbero essere più ricchi.

Deludente, camere datate, bagni vecchi con marmi rotti e piastrelle che si muovono, meriterebbero una ristrutturazione completa, frigobar rumoroso che disturba di notte, porte vecchie con luce del corridoio che entra in camera ed infastidisce di notte, camere piccole che non consentono l’apertura di due valigie, ciabatte ed accappatoi non presenti in camera, alcune camere affacciano all’interno di un cortile minuscolo di un edificio a U, la vista dalla finestra è il muro di fronte a circa 4/5 metri ragion per cui i vetri delle finestre sono smerigliati come quelli dei bagni, claustrofobia! Prodotti da bagno nei dispenser.Ho scelto un hotel NH Collection in quanto fascia alta della catena NH, purtroppo sono rimasto estremamente deluso da uno standard di camere datato e non all’altezza di questo marchio, una camera da tre stelle ma con prezzi decisamente superiori. Il personale del front desk Sig Alvaro è stato professionale, attento e cordiale Non consiglierei e non tornerò in questa struttura, a questi prezzi Madrid offre standard più elevati che si allineano ad un hotel 4 stelle.

Ho pagato per la camera di livello superiore ”Suite esecutiva con terrazza” e era ancora metà del prezzo degli hotel vicini.Cons: - Se siete più di 30 anni, sentirete come un dinosauro - Non è consentito alcol in costruzione - vi grideranno se vi vedranno portare - Le camere si sentono assolutamente come fossero dotate per un totale di euro zero. Continuano a essere comodi, ma non sono carine e tutto si sente a buon mercato. Pros: - Molto casuale - Molto buono per soldi - Colazione gratuita - Shutter di smarrimento in rotolamento nella stanza e buon isolamento sonoro rende facile per dormire - Personale amichevole - Kitchenette in camera (a livello di studio esecutivo) - Grande terrazza di tetto e, se si aggiorna, La terrazza privata è in camera. Giovani viaggiatori soli e coppie - soprattutto se si parla spagnolo - dovrebbero certamente controllarlo.

Le strutture dell'hotel, comprese le camere, non erano grandi. Il menu buffet del colazione è stato lo stesso durante il soggiorno (3 notti). Durante il soggiorno non c'era acqua bottigliata gratuitamente, e l'acqua bottigliata nel minibar nella stanza è stata pagata (3.9 euro), ma non c'era alcuna guida dei prezzi.

Rooms very basic, our room had a broken sink with 3x cracks in it, but did have clean bed linen and towels, shwer was hot....aircon was good, kitchenette ok.? no kettle so used a pan. The male staff member that checked us in was rude and unhlpfull. Apparently all rooms in this place had.. ###” recently been refurbished??🤣🤣 ” ### poor soap dispensers 1 of which was broken😅😅....***. ” think green washing up liquid for soap ” **** and the cheapest of toilet roll.... We were here (all 128 of us for the Andre Rieu concert)....3x coaches..in total in this and the sister place/ hotel the Genova. My /our breakfast was poor and you had to go to reception for a ” ticket for breakfast 🤣 ” then leave the hotel and go to the tapas bar next door??....whats all that abou? Breakfast was €5 apparently...1xcoffee, 1 xjuice and 1x crossiont or 1x tostada😂 it was a joke really 😣😂😂....no bar in hotel? It was more like a hostel really...not God value for money...asvwe were within a group package it's difficult to work out costings for our stay 8th to 11th February 2022? Costs next week are approximately €67- €75 per night.....all in all not a happy person, would have not booked had we been coining independently. Would I stay here again/recommend? Not a hope in hell.

Stayed here for the weekend, as we came to watch the football at the Bernabeu. Great hotel in a great location (25 mins walk to stadium, 20 mins walk to centre) and really enjoyed our stay. Some nice looking cafes and restaurants close by and food from room service was really tasty as well. Would recommend the hotel.

Sono andato a passare una sola notte, con lettera riservata e mi sono presa la grata sorpresa che mi hanno dato una hab. doppia per la mia solita!! BRYAN mi ha resuscitato molto bene, come Rafael, il ragazzo di notte, che mi ha prestato molto bene per la mattina! In generale per il prezzo che ho pagato è stato molto bene (grazie alla hab. Riconosco che non sarebbe stato uguale la lettera, molto rumore e mal odore) La doccia di 10 (molto pressione, acqua calda e pulita) BANO OK e letto molto comodo!!!

L'hotel ha una posizione perfetta per chi cerca un punto strategico a Madrid, vicino a ristoranti e negozi. Anche se le sue strutture mostrano segni di invecchiamento e hanno bisogno di una riforma, è importante sottolineare che l'hotel è super pulito. Questo non è un luogo di lusso, e le foto dell'hotel, inizialmente preoccupanti, non fanno gius alla sua vera atmosfera. Personalmente, l'esperienza migliore di quanto le immagini suggeriscono, e la vicinanza con i migliori ristoranti e negozi di Madrid è molto attraente.
