Nice river view and city view at the same time. Might come back because its also pretty.

酒店內裝不錯，也比較新，缺點是隔音超級差！每天早上被砰砰砰的扇門聲吵醒，服務員在外面講話都能聽見。 位置不錯，離Willis tower, Magnificent mile和Art Institute都是行走距離，但是！這附近酒店太多太多了，希爾頓旗下就一大堆，這家絕對屬於性價比偏低的。

典型的美式酒店，住的美國人很多，中規中矩，離開會的威力斯塔比較近很方便

感覺酒店和國內四星比還是有差距，不管是服務還是配套設施。優點就是在市中心，購物比較方便。

地理位置很好 自助早餐很一般 點餐式早餐很好吃

房間不錯，價格實惠地段也很好

L'albergo è molto elegante e la pulizia e' giornaliera con personale molto gentile. La struttura è molto vicina alle principali attrazioni della città ed alla metro ed autobus. Particolarmente indicato a chi partecipa alla Maratona di Chicago perché dista 15 minuti a piedi dallo Start

I guess I thought I was booking a more high end hotel as that is what this hotels advertises as so that’s why I am rating it poorly. To sum up, no easy parking or valet, no room service, no room amenities (mini bar, snacks, water etc), and poor customer service. The front desk staff acts bothered if you need anything, they give off more of the convenience store clerk vibe, the “gym” wax so small with so little equipment that when I went to try to use it there was one person in there working out and it felt so small that I practically felt we were working out elbow to elbow. We were traveling with family so we got a suite but the bedroom door was missing so it felt just like one room. Also the couch doesn’t pull out into a bed so our teenager had to curl up on a small couch to sleep. I guess I should have known the price was too good to be true because this hotel is a basic budget hotel with a cool name trying to mask as a boutique high end hotel.

Very nice, upgraded room decor/ambiance. Hotel food was really fresh/good. Nice bar/cocktail selection.

When I arrived I was greeted and checked in prompt. When I got to my room it was clean and welcoming. The only complaint I had is that on one of my hand towels there was a stain.

First walked into room thought the sink/counter was dirty but it's actually just stained, cup rings, water drops, it was clean just stained. Everything was great, check in was slow, kinda surprised, it was check in time and they only had 1 person working the counter. But everything was very nice for our stay.

The hotel was very accommodating as ******* had messed up our reservations and apparently had not made the hotel aware of them. Fortunately they were able to find rooms and allowed us to have the rate ******* had offered us. They were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.

Loved the property and Check-In Process. Had a room ready at Noon for me and everything was smooth. Room was a good size and had 0 complaints. Good Area for Center Loop.
