Hotel con balcone a Da Nang

Ho avuto un soggiorno sorprendente e mi consiglierei assolutamente questo hotel. Tornerò certamente alla mia prossima visita a Da Nang. Il personale era incredibilmente gentile, benvenuto, e sempre felice di aiutare. Le camere sono ben progettate, pulite, e il letto è molto comodo. Il colazione, che voi pre-ordinete, è fresco e delizioso ogni mattina. L'hotel si trova in un tranquillo quartiere a pochi passi dalla mia spiaggia di Khe, rendendolo perfetto per un soggiorno rilassante. Una cosa da tenere in mente è che non ci sono ristoranti o supermercati vicino, quindi se pensi di avere fame tardi di notte, è una buona idea comprare qualcosa in anticipo. L’unico piccolo punto di sfondo era che la stanza del quinto piano poteva essere un po’ rumorosa al mattino, a causa della piscina sopra, ma tutto era eccellente. In generale, wow! Un fantastico hotel boutique con un servizio eccellente. Ben fatto per tutta la squadra! Molto raccomandato.

This was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.” Let me start with the positives. The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey. We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger. The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay. I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed. To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem. We then left for our day of sightseeing. When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel. As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right. Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night. For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient. As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance. Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

Se stai cercando un accogliente hotel boutique vicino a Hoi An, questo è il posto perfetto. L'hotel dispone di un'atmosfera calda e rilassante, il colazione è eccellente e la spiaggia, anche se non molto grande, è pulita e ben mantenuta. L'intero personale della reception, la manutenzione e il ristorante sono stati estremamente utili, amichevoli e sempre sorridenti. Abbiamo dividuto la nostra vacanza 10-day tra due hotel.Abbiamo scelto Boutique Hoi An Resort perché è più vicino a Hoi An. In primo luogo, eravamo un po' esitanti perché si tratta di un hotel a quattro stelle e questa è stata la nostra prima visita al Vietnam, ma i suoi premi e le sue eccellenti recensioni ci hanno dato fiducia. È stata una scelta meravigliosa, soprattutto rispetto al secondo hotel che abbiamo soggiornato, che è stato un grande e pieno di cinque stelle. Grazie all'intera squadra del Boutique Hoi An Resort. Continua a fare quello che stai facendo, stai facendo molto bene!

Проживали в номере делюкс с балконом. Отличные новые аппартаменты. Все есть для комфортного проживания. В квартире нет посторонних запахов, уборка проводилась 1 раз в 2 дня. Горячая вода есть всегда. Если будем в Дананге, сюда обязательно вернёмся.

Ho soggiornato per le ultime 2 notti e mi sono riposato molto bene. Dato che era inverno, mi chiedevo cosa fare per nuotare, quindi ho prenotato per Vinpearl nella piscina coperta. Dato che erano nelle classi superiori, nuotarono tutti e tre i giorni. Mi fidavo della guardia di sicurezza, quindi io e mio marito siamo andati al mercato e abbiamo comprato del cibo. Siamo andati a fare la spesa e abbiamo fatto commissioni, e il centro città era vicino, quindi è stato facile fare un acquisto. Ho pagato la colazione una volta, ma da quando mi sono iscritto e ho ottenuto punti premio per aver mangiato, l'abbiamo mangiata tutti e quattro per 300.000 dong. Non c'è molto cibo ed è semplicemente semplice... Ma lo consiglio vivamente in molti modi~~~

Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

Questo hotel è fantastico! Ho organizzato il nostro anniversario in questo hotel e ho chiesto delle decorazioni. L'hotel ha ascoltato le mie richieste e mi ha fornito quello che desideravo, offrendoci anche una deliziosa piccola torta alle fragole con della frutta. L'ho apprezzato molto. Tutto è perfetto: pulizia, ambiente, piano alto con bella vista panoramica, letto e cuscini comodi. L'unico piccolo svantaggio è la posizione piuttosto lontana dalla città (circa 4 km), ma va bene perché usiamo il servizio Grab, che per noi è ragionevole. Tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare in questo hotel!

Endroit paisible et calme avec piscine agréable à 3kms de la vieille ville. Les hôtes sont gentils mais si vous avez besoin de rien . Le petit déjeuner ( si on peut appeler cela ainsi ? ) une catastrophe. Vous aurez 2 œufs et un morceau de pain . 😩. Je l’ai pris durant 2 jours puis j’ai arrêté. Aucun intérêt. Je me suis fait mon café à la bouilloire et quelques gâteaux secs dans ma chambre plus copieux

La foto mostra la vista dal tetto del 15° piano e la spiaggia più vicina è a 10 minuti a piedi. Il vantaggio principale è il prezzo: abbiamo affittato una camera di lusso con colazione per 7 giorni per 2 milioni di abitanti. La camera deluxe per due era occupata e ci hanno dato due letti king size. È peggio perché c'è meno spazio, ma vabbè. Abitavamo al 9° piano e ci sono due ascensori. Colazione al 2° piano (abbiamo preso una frittata o uova fritte e la zuppa del giorno (il cuoco la prepara davanti ai vostri occhi), poi da piatti già pronti cavolo stufato, panini, pomodori e cetrioli, tè all'anguria (noi non bere caffè, ce n'era), succo d'arancia (e basta, non ce ne sono altri). Il resto dei piatti non ci è familiare. Le camere dispongono di bollitore e mini frigorifero, aria condizionata, cassettiera con specchio e TV con 50 canali (non c'erano canali russi). Le finestre non si aprono, l'acqua è calda senza problemi. C'è un bagno e una doccia separata sull'altro lato, quindi due persone possono lavarsi contemporaneamente. I mobili sono vecchi, così come le camere. Qui non abbiamo nemmeno sentito parlare di ordine, tutto è coperto di polvere e macchie. Ogni giorno vengono a pulire, ma in realtà portano via la spazzatura, poiché polvere e sporco non scompaiono da sotto il letto. Le zone appena visibili del pavimento verranno coperte con uno straccio. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati regolarmente, ma le lenzuola no. Il bagno è dotato di sapone, shampoo, spazzolini da denti e bastoncini di cotone. Viene fornita acqua per la pulizia in bottiglia da 0,5 a persona. L'hotel spaventerà un turista gentile, un turista esperto vedrà solo i vantaggi e gli svantaggi del tempo non avranno alcun ruolo. Per me ne vale la pena, la posizione è buona per noi pedoni. Il mare è fantastico, gli argini e i ponti sono fantastici, i posti dove mangiare bene sono vicini. Abbiamo scaricato un’app per gli autobus, dato che Google non ci mostra le fermate vicino all’hotel, e abbiamo girato la città verso punti distanti per 8mila locali a persona. Non mi pento di aver fatto il check-in. Ma la prossima volta prenderei qualcosa di più costoso con piscina e palestra (dovevo allenarmi sulla spiaggia). Nello specifico in questo hotel, in mancanza di altre soluzioni economicamente vantaggiose di categoria superiore, effettueremo il check-in una seconda volta senza rimpianti.
