Iiy1204Alloggio in camera doppia per tre notti, la posizione geografica dell'hotel può essere raggiunta sulla piazza delle armi per circa 13 minuti.
La stanza non è grande, ma pulita e pulita, ma non c'è spazio per aprire due valigie.

SS_KKThe rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

UUtente ospiteIl Katari Apart Hotel a Qorikancha è stato l'alloggio perfetto per il mio viaggio a Cusco 3-day! È in una grande posizione centrale, a pochi passi dalle piazze con shopping e ristoranti. La mia camera era grande - pulita e confortevole con una cucina e un bagno privato. Alex era un ospite incredibile - era così attento e rispondente e mi ha dato alcune eccellenti raccomandazioni per fare e vedere le cose e per mangiare nei ristoranti. Poi ho potuto immagazzinare il mio bagaglio dopo aver controllato il mio ultimo giorno, dopo aver fatto un volo di sera, e Alex mi ha aiutato a prendere un taxi per assicurarmi un prezzo equo e un viaggio sicuro.

UUtente ospiteOverall the hotel was good, service was good, laundry services excellent. 2 issues:
1) location: the front is not a street but a walking lane, so taxis and tour transportation cannot come to front door. This alleyway also has many clubs so the noise and foot traffic is all night long.
2 Breakfast was included , however if you want a second omelette they wanted you to pay for it. Free breakfast means free, any other buffet restaurant you can take as many eggs as you wish.
Overall I would stay there again,

UUtente ospiteI stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

UUtente ospiteWe truly enjoyed the aesthetic experience of staying in this place. Everything is designed in a harmonious ethnic style, with great attention to detail and a clear sense of taste. Absolutely everything is beautiful — the dishes, interior items, paintings, and the overall atmosphere. It feels very cozy and homelike.
Special thanks for the care: we were leaving for Machu Picchu very early in the morning, and they prepared sandwiches and fruit for us to take along — it literally saved our lives on the trip 🙂
We highly recommend this place.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

UUtente ospiteSono arrivato all'hotel e ho scoperto che il bagno non ha un fermaglio, quindi li ho chiesti di fornire un fermaglio, ma è stato dato un giorno dopo e non c'è lavaggio delle mani.
Anche il personale dell'hotel mi ha chiesto di pagare un'ulteriore $55.00 perché non sembrano avere un record della mia arrivo al Perù e sono venuto illegalmente al Perù.. Devo discuterne e finalmente hanno trovato i miei dettagli di arrivo.
La colazione è fantastica e la pulizia è buona anche.. A parte le questioni minori è buona.. vicino a tutte le strutture .
