BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno al Phuc Long Luxury, abbiamo avuto la camera con vista parziale sul mare, il che era a dir poco fantastico, c'è un minimarket a un minuto a piedi e molti bei bar e ristoranti nella zona. Anche se l'hotel non offre servizi di noleggio di e-bike, hanno parlato con l'azienda che ho scelto e hanno organizzato tutto per me senza che nemmeno lo chiedessi, il che è stato davvero un ottimo servizio da parte loro. Le camere erano fantastiche, belle e spaziose, con una grande TV da 65 pollici. La colazione a buffet non era mai noiosa e offriva un'ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Quando torneremo, torneremo sicuramente qui ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

HHoon ping TengI had a great stay at Radisson RED Danang. The location is excellent, with many seafood restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for meals and exploring the area.
My room was on a high floor with a beautiful sea view — it was absolutely stunning. The room itself is modern, new, and well-designed. The only minor downside is that the room feels a bit dark at night due to the lighting.
The breakfast at the restaurant was good, with a satisfying selection. Check-in was very fast and efficient, and the counter staff were friendly and welcoming. I also visited the gym, and the equipment is very new and well-maintained.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and a fantastic location.

Yyeunsu****Ho soggiornato per le ultime 2 notti e mi sono riposato molto bene.
Dato che era inverno, mi chiedevo cosa fare per nuotare, quindi ho prenotato per Vinpearl nella piscina coperta.
Dato che erano nelle classi superiori, nuotarono tutti e tre i giorni.
Mi fidavo della guardia di sicurezza, quindi io e mio marito siamo andati al mercato e abbiamo comprato del cibo. Siamo andati a fare la spesa e abbiamo fatto commissioni, e il centro città era vicino, quindi è stato facile fare un acquisto.
Ho pagato la colazione una volta, ma da quando mi sono iscritto e ho ottenuto punti premio per aver mangiato, l'abbiamo mangiata tutti e quattro per 300.000 dong. Non c'è molto cibo ed è semplicemente semplice... Ma lo consiglio vivamente in molti modi~~~

UUtente ospiteThe staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was satisfactory. My only regret was that the breakfast didn't include items suitable for diabetics, such as whole-wheat bread. The hotel room, while small, was clean and satisfactory. Best of all, the hotel was located right in front of My Khe Beach. If I ever visit Da Nang again, I'd definitely stay here again.

EELL❤️L'hotel era pulito e ordinato, e la vista dal balcone era mozzafiato. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e la colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni. C'è anche una splendida piscina sul tetto da cui si può godere di una magnifica vista su Da Nang. Ci tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione! Grazie a tutti per aver reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso!

Le camere hanno un aspetto un po' datato ma chi rimane nella propria camera in vacanza? Il buffet non è il massimo ma ottieni quello per cui paghi 4! Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui!

SSvetlana SolnyshkinaL'hotel non è male, ma non per un soggiorno lungo. Sicuramente non è un 4 stelle. Alla reception mi hanno chiesto di pagare un extra per il pernottamento, nonostante la camera fosse inizialmente prenotata per un adulto e 2 bambini. Alla reception hanno provato a dire che i bambini fino a 6 anni soggiornano gratuitamente, ma ho insistito per conto mio. La colazione è scarsa per un europeo, ma si può trovare qualcosa da mangiare. Il mare è lontano, meglio pagare un piccolo extra e prendere un hotel vicino alla spiaggia. Le dimensioni della camera sono buone. La vista era sull'edificio vicino, ma in qualche modo strana. La camera non è male, sono stato contento della presenza di un rasoio, nemmeno nel Reddison a 5 stelle ce n'era uno; la posizione del condizionatore è buona, non soffia sul letto. I letti sono molto stretti.

SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
