Hotel 3 stelle a Surabaya

Reasonable price, friendly service, the room is very clean, the location is very close to shopping centres. Very recommended

Fino ad oggi, sono rimasti qui per 3 notti in sicurezza, comodo e tranquillo wkwkwk. pulizia è davvero buona e il servizio è un pollice fino a 2 hehehhe. Rispetto al sindaco perché sono molto utile e amichevole

L'Hotel Culture di Varna si trova in una posizione strategica vicino alla Plaza Tunjungan e a molte pranzi locali intorno, ma mi è stato dato una stanza al piano di fumo, anche se quando ho prenotato ho già chiesto una stanza non fumatori. Dobbiamo inalare un sacco di fumo di seconda mano che era molto cattivo per la gola e ci ha fatto respirare difficile. Il bagno ci aveva dato molti problemi, dopo aver fatto una doccia, ci siamo resi conto che l'acqua non poteva scorrere nel buco di drenaggio e si è rimasta inondata vicino al forno di toaletta. Quando ci lamentammo davanti al personale di servizio, sapevano già il problema, ma non potevano fare nulla. Solo offrì al custode di spostare l'acqua, che ancora bagnava il pavimento. La pressione dell'acqua è troppo bassa mentre ci siamo sul doccia. La testa del doccia si trovava in modo sbagliato sul muro e non flessibile, che ha fatto sparare l’acqua del doccia direttamente al muro opposto, invece che al nostro corpo o al nostro viso, e ha bagnato l’intero rack di tovaglioli e il cuscino bagnato dietro di noi. Pertanto, dobbiamo tenere la testa della doccia per la maggior parte del tempo per assicurarci di poter pulire il nostro corpo in modo approfondito. La colazione servita era media. I succhi erano abbastanza chiari e nessun sapore di frutta. Il cibo generale servito era ok. Nessun minibar all'hotel. Dobbiamo comprare un cubo di ghiaccio 5000rp per una tazza di 4 cubi di ghiaccio.

La posizione è piuttosto strategica. Il parcheggio è un po' limitato. Le camere sono pulite e il servizio è anche buono

Okay, but for the amenities they only give below standard, 1 Low Quality toothbrush and 1 Shower cap. No mineral Water Bottle provided, only vending machine on the Lobby.

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel G Suites a Surabaya. Pros: L'hotel dispone di una posizione molto strategica, rendendo conveniente l'accesso alle aree vicine, ai punti di forno e al centro della città. Coni: La camera è molto diluita, rendendo difficile vedere le cose chiaramente all'interno della stanza, e ho avuto anche una certa confusione riguardo all'acqua in bottiglia fornita nella stanza. C'era una bottiglia 1-liter che si è rivelata carichiabile, ma l'avviso ”pagato” era molto piccolo e facile da perdere, quindi l'ho aperto accidentalmente presumibilmente complimentare. Questo è un po' scomodo, dato che la maggior parte degli hotel forniscono normalmente acqua potabile gratuita. Anche se forniscono due piccole bottiglie di acqua minerale al giorno, sarebbe meglio se ci fosse un distributore d’acqua disponibile nella hall per la comodità degli ospiti. In generale, è un soggiorno decente con una grande posizione, ma alcuni piccoli miglioramenti renderebbero l'esperienza più confortevole e chiaro per gli ospiti.

Despite some chaotic moments stemming from kids who stayed on our floor, the staff managed to get rid of those annoying noises (so that we could sleep) The staff were wonderful as they attempted to make our stay as smooth as possible. I didn’t try breakfast but heard it was 65,000 IDR only. The location may be not an ideal but transportation is easy.

È sempre un piacere soggiornare al centro città di Ibis Surabaya. È vicino alla Plaza Tunjungan e a pochi altri luoghi per poter viaggiare. Le strutture sono grandi e così le viste dalla stanza.

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

Era riluttante a soggiornare qui, quindi ho prenotato solo una notte. Ma a quanto pare è stato aggiornato nella camera executive recentemente rinnovata. OK, ma molto stretto. Il giorno successivo ci siamo trasferiti in una tipo villa abbastanza spaziosa, purtroppo non c'erano servizi in camera. Il pavimento si è staccato fino a farmi sanguinare i piedi. Buona posizione, molti venditori di cibo. Buon servizio. La colazione non è male per quel prezzo. Ho trascorso un totale di 5 giorni e 4 notti in questo hotel.
