Hotel 5 stelle a Da Nang

The resort is nicely build and embedded with nature . The facilities such as pool and gym are well maintained . The room feel luxurious . Would advise to book the club room access with free wine and food almost throughout the day . The best part of this resort is the view .

A causa delle inaspettate e gravi inondazioni che hanno colpito Hoi An il giorno successivo, abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. Abbiamo lasciato l'hotel la mattina del secondo giorno, nonostante avessimo prenotato per due notti, perché l'acqua stava salendo rapidamente nella hall e temevamo per la nostra sicurezza. È stato un vero peccato non aver potuto godere delle due notti prenotate. Avremmo apprezzato molto la posizione dell'hotel se non ci fossero state le forti piogge e le inondazioni. Si trova nel centro storico, con tanti negozi e ristoranti fantastici da esplorare. I ragazzi della reception e il personale addetto alla reception hanno fatto un lavoro straordinario per assicurarci un trasporto sicuro da Hoi An, portando i nostri bagagli sulle spalle mentre attraversavamo le acque alluvionali. Un plauso ai ragazzi della reception per i loro grandi sorrisi e il loro spirito positivo, nonostante il pericolo di attraversare il fiume sulla barca a remi. Ci hanno tenuti al sicuro e ci hanno rassicurati, e tutto si è risolto per il meglio. L'hotel ha un team fantastico, non dimenticheremo mai il loro servizio e la loro ospitalità. Torneremo sicuramente al Signature Hoi An durante la stagione secca in futuro.

We had a wonderful stay the hotel, the staff is very helpful and speak good English. We were well served by the reception Ms Ha, who recommended places to eat. As we are celebrating our 32nd anniversary, the hotel has gone extra mile by giving us a complimentary bottle of red wine and a personally signed greeting card. The hotel is located near Han River and walkable to Indochina Mall, Han Market and many nice eateries nearby. We had a room overlooking the Dragon Bridge, can see the colourful lighted up cruises moving along the Han River in the evening. The breakfast is fantastic, with a good spread of Western, Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine. The roof top swimming pool has a panoramic view of the city of Danang, a wonderful place to chill and relax with a drink and music. Another reception Ms Queenie has recommended a good place for massage on the day of check out. A very good hotel, will surely come back again.

La mia impressione di Risemount era che si sentiva fresca, moderna e giovane. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza complessiva non soddisfaceva pienamente le mie aspettative. Sono arrivato all'hotel alle 3:30, ma non c'era nessun saluto all'ingresso. A quel tempo, un solo ricevitore assisteva un altro ospite; mentre portavo il mio bambino e due valigie portate a mano al contatto, una donna di un altro ufficio venne gentilmente per aiutarmi con l’iscrizione. Dopo avermi reclutato, mi fu offerto un bicchiere di tè di ginger con miele. In primo luogo, il sapore era piuttosto forte e leggermente spezia, quindi pensavo che potesse contenere un po' di alcol. Dopo aver chiesto, ho capito che era un tè di ginger con miele, che era una bevanda di benvenuto. In camera, ho notato una spiaggia di capelli nel bagno, e la testa di doccia nel bagno in piedi era rilassata, causando l’acqua che spruzzava fuori; insieme ai pannolini del bagno, mi sentivo un po’ incomoda e meno sicura mentre usavo il bagno. La prova di rumore potrebbe essere migliorata anche perché potevo ancora sentire il rumore del traffico e i suoni provenienti dalla stanza vicina, anche con le finestre e le porte chiuse. Durante la notte, ero disturbato da moschee e non riuscivo a dormire bene. A circa le due ore, mia figlia, molto stanca dopo un lungo giorno sulla spiaggia, aveva un incidente a letto. Ho cercato di contattare la custodia e la ricezione per l'assistenza, ma purtroppo non potevo raggiungere nessuno in quel momento, e questo era molto scomodo durante il nostro soggiorno. Inoltre, sebbene il colazione offrisse una vasta gamma di piatti, personalmente ho sentito che la presentazione e la configurazione generale potesse essere più raffinata per meglio corrispondere al standard dell’hotel.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, just a short walk from the beach, with exceptionally friendly staff. While the ventilation in the elevators could be improved and the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, overall it was a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in Da Nang.

Most of us the travellers would love to share good things about the hotel experiences instead of negative comments. Location:Walking to Da Nang museum but not much to see on the left side walking out the hotel Services: : stayed 3 nights at the premium room on the executive floor from 30/3-2/4. We received warm welcome from the doorman, front desk staff and to the executive lounge for checking in. Our room is clean, spacious, and the river view from my balcony is awesome. Everything looks good and its worth to pay extra for the services. I immediately would have given a 5 star to share my review in the different travel websites. The whole experience was almost damaged from the incidents: 1)The room included turndown service. However, on the 2nd night after returning from a hot day, the room was not tidy up. I dialled “0” front desk at 10:40 pm and asked for clean towels. I was told that the housekeeper will deliver it soon. Wait and wait, call and call until it passed 20 minutes, I was assured again the housekeeper was on the way. My patience ran out! I came down to the front desk at 11pm to express my issue in person and was still be told that they had informed the housekeeping and was on the way. This is totally untrue and unacceptable! The housekeeping room is located at basement. Aren’t they not allowed to take elevator? The duty manager (Mr Tino Le) immediately contacted the housekeeper in front of me again stating someone (housekeeper named Phuong?) was still on the way and would be in my room within 15 minutes. Eventually my partner told me the housekeeper (wow… 4 people) arrived to the room to tidy up. The whole incident from calling to clean up took nearly 45 minutes. What I need was just some dry towels (the used one was on the floor. I was not asking for any turndown service). How frustrating! This is definitely a big problem between the departments. Mr Le showed his sincere apology for this situation and agreed to reflect to his superior. The next day I received a note and a gesture from the front desk manager - Mr Tin Nguyen. I know my case had been taken note. I Checked out on the 2nd where I met Mr Nguyen who apologies again regarding the problem. He understood my frustration and responsible . Truly a positive attitude being the Manager. Operation Team should rectified the issues right away 2) Requested some decaf to my room at the executive lounge but never comes. Anyway… Despite the unhappy experience , I do appreciate Mr Tino Le for his patience, and the concierge staff - Kevin who arranging the car for us to Hoi An attentively to ensure our trip safely. The breakfast is variety and the restaurant staff did a good job! Hope a better experience in my next visit

Il New World Beach Resort è stato un hotel molto pulito e ben ospitato. Il ristorante è molto facile da scegliere, e il colazione è molto bello.La posizione è eccellente, vicino a Hoi An An Ancient Town, con una conveniente navetta gratuita fornita dall'hotel. Ci sono anche molti grandi impianti di intrattenimento sul posto. In generale, il servizio del personale del front desk (in particolare Jolie), il concierge, il team del ristorante, e tutti gli altri erano eccellenti e amichevoli!

Best hotel ever! Once I open the room, I just see the view outside! My khe beach is just there. No need to walk to the beach. Just enjoy the breathtaking view in the room.. Worth it! The room is clean too!

L'hotel era pulito e ordinato, e la vista dal balcone era mozzafiato. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e la colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia varietà di opzioni. C'è anche una splendida piscina sul tetto da cui si può godere di una magnifica vista su Da Nang. Ci tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l'occasione! Grazie a tutti per aver reso il nostro soggiorno meraviglioso!

L'hotel è nuovo. La posizione è grande. Molto buone scene. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e abbiamo esteso 1 notte più, i dipendenti hanno promesso di costruire la nostra stanza, purtroppo non l'hanno fatto. È una cattiva reputazione come un nuovo hotel come questo.
