"La posizione era grande davanti alla spiaggia, il buffet era buono, il 28° piano era più piccolo ma completo.
Il tè pomeriggio è frutta e bevande e alcuni dolci vietnamiti, la vista è bella da lì.
L'hotel è bello e mi piace l'odore di limone nel lobby.
Il servizio era buono per un hotel Peninsula, le guardie di sicurezza a volte hanno aiutato a attraversare la strada per arrivare alla spiaggia. Volevo ordinare una cena alle 6:00 e i barista non erano li', andai in giro e sedevo li', la vista era bella. Non si sentiva davvero “benvenuto” a ordinare nulla, quindi ho appena ordinato cibo consegnato invece.
La stanza è venuta con il bagno complementare o la sauna, ma ieri, quando ho cercato di fare una prenotazione per il bagno, la signora del bagno mi ha detto che non c'era disponibilità e si è affondata, Penso che sarebbe stato ragionevole che mi offrissero la sauna, o chiedermi se mi programmassi per lunedì, o qualche altro “compensazione” perché dovevo ricevere questo servizio. Anche la mia stanza era per due persone, ma io mi stava viaggiando da sola, per cui le strutture potevano essere utilizzate due volte. (Lo so perché quando sono entrato per colazione e tè pomeriggio, mi scanneravano la chiave della stanza e mi direbbero ”due persone” e dovevo rispondere ”solo una”).
Inoltre, quando ho lasciato l'hotel non ho avuto alcun aiuto per portare la valigia in macchina, non è stato male che dovevo andare in giro e prendere una rampa da solo, ma è solo una procedura normale in questi hotel per avere loro aiuto con bagagli e così via..."

"開発中の複合施設を一部ホテルとして貸し出しているようで、2025年オープンの割に水回りの設備はカビがあったりします。他の人の毛も落ちていて、清掃は充分ではありません。部屋はキングサイズのベッドは悪くなく、広さも申し分ないです。ミーケビーチに近いので平日でも午前2時ごろまでビーチからの爆音がうるさいですね。コンドとしてこれに買い手がつくかどうかは疑問です。"

"The hotel is located next to the beach and we were offered welcome drink upon arrival. The room is clean and the amenity is well prepared. The staffs are helpful and the breakfast buffet is really nice too. I highly recommended anyone to stay here when they will visit Da Nang. It’s easy to find restaurant and shopping nearby the hotel."

"Novotel was the best spot to watch Danang International Fireworks Festival! We requested and paid additional 800000 VND for room with guaranteed fireworks view and it was worth every cent of it! We were blessed with an hour worth of fireworks display at such close, unblocked view and at the comfort of room’s balcony! It was such magical moments and experience! As we had a corner room, we also managed to watch sunset from the room too! Overall, hotel service was great, good breakfast spread, good gym and lovely infinity pool! Will stay again if we are back in Danang."

"Location is ok, a taxi ride away from the beach if that’s what you are looking for. Lots of Korean food and spa in the area around it.
The hotel was very clean and new. The pool was nice, the bar next to it was under renovation so couldn’t use that unfortunately. The room was nice and spacious, plenty of room for luggage and people. It was very clean too. They have a kettle and tea and coffee, but no mugs? When we asked for some it took over 30 minutes to arrive. The shower was also not great as it went between ice cold and boiling hot with no in between.
We also had an issue where the door lock ran out of battery and maintenance had to come and let us into the room. This wasn’t a problem, happens often in modern hotels. But the staff were not helpful at all. The maid was there and we asked for her help. She said she called someone, but no one arrived until I called Reception again to ask someone to come. I also went to the reception to ask for help and was disappointed that the staff who helped me didn’t listen to what I explained and just kept telling me it was the key card that had returned to ‘default’ by accident. Even when I tried to explain my card still worked for the lift and that the maids master card didn’t work she didn’t listen and I felt she was very rude in trying to make an excuse.
When we checked in we were also shamed for not being Marriot members, even though we are, and the lady seemed very shocked when I explained that Trip offered a much better price.
Overall a lovely hotel, just doing expect good hospitality which is a shame from a Marriot hotel."

EElinaAbbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole presso l'hotel resort Risemount. Il manager ha aggiornato gratuitamente la nostra camera Superior alla camera Elite. La colazione era super gustosa con 3 diverse scelte di piatti caldi: pollo o pesce di manzo e molte altre cose come insalate, zuppa di frutta da forno.

Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a private balcony offering sweeping views of the ocean. The bed was heavenly, the bathroom luxurious, and every detail—from the lighting to the minibar—felt curated for comfort and indulgence.
Dining was a world-class experience. La Maison 1888 lived up to its Michelin-level reputation with impeccable service and exquisite French cuisine. Breakfast at Citron was another highlight, not only for the food but for the unique dining pods hanging over the mountainside.
What truly sets this resort apart is the service. Every staff member we encountered was gracious, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The private beach, cable car system, and spa are all standout features that make this place a destination in itself.

Our experience at Wyndham Golden Bay Danang was truly unforgettable. I stayed with my wife and child, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional care and hospitality.
We received a room with a beautiful river view, which made our stay even more special. Inside the room, we found a lovely welcome fruit platter and a complimentary ****** voucher. But the most touching surprise was for our child — the hotel had arranged adorable towel bunnies and flowers on the bed. It brought so much joy to our little one, who was absolutely delighted!
Another highlight was the Afternoon Tea on the 29th floor, included in our stay. We enjoyed delicious desserts and tea while overlooking the city from above — a peaceful and luxurious experience.
The infinity pool is stunning and uniquely available from 6 AM to 11 PM, which is rare and very convenient. The breakfast buffet felt like dining at a premium restaurant — wide variety, excellent quality, even smoked salmon was on the menu.
The hotel also provided a free airport transfer, which made traveling easy, and a shuttle service to the beach and city center, another great convenience.
This hotel is perfect for families, couples, or anyone who appreciates style, service, and comfort. If we return to Da Nang, we’ll absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at Mikazuki Japanese Resorts, we were immersed in an atmosphere of elegance, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Nestled in a beautiful location with breathtaking views, the resort offers a perfect fusion of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern luxury.
Check-in was seamless and welcoming. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making us feel valued right from the start. They explained everything clearly and even provided a tour of the key facilities.
Our room was immaculate — spacious, thoughtfully designed with minimalist Japanese decor, and offered a splendid view that stretched across the coastline. The room felt open and calming, with large windows that invited natural light and allowed us to enjoy the scenery at any time of day. The traditional tatami mat flooring, sliding doors, and the deep soaking tub created an authentic ryokan-style experience, while still providing all the modern comforts like fast Wi-Fi, plush bedding, and a smart control panel.
The resort’s onsen (hot spring) was undoubtedly a highlight. The atmosphere was serene, and the facilities were spotless. Relaxing in the open-air hot springs while listening to the sound of the waves was truly a moment of pure peace and rejuvenation.
The water park and infinity pools added a fun and exciting element to our stay, especially for families and children. Everything was well-maintained and safe, with helpful staff always nearby.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the dining options. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Japanese and international dishes, all prepared with care and quality ingredients. The Japanese restaurant on-site offered exquisite kaiseki-style meals — each dish was a work of art and a delight to the palate.

We loved staying here! The pool is amazing and is even better in real life!
The breakfast was the best we had put of all the 5* resorts we stayed at on our 18 day trip to Da nang. It really is so amazing! You can order your coffee and eggs on the little paper that is provided and this made it so easy. The fresh smoothies in the little glass bottles were so yummy. The supervisor man at breakfast was so lovely and always checked you were happy.
The restaurant right on the beach front, is outstanding. We had the best pizza and pasta there! A++++
We have no complaints about this resort and only wished we had on stayed longer here! We will definitely stay again when we return to Da nang and highly recommend a stay here for anyone!

UUtente ospiteI stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious.
The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those.
All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference.
The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality.
The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam
There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period.
We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point.
There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten.

RriaccristinaI booked a night at this resort for our final evening in Hoi An, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The property is expansive, offering all the facilities and amenities one would expect from a 5-star resort.
While the location is a bit removed from the center of town, it’s still accessible—using Grab, it typically took us around 20 minutes each way.
Our children absolutely loved their time here; they swam in every pool and enjoyed all the playgrounds. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try out the private beach as it was simply too hot during our visit.
The breakfast and dinner buffet were, in my opinion, average and featured much of the same selection as the in-room dining menu.
One small issue: there were quite a few tiny black insects on our balcony. They didn’t get inside our room, so it wasn’t a major concern for us, but I mention it as it may be important to some guests.
A notable observation was regarding the service. While the staff were polite and professional, I didn’t feel the warmth or proactive customer service I’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels and resorts. Typically, staff greet guests warmly and make helpful inquiries about their stay, but here, their approach seemed more reserved and task-focused.
Despite these minor points, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.
