Hotel di design a Hanoi

"È molto conveniente scegliere l'Anatole Hotel Hanoi in cui soggiornare. L'hotel si trova proprio accanto alla Cattedrale di San Giuseppe, a 1 minuto a piedi. Di fronte alla chiesa c'è CONG CAPHE (Internet Celebrity Café), aperto fino a mezzanotte. C'è un BANH MY MA MA (hamburger di baguette vietnamita) dall'altra parte della chiesa. Ha un sapore molto buono. Apre alle 7:30 del mattino e devi fare la fila per circa 20 minuti ogni volta per comprarlo. Non lontano, c'è un negozio di noodle e involtini primavera vietnamiti chiamato (noddle & Roll), riconosciuto da Youayou Travel Network. È pulito, igienico e ha un buon sapore. L'hotel si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal Lago Hoan Kiem e dal Teatro delle Marionette sull'Acqua, il che è molto comodo. È un po' lontano andare a Train Street per guardare i treni, ma puoi arrivarci a piedi. L'hotel dovrebbe essere considerato più vecchio, quindi le strutture non sono buone come quelle dei nuovi hotel moderni, ma le condizioni di salute sono buone, il personale di servizio ha una buona attitudine al servizio e la pulizia è tempestiva. Questo soggiorno era il compleanno di mia figlia, quindi l'hotel ha organizzato la camera in anticipo e ha preparato torte, pasti freddi e bevande. C'è una responsabile delle vendite di nome RUBY nel reparto vendite, a cui è stato affidato l'organizzazione dell'intero processo. RUBY è molto seria e responsabile, risponde a tutte le richieste e risponde a tutte le domande. Ha anche organizzato il ritiro di un'auto speciale e trasferimento all'aeroporto Grazie mille per il servizio fornito da RUBY. Questo hotel mi ha lasciato un'ottima impressione e consiglio a tutti di soggiornarvi, soprattutto per la sua comodità."

"My stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful surprises throughout our stay, the hospitality truly stood out. A special shoutout to Henry at the front desk, who went above and beyond by sharing his personal Google Maps list of local food recommendations—this made exploring the city’s culinary scene so much easier! The hotel also made my husband’s birthday extra special. We were greeted with a beautifully decorated cake upon arrival, and the next morning, the staff surprised him with another sweet gesture during breakfast, leaving him absolutely awestruck. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large, cozy bed perfect for a couple’s getaway. After a long day of sightseeing, we loved unwinding at the top-floor bar, enjoying drinks with a great view. Location-wise, the hotel is strategically placed - close to charming cafés, restaurants, and major tourist attractions, making it incredibly convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, thoughtful, and well-located stay. We’ll definitely be back!"

"Remarkable food and service My husband and I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days in Hanoi during the Tet holiday, and we were absolutely delighted with our experience at this hotel. One aspect that truly stood out to us was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Upon our arrival, Mr. Hieu Ha warmly greeted us, confirmed our booking, and personally escorted us to our room. Throughout our stay, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable and satisfied. His friendly demeanor and genuine care for our well-being left a lasting impression on us. Additionally, we had the opportunity to indulge in a spa session at their sister hotel, conveniently located just a short 5-minute walk away. Despite the closure of many establishments during the Tet holiday, we were in desperate need of some rejuvenation for our weary bodies. Thankfully, the sole receptionist on duty, Ms. Ngoc Pham was attentive and responsive, she skillfully managed to arrange an on-the-day booking for us and tirelessly catered to the needs of various guests. The breakfast buffet offered by the hotel was equally impressive. In addition to the sumptuous spread of food available at the counter (not a lot but good enough), guests also had the option to order made-to-order chicken or beef pho, as well as eggs cooked to their preference. We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible flavors of the pho; it surpassed our expectations in every way. The only minor drawback we encountered during our stay was the soundproofing of the rooms. Regrettably, it was not entirely effective in muffling the conversations and occasional coughs from neighboring guests, as well as the sound of doors closing. Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional. While the spa experience may not have been the absolute best we had during our trip, the attentive and friendly staff made us feel genuinely valued and ensured that our every need was met."

