We stayed for 6 nights and the location couldn’t get any better. On the doorstep to Mandrem beach which is also a lot quieter than the other beaches. Food wasn’t great and overpriced food/beverages in general (especially alcohol). We went half board and still had to pay for soft drinks for dinner. However we spent our days on mandrem beach and we ordered from a place called mandrem beach shack which was very reasonably priced for food and cheap alcohol. I’d recommend using that restaurant for drinks and food if you don’t go half board/ full board. We found it quite unprofessional as we were shortchanged each time and they kept the extra as tip as they couldn’t give any change. Overall, great location and perfect for the beach.

Le strutture sono moderne, letto molto comodo, splendide viste su un piccolo lago, e inoltre ha piscina. Il personale è incredibilmente piacevole, simpatico e sempre attento. La colazione è molto completa con opzioni per il turista occidentale. Non trovo nessun aspetto negativo. Quando sono vicino all'aeroporto mi è venuto fantastico. E se vuoi conoscere Goa Veja o Panajim, ci sono autobus che passano attraverso la porta stessa o dalla stazione di autobus che è a 10 minuti a piedi. Se tornassi a Goa, resterò qui di nuovo.

В номере нет возможности нормально сушить вещи , только в другом здание на крыше есть сушилка
2. В номере вообще нет москитных сеток, было бы неплохо сделать полог из сетки над кроватью , чтоб полностью оправдать уровень отеля 4*
3. В ванной вентилятор дребезжит очень громко
4. Наш номер 112 был прям рядом с технической зоной ресторана и постоянно был шум от вентиляции
При прочих равных, если руководство отеля все же сделает москитные сетки на окна или сделают хотя бы пологи над кроватью, то я бы вернулась в отель.

Whether its Ashutosh from frontdesk, sudeep from housekeeping or varad from restaurant, every person in the hotel right from entrance to the restaurant made sure that the service is excellent. Such a welcome and comfortable stay that i was thinking of extending my stay. The food was lovely and the service was great. Thanks to all the Team Lemon Tree to make our stay a wonderful one.

La struttura è molto attraente, ma è molto interessante.
In generale, un posto meraviglioso, per me più importante, era che non era situato in una zona piena di persone.
Il buffet per la colazione può migliorare.

Прекрасное место, пляж с медким белым песочком, территоиия ухоженная. Номера лучше брать премьер, у делюкс может быть вид на сад, но и частично на забор, дома местных, парковку. Сначала дали номер делюкс рядом с ресепшн, потом с доплатрй переселились в премьер. Рядом на пляже кафе, можно пешком мин 20 по пляжу дойти до колвы - более оживленный район. Вцелом еще бы вернулись в этот отель

Останавливалась на 3 ночи. В целом отель понравился, удобное расположение рядом с пляжем и рекой. Номер просторный, есть вода в стеклянных бутылках, чай, кофе. Постельное белье и полотенца с пятнами, они конечно постиранные, но не первой свежести. У меня был номер 105, там совсем маленький балкон (на фото балкон выглядел совсем по другому) с видом на крышу другого дома - там была не то стройка, не то нагреватели воды. Дверь на этот мини-балкон было единственным окном, постоянно приходилось включать свет, так как в номере было темно. Персонал приветливый, на все вопросы и просьбы быстро отвечал и реагировал

UUtente ospiteNothing at fault at all. Room was great so as the hotel itself and the location. Food was amazing . Lots of options including pancakes waffles egg Benedict and many more, all freshly backed, cooked .
Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.
Hotel staff were also friendly, smart, passionate and respectful. Great experience over all.

YYaLenkaWe travelled together with my husband, we are not clubbers, of course we knew that north Goa is famous for its clubs, shacks, and night parties, BUT not by our room. Even if you party, you don’t sleep in the club, you definitely go home. But this hotel is a party hotel as it was said in the different booking aggregator, in the trip.com there were no reviews about it, so I’m the first one telling you that if you want to sleep at night you will sleep and sing songs ***** with the people from the club besides your hotel, it’s not just noisy, it’s extremely loud, unbearable noise! The location to the beach is downstairs, so you need to climb the stairs back to the hotel each time you go to the beach. The beach is cosy and clean, there are some nice places to stay and eat, to watch the sunset. By the way there’s a small swimming pool and some sunbeds in the hotel area. The room was cosy and functional , they provide even an iron. I think they try to compensate the noise at night by all means.
There are many clubs around the hotel, not just one! So if you don’t mind the parties- it’s definitely your place! I felt as I was sleeping in the club.
We booked breakfast and it was completely Indian, only eggs and toasts were served except the Indian dishes. The restaurant provides lunch and dinner in their restaurant, we tried Indian cuisine and some other dishes, but all of them didn’t satisfy us at all. So overall the stay in this hotel hasn’t been really enjoyable!

UUtente ospiteWe were surprised with the Holi experience that the hotel curated for the guests. the pool is the highlight of the property, and it stays open till 11 at night. the staff is very warm and it is very close to both Morjim and Ashvem beach. The breakfast spread could be improved, but there are a lot of restaurants and shopping points at walking distance.

IIanIt was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
