I had a nice quiet stay in a clean room. Nothing more stands out as far as accommodations —pretty typical hotel stay. Cory at the front desk was very personable, friendly, and helpful. That in itself would have made my stay more pleasant. What makes her stand out is how she helped address an issue with my room for me—nothing wrong with the room just my own personal sensitivity. Five star stay due to my positive experience with Cory!

The Owners have remodeled this old high rise, that was probably built in the early 1960's. I had a top floor room, with a grand view of the King of Prussia Mall complex. The rooms accommodations were new, but the bathroom was the smallest, I've ever tried to maneuver in. The hotel showed it's old age with VERY poor water pressure in the bathroom. But the most annoying factor was the Owners Wife. I was trying to check in, about 7:30pm and the wife continually interrupted my front desk transaction with her alarming voice, to every employee, about a 'red plastic bag' = WHAT? Then I saw the Owners wife again, while we were both in the breakfast area. This time she was on another much less 'alarming' trivial issue, with two other employees. Please keep her in the Office area, please ?

L’unico negativo era un tintore di roccia nel doccia e un paio di posti dove la pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore, ma non terribile; tutto il resto era eccellente. Il letto di camera doppia è un po'piccolo e la stanza è buona per isolare il suono.L'hotel americano è generalmente molto vecchio, l'hotel è relativamente nuovo. I quattro bidoni di Trip.com sono effettivamente migliori di tre bidoni di qualità.

Les ci ha fatto il soggiorno. Da quando abbiamo fatto check-in sul New Year's Eve fino alla notte prima della nostra partenza. Il miglior servizio clienti da lui. Quando abbiamo controllato l'altro agente del dipartimento frontale, anche se si trovava in un altro ospite, potevamo averci riconosciuto.Un po'di benvenuto, o una buona serata per farci sentire benvenuti sarebbe stato grande. Poi, mentre Les ci controllava, non parlava ancora, ma si fermava dietro a Les parlando con chi credo fosse il MOD quella notte, parlando e ridendo forte, ma nessuno di loro parlava. Molto disrespectivo e brutto.