"Situato in una zona tranquilla del Quartiere Vecchio, questo hotel ci ha offerto il miglior servizio tra tutti gli hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Il personale è stato molto attento e i servizi erano ottimi. La piscina sul tetto era pulita e con una vista spettacolare. A colazione c'erano molte opzioni di cucina (sushi, cinese, thailandese, continentale, occidentale calda), molte opzioni per vegetariani e una selezione di caffè, incluso il decaffeinato. La palestra era essenziale ma molto ben tenuta e si poteva facilmente allenarsi lì. Il servizio aeroportuale è costoso, quindi abbiamo optato per organizzare i trasferimenti e i tour con un'altra compagnia che era più economica. Ci siamo divertiti molto e torneremo sicuramente se saremo ad Hanoi."

"We picked this hotel due to its location. There’s no doubt coz everything - good restaurants, salon, pharmacy, etc are all so nearby. We were greeted and welcomed by Jenny. Jenny took time to brief through their services, quick introduction of what’s in the vicinity etc before bringing us to our room. I was impatient coz I cld not wait to check out the room. But one would appreciate such efforts from a boutique hotel. Room and toilet sizes are ok. We were told this hotel has the most decent sizes which is true and also the reason why we hv shortlisted this hotel. But we were disappointed that the furnishings were so dated. Orientation of the room is weird that we need to figure out how to place our luggages, etc. And the family room has no side table for us to eat in. The 2 big beds were the only bonus. We were delighted with a smart TV but could not access TV channels for 3 nights out of 5 nights booked. We only reported on the 3rd day am. Thereafter, Jenny, Jimmy and the team made conscious efforts to remediate and update the issue. Breakfast selection is decent with daily changes of desserts or sweets. We love the home made Yogurt. The food standard is slightly above average when compared to 4-5 stars hotel. Sky bar menu is not bad, and the staffs were superb friendly. Overall, the service from this hotel is excellent. Special mention to Jenny and Jimmy for their outstanding hospitality and sincerity. We hope to visit this place again after it’s renovated."

"We only stayed for one night, as we made a stop before heading over to Da Nang! We had a lovely time, the staff were very kind and helpful. Even recommend us places for coffees and other things. We arrived very early and they helped us to do earlier check in. The hotel is very nice, room is very comfortable and super clean.  We also tried the Spa and it was wonderful! Definitely have to try this place out!"

L'equipaggio ha gestito la situazione con estrema professionalità e ha assicurato che l'ospite fosse in buone mani. Grazie per tutte le arranghe. "The hotel was excellent in terms of service and location. Though the breakfast food selection was a bit short for a 5-star hotel and the rooms are small, the staff makes up for it with their warm behaviour and service.the rooftop bar and restaurant is an amazing place to have some drinks or dinner. The view overlooking the lake and old quarters becomes breathtaking at night. Highly recommended for comfortable stays. However a bit lower price of the rooms would be great, mainly because of the fact that other hotels with similar price range has bigger rooms and other facilities to offer."

"I had a great three days stay at this hotel. I stayed with some friends and my family joined halfway in the week. The rooms were very nice, spacious and the facilities were vast. I very much enjoyed the breakfast which was a mixture of international and Asian cuisine, with curry, eggs, sweetcorn, porridge, cereal, and fried food for breakfast. The hotel is convenient for a trip to the night market every evening, with a 15 minute walk each way. It is also close to walking distance of the lotus puppet water show and other sites to visit, such as the Hanoi flag tower. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who would like a friendly stay they felt very safe and comfortable."

Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e accomodante, ha sempre il sorriso sulle labbra. Buon inglese e molto amichevole. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel. Abbiamo anche avuto la migliore esperienza di massaggio in questo hotel. Una cosa da provare all'APRICOT Hotel. Abbiamo ordinato il servizio in camera per il cibo - avevamo un hamburger - era super delizioso ed anche economico:) "
